Dear Support Team, I am currently the administrator of a few Facebook pages and would like to change the name of one of them. Unfortunately, I keep receiving an error message when attempting to do so. Despite following Facebook's guidelines, I am still encountering this issue. The page ID # that requires a name change is [redacted][redacted]. I am looking to change it from 'Wicked Glassworks' to 'Natural State Glass Designs'. Dear Sir/Madam, A few years ago, I created a Facebook account under the name 'Ulric Schlawitz' for people to contact me. Recently, the first account disappeared, and when I made a new one, it was disabled by Facebook for suspected fraudulent activity, which I did not engage in. I suspect my account is being hacked as I rarely used it. The disappearance of the first account led to losing contact with two relatives from Denmark. I worry they might think I misrepresented myself if someone tampered with my profile. These relatives cannot be found in a Facebook search. Both accounts were under the name 'Ulric Schlawitz', and all information provided was accurate. The email linked to both accounts is [redacted] If possible, I would like the original account back. If not, access to the second account would be appreciated. I kindly ask for assistance in contacting the two relatives who messaged me. Thank you.

I recently signed out of my account and when I tried to log back in, it kept saying my password was incorrect. My username is my mobile number. Despite trying to get an SMS code sent to my number for verification, there wasn't an option to do so. I contacted technical support and they requested a photo of me for verification. After submitting the photo, I was able to reset my password. However, the account is still stuck on the verification process, even across multiple devices. When I called technical support, I was abruptly told they were having technical difficulties and to call back on Tuesday. This experience has been incredibly frustrating, especially since my whole family relies on this account which is in a different state. I just want to verify my account, add an email address, and prevent this from happening again!

Facebook removed my recent timeline post, citing a violation of their Community Standards. The post featured a collection of 30 notable journalistic photos from [redacted], originally published by El País. This is a yearly tradition which I have upheld without incident in the past. As a journalist myself, I understand that not all images may be universally appreciated, yet they portray a genuine reflection of global events. Despite my ban from Facebook for 30 days, I remain puzzled by the lack of specific feedback from the Facebook Team regarding their decision.

My account shows a login from a location in Kentucky that wasn't me. Even after following the steps in Facebook Help, my account still seems compromised. I keep changing my passwords, but they keep getting marked as incorrect, possibly due to the unauthorized access. The mobile app session also keeps expiring unexpectedly. After signing out on all devices and deleting everything from my Archive, I am still concerned about the security of my account. How can I prevent this unauthorized access and ensure my account is secure despite changing my passwords frequently? Thank you.

A few years ago, my email account was hacked, and I was unable to recover it. Subsequently, my Facebook account, linked to the same email, was also compromised and unrecoverable. I took the steps to create new accounts, but my old Facebook page, with outdated and embarrassing content, remains active after nearly a decade. Despite multiple attempts to report the account, it has not been addressed. I seek assistance in permanently disabling this old Facebook account to prevent any further unprofessional associations. I am experiencing issues with my Instagram account, which was hacked in August [redacted]. Despite my attempts to contact Instagram support, I have not received sufficient assistance. I provided the requested picture for verification, but it was deemed invalid. I have since resubmitted the picture as requested but have not heard back since. Efforts to follow up lead to responses stating I have inquired about a different account or that my picture is still not valid. I have requested another verification code to submit an additional picture to prove ownership, but it has been a month without a response. The hackers have changed my account name, profile picture, and bio while keeping my photos. I urgently need assistance to recover my account.

I have been trying to access my Facebook for months now, but somehow it was disabled. I have never posted any nude or illicit content. The last time I logged in was on a friend's phone, and after that, I couldn't. Please contact me and explain what is going on. My name is Celeste R., and I go by Anna Nicole on Facebook. There are pictures of deceased friends and family that I will never be able to retrieve. Please, at least let me access my photos. After all this, I don't even want a Facebook account anymore. This situation is completely unfair, and I no longer trust this company. If I can't get my pictures back, I will contact news channels and lawyers. I have been under stress for months with no explanation on the false allegations against me. It's frustrating not to have been contacted to verify if my account was hacked.

