I have no idea what happened. I have had my acct almost ** years and never had a problem before but on the **th I tried to log in and got a message I needed to verify my identity or that I violated something. I'm not sure what happened because I have always been careful not to violate anything. I sent them a picture of my drivers license like requested and I even told them I don't know what happened and asked for help. My personal acct is disabled, all of my children's and my mom's pictures are on that acct and my mom is gone so they are the only pictures I have of her. All of my family, which is all out of state is on that acct and alot of them I have no way of contacting now bc I keep up with them or chat in messenger. We had a death in the family and I may miss my cousins funeral bc I can't contact my family to find out when the arrangements are. On top of all of this it's the holidays and I'm states away from all my family. My page for my flowers is also tied to my personal acct so I cannot answer customers messages I got over the holidays, get into messages to see details about what they asked, or post pictures to my page. My ads run on Facebook so they have my banking information so they know that I am me. Also I don't know if I was hacked and someone posted something or if they may have stolen my pictures, my bank card info, or anything else. I'm so upset and I don't know what to do. I need my acct fixed as soon as possible.
