Hello, I accidentally have 2 Facebook accounts that I would like to merge into one. The issue seems to be that I used my second email address for one account. When I tried to change it, I received an error message saying "another account already uses this email". How can I fix this? I also noticed that many of my Facebook friends don't see my posts anymore. Can you help with this? Liilia Corradi from Turku, Finland Email: [redacted], [redacted] Phone: +[redacted]98 My second account doesn't have a photo because I consider the other account my primary one. Thank you, Liilia Corradi P.S. If you have any accounts for MARC-Monir Badra, Marc Badra, or Monir Badra, please be aware that he misuses Facebook and Messenger for fraudulent activities, targeting women primarily. Having been involved in major fraud and attempted murder in Egypt, Finland, and now Germany, he may continue criminal behavior. Please prevent further victims by taking action on his accounts.

I am having trouble accessing my Facebook account. Despite resetting my password over 10 times, I am not receiving the code on my mobile device. I'm unable to utilize the Code generator feature due to this issue. I have also attempted to log out of all devices without success. I have exhausted all efforts with the "forgot password," "forgotten account," "login/identify," and "compromised account" options. Each time I reset my password, it prompts me for a 6-digit code (2-factor authentication) that I never receive, no matter how many times I request it. My Facebook email is [redacted], and my name is Mari Car. I prefer not to provide my ID for security and privacy reasons. Assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, I hope you are enjoying the holidays. I have reported a few fake accounts to Facebook recently, but now I find myself blocked from commenting for a year. I have tried to contact Facebook multiple times to explain the situation, but I have not received any response. This restriction is affecting my interactions, like my relationship with The University of Leiden. I am hoping someone from Facebook will reach out to me via email soon. I reported accounts with suspicious activities, particularly those like "Kiberly snowbunny" promoting adult content links, and believe I was assisting Facebook in their duties. I apologize if my message seems harsh; that's not my intention. Could you please assist me in resolving this issue and regaining access to my account? Best regards and Happy New Year, D. Groen

My business page was unfairly unpublished. Every time I ask how to resolve the issue, I receive the same response stating a policy violation. This is inaccurate. I seek specific details on the problem and how to address it. With over [redacted] followers unable to access our page, as a business, this is unjust. Creating a new page would mean losing loyal consumers in our competitive industry. Facebook reviewers should understand that CBD is not medicinal or pharmaceutical. The lack of product knowledge led to our removal, which is incredibly unfair. I hope to receive guidance on rectifying this situation from someone who comprehends the issue. Your assistance is greatly appreciated.

Hello, I hope you are enjoying the holidays. I reported approximately 10 fake accounts within a specific period. However, my account has been blocked for a full year now. This issue has caused me to miss important connections with The University of Leiden. I have attempted various times to reach out to Facebook through different channels to explain the situation, but I have not received any response within this year. Being blocked has restricted me from commenting and affecting my relationship with The University of Leiden. I am hopeful that someone from Facebook can reach out to me via email to address this matter. I do not believe I have violated any policies and have only reported accounts promoting inappropriate content to make Facebook more family-friendly. I apologize if my message comes across as harsh; that is not my intention. I would appreciate any assistance in resolving this issue and getting my account unblocked. Best regards and Happy New Year, D. Groen

I am facing difficulty recovering my account - Geri Mullen Barnes. Unable to recall my password, despite following all guidance provided. The recovery process continues to lead me to an old account I am in the process of deleting (Geraldine Mullen Barnes). I am also unable to access my mobile, where I originally had FB installed, due to a broken phone. While I can log into my Huddle account, resetting the password proves challenging, as it requires me to log out first. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I previously had a Facebook account and deleted it. Later, I set up a new account to stay connected with family and close friends. I used my original family name "Donnachie" instead of my actual last name "Donaghy." The system disabled my new account, possibly due to linking it with my previous one. Despite being assured that my information would be erased as per EU data protection laws when I deleted the old account, it seems this did not occur. I am unable to create a new account as my email is associated with the disabled one. I am seeking an explanation for this and would appreciate if my page could be reactivated, even if it means using my name "Donnachie."

I recently received an email from Facebook stating that a third-party company was involved in blocking and disabling my account due to a post from [redacted]. The email instructed me to contact them to resolve the issue. The third-party company is SIPICOPS, but they seem unresponsive. I have already submitted my ID to prove ownership of the account. My Facebook email is [redacted], and my Facebook name is Hannah Kate. I am concerned as my account holds personal photos. Any assistance in recovering my account would be greatly appreciated. Thank you and happy new year.

I am Sylvia McKinnon, a 52-year-old female and a Christian. I advocate for veterans on Facebook. In the middle of the night, around 2 am, I was harassed by two young men on Messenger for a video. When I declined, they sent me inappropriate pictures. I am disgusted and appalled by this behavior. Despite my lack of expertise in using Facebook's reporting tools, I attempted to report these individuals, but mistakenly ended up posting about it publicly. Now I am facing repercussions unjustly. As a mature Army veteran, my purpose on this platform is to connect with my fellow comrades. Please review my content and see that this incident was not my doing. I seek an apology and the restoration of my access to Veterans United so I can continue supporting others in need. I suggest implementing a more straightforward reporting system to address such violations not just for me but for all women who may encounter similar situations.

I recently wrote a post on Facebook and provided some feedback. Surprisingly, I received a 7-day ban for posting and had my Facebook messenger disabled. I don't understand why I'm restricted from using messenger, who am I going to offend there? In my post, I mentioned that the tragic deaths of children in the caravan could have been prevented if parents had kept them in their home country. This seems like a simple truth, yet it got me banned. I'm also being unfairly charged for a post made four months ago, which is being combined with my current posts to extend my ban. It's unjust to penalize me repeatedly for old violations. Where is the 1st amendment and my freedom of speech? Everyone is entitled to their opinions, and they should not lead to such harsh consequences. The Facebook review board should include a diverse range of perspectives, not just those of liberals. It's frustrating to feel targeted for expressing my views.