I logged into Facebook on my phone an hour ago and was prompted to verify my identity by uploading a clear, unfiltered photo of my face. After complying, I was informed that my photo would be reviewed, and I awaited an update. Shortly after, when attempting to access my Facebook app again, it indicated a "session timed out" and prompted me to log in. Now, I am receiving a message stating that my account has been disabled. I am perplexed by this situation as I have not violated any rules. The initial message mentioned unusual activity on my account, which I suspect could be related to my change in location. I am currently relocating from Michigan to Alabama, and I have been traveling since yesterday, staying overnight in Indiana. If needed, I can provide any documentation to verify my identity. Hello, I'm Carl Brown Jr. Recently, due to a seizure, my memory has been impacted, making it challenging to recall even important events like my children's birthdays. I ordered an Apple Watch from the marketplace and was instructed to make payment through Facebook Messenger. Although the payment was deducted from my account, the status on Messenger showed as pending. After escalating the issue to Facebook, the payment eventually went through to the seller. However, when I requested shipping details, the seller claimed non-receipt of payment and became confrontational. I provided proof of payment through Messenger screenshots and my bank statement, but she continues to deny receiving the funds. Despite my efforts to resolve the situation, including asking for screenshots of her Messenger account to prove the payment cancellation, she blocked me. I am concerned about the payment and hope for assistance from Facebook to resolve this matter. If not, I may need to report this to the authorities. The seller's Messenger ID is M.me/alice.bridgeport.7 and her name is Alice Bridgeport.

I am having trouble logging into my Facebook account. Despite multiple attempts to recover it using the provided links, I keep encountering errors. The system prompts me to enable cookies, which I have done, but the issue persists. The recovery process and identification link are not working, and I am unable to access my inbox due to a flood of ads. I feel unsupported and frustrated as I've been trying to regain access for a week now. The lack of a clear contact page and the inability to find any assistance is disappointing for a platform with billions of users. My original Facebook account under the name Surekha Hewages was hacked, and the hacker was requesting money from my contacts. I created a new account with the same name and informed my contacts about the issue, but Facebook disabled this new account yesterday while the fake one is still active. The profile picture on my original account shows me with my grandson, and my email has also been hacked. Someone named Garry Paker is using my Messenger with my phone number. I am unable to access Facebook or Messenger now. Please assist me in recovering my account, as my friends have reported the fake account using all my holiday pictures from abroad. My last profile picture showed me with a Christmas frame, and the cover photo had me sitting on a beach. My account has been blocked for approximately a month now. The issue arose after a neighbor, known for erratic behavior, falsely reported me for being "abusive," despite my belief that I had actually blocked this individual. Subsequently, she alleged that I was not using my "real" name. Facebook proceeded to block my account and requested verification documents including my legal name. I explained that due to past experiences with extreme abuse from my ex-husband and in-laws, I do not use my actual last name to protect my safety. Despite providing the necessary information a month ago, my account remains blocked. The message displayed states they are reviewing the documents and may require additional verification. I am disabled because of the traumas caused by these individuals and need access to my account for various essential tasks. Kindly assist in unblocking my account promptly.

For years, my posts have had high engagement levels, especially during live broadcasts. On November 15, [redacted], I noticed a significant drop in viewers during my live broadcast, and since then, my engagement has decreased drastically despite gaining [redacted] new followers from India due to an important animal emergency there. When attempting to reset the password, the system indicates it is an old password. Despite receiving multiple reset codes via my Gmail, I encountered issues with inputting them. Contacting Facebook headquarters revealed there was no telephone support available, leading me to search extensively online, including on YouTube and social media platforms. Regaining access to my account is crucial as it is linked to my business page as an independent artist and serves as a means of communication with various contacts, including family, friends, fans, and academic connections from both my undergraduate and graduate studies.

I currently have two accounts under separate email addresses. One was created in my younger years and I wish to delete it. Unfortunately, I cannot access the old email associated with it. The other account, created for gaming purposes when I was young, also needs to be deleted as I haven't used it recently. Attempts to recover the password for the first account were unsuccessful. The recovery process requires access to an old phone number I no longer have. I am unsure how to proceed with deleting the old account and would prefer not to have two accounts causing confusion. Is there a way to merge these accounts or permanently delete the old one?

I woke up on Thursday, December 27th to a message on my phone stating that Facebook had locked me out. Since that day, my husband and I have been trying various passwords to regain access to my account, but Facebook keeps saying the password is wrong or was changed last Friday. The email associated with my account is outdated due to my marriage, and I cannot receive the verification codes. I am frustrated as there is no way to contact a real person for help.