I have submitted multiple tickets to Facebook regarding this issue, but I keep receiving automated responses, which is disheartening. Facebook is where I found my voice and the freedom to be myself. However, after fleeing domestic violence and residing in a refuge, I attempted to advertise on my Facebook account and discovered it was disabled. I suspect it happened when my ex-partner hacked my profile. I have a newborn baby and a toddler, and I operate a blog page on Facebook and Instagram centered on positive vibes. I hope Facebook can provide a reason for freezing my advertising account and reactivate it to support my rebranding efforts. I have already provided my ID and all required details, but I continuously receive automated responses only. My main page is linked to my personal blog page on Instagram. I am about to embark on a project to help women escape abuse, and I wish to have my account reinstated to make a positive impact. Please enable my account again and inform me of the reason for its initial disablement. Kind regards, Linda Bella.

I need to update the name of one of our location pages to match our other company locations. However, when attempting to make the change (just fixing a punctuation issue!), I encounter an error message stating that we already manage a page with that name. The lack of support from Facebook for technical issues is frustrating. It would be helpful if they offered better technical support to address these types of problems.

There is a page in Arizona called "4K Labrador Retrievers" that has the same name as my kennel. I started my kennel in California back in [redacted]. Our kennel's name is spelled out as "Four K Labs," and we were not able to use the "4K Labrador" part at the time. The other page needs to change their name as we have no connection with them. To verify, our website is www.fourklabs.com, and we are a well-established kennel. Please either ask them to revert their name to the original one or delete the page from Facebook. Thank you, Scott K.

I need assistance with an ongoing issue involving an individual, Christina H., who has gained unauthorized access multiple times to my Facebook, Messenger, and Gmail accounts. I have captured screenshots where she confessed to these actions and even made threats. Recently, she even went as far as creating a fake Facebook profile impersonating her ex-husband by posting a photo of him in inappropriate attire. Christina changed my Gmail password previously, and I have been struggling to regain access ever since. This has caused problems setting up my new phone as I am unable to sign in to my Google account or access my emails. Most recently, she repeated this intrusion by changing passwords on my Facebook and Messenger accounts. Consequently, I have lost access to these accounts as well as the games linked to my Facebook. I have created a temporary email address to use until I can recover my original account.

I created a page on Instagram for my band, Invisible Movement, but it ended up being named after my first name, Alejandro. Despite my efforts to change it, I keep receiving automated messages stating that I cannot do so as it may mislead my 30 followers. This is frustrating because all my other social media accounts, like my handle, Twitter, Spotify, iTunes, and other music platforms, are under the name Invisible Movement. I need to speak with a person who can help me resolve this issue as it is causing me a lot of inconvenience.

I'm Kim Pugh and I've been facing an issue where when I try to input my phone number, it shows that it belongs to someone else. Despite trying for a year, I can't use my current number given to me last year. When setting up Facebook on my phone, it links to someone else's account, specifically a young man in Kannapolis or Concord using the number [redacted]. I urgently need to have this wrong account deleted. Facebook keeps prompting me to update my number, but I can't due to this problem. I kindly request a prompt resolution to this matter so I can finally use my correct number on my account. Please refrain from asking for my number again until this issue is fixed. Thank you.

I have been restricted on Facebook and I am unable to provide an explanation. I would appreciate it if someone could review my response. Here it is: Firstly, I want to apologize for any comments I have made that may have offended anyone and gone against Facebook's policies. As a proud U.S. Army veteran, I support our troops in fighting ISIS and the Taliban. Sometimes my emotions get the best of me, and I speak before realizing the impact of my words. I have witnessed friends being killed in combat, and I am dedicated to upholding the U.S. Constitution. The tragic story of the two Scandinavian girls murdered in Morocco, which was briefly shared on Facebook and then removed, deeply affected me. Additionally, both of my VA providers are on Facebook, and I rely on the platform to discuss my health concerns and medications with them. I kindly request to be reinstated on Facebook so I can stay connected with my family across the U.S. Thank you.

I am having trouble accessing my Facebook account because my Yahoo account was deactivated due to inactivity. I thought I had switched my Facebook login to my Gmail account, but it did not happen. Now I am locked out of both my Facebook and Messenger accounts because they are linked to my inactive Yahoo email. Yahoo cannot recover the account due to the lack of activity for over a year. I am seeking assistance as emailing is not helpful in this situation. Please contact me at [redacted]. Thank you for your help. - K. Wilson

I am facing a frustrating situation with my Facebook account. I originally signed up using an old email that I no longer have access to. I updated my account with a new email many years ago, but was unable to remove the original email. Recently, someone hacked into my old email account, used it to reset my Facebook password, and then changed my contact information to their own from Syria and Turkey. Despite trying all available tools, I have been unable to regain access to my account. I am located in Canada and am desperate to retrieve my family photos and memories. Unfortunately, I have had no luck contacting Facebook for assistance.

Hello, I hope you are doing well. I'm facing an issue with my Facebook account. While traveling from Amsterdam to NYC, I got blocked out of my account. I have urgent messages to respond to regarding a colleague's recent family loss, and I can't reach out to her. Additionally, I'm unable to make plans for my upcoming birthday with my loved ones due to the restrictions on my Facebook account. I suspect my account may have been compromised while flying or due to logging in from Puffin browser, if that's against policy. Could you please assist me in unblocking my account to regain access to these important communications? I feel awful about not being able to support my colleague during this difficult time. Thank you, Glenn
