I am reaching out regarding my wife, Patricia Johnson, who is 74 years old. We recently purchased two new Pixel 3 cell phones, but she preferred her old phone after trying an iPhone 8. We had to buy another new Pixel 3 phone, causing difficulties with her Facebook account. We have tried various solutions, including providing her driver's license for verification and changing passwords. Unfortunately, we are unable to regain access to her account. As her older sister is being moved to a nursing home, it is crucial for them to communicate through Facebook. We kindly request assistance from the Facebook team in resolving this issue. Someone has created a second Facebook page without my knowledge or consent. They have been using this fake page to send messages soliciting money from my friends and family for supposed political contributions. I did not send these messages; it was the creator of the fraudulent page. Please assist me in deleting or removing this unauthorized profile from Facebook. Your help in this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Hello, I have been experiencing issues with Sergey Zamkovets from Lviv for the past year and a half. Despite not posting anything inappropriate, he continues to block my messages and those of my friends from various groups. Even though he is not on my friends list and has been removed from Facebook, he is still causing issues for me. Recently, he messaged me saying that my actions have been blocked until December 31 at 22:26. Reporting the situation seems futile, and Facebook is an important outlet for me since I spend most of my time at home as a disabled person. Thank you, Maria Roitkvitel.

Hello, I wanted to share my experience with someone named "Casey Cardinal" who seems to be misrepresenting the company she works for by using an old name. She leads people into a potential scam promising positions at CSC or DXC. She then directs you to her "interview manager," Dennis Tyler, who may have a questionable online presence. After providing personal information, unauthorized purchases were made on my AT&T account, totaling over $[redacted] for 2 iPhones and an iPhone watch. I'm disputing the charges with AT&T, who claims I owe them since I received the items, but the supposed job was to forward them elsewhere. I'm extremely frustrated and seeking advice on how to recover my money.

Our Facebook has a subpage called ondamoderna.com that features alternative journalistic articles aimed at a wide range of communities that follow us. On December 22, it was closed, we changed the passwords and it was possible to reactivate it. On the 25th, it was closed again. We need to know if it is Facebook that is closing it or if, on the other hand, some enemy of the media is sabotaging us. We see this last possibility as viable since we have received threats due to the information we share, which is alternative, educational, and raises awareness to over 8,[redacted] followers.

A customer recently posted a negative review on my business page after a personal disagreement regarding an item I was selling. Despite my attempts to have the review removed, it has been over 24 hours and no action has been taken. The review is unprofessional and defamatory, causing harm to my business reputation. My account, Joseph Deshawn, was disabled for allegedly pretending to be someone else. I have an old account, Shawn Joseph, that I no longer use. Due to a divorce with my wife, Christina Joseph, she keeps flagging my new accounts. I provided my ID, Social Security Card, and birth certificate to prove my identity for the account I wish to keep, Joseph Deshawn. I am unable to access my Shawn Joseph account as my wife changed the password, email, and connected phone. To reach me, use my new email, [redacted], and my new phone number, [redacted]. I believe that someone has created a fake profile pretending to be me. Consequently, my account was reported as a duplicate and deactivated. I have been in communication with the Facebook support team for several days, providing all the necessary identification documents, such as a full bank card photo, payslip, employment proof, and a bank statement, all displaying my name and address. In addition, I have submitted multiple videos, photos, and personal details to verify my identity. Despite my efforts, Facebook is still not reinstating my account that I have maintained since [redacted]. I have exhausted all available options and am frustrated as I have provided extensive evidence that I am the rightful owner. It is disheartening that Facebook allowed the fake account to remain active, causing confusion among my friends. Although the fake account has been removed, Facebook has failed to acknowledge my identity, even after repeated verification attempts.

I'm new to this and 55 years old. My name is Mark F., and my email is [redacted] I encountered a problem with my primary Facebook account. While using it, a window prompted me to sign up for Facebook again, which confused me as I already had an account. After signing up on this new window, it created a completely new Facebook page, and I've been unable to access my original account since then. I attempted to change my password on Facebook but failed to get it right. Despite trying all the passwords I could remember, none of them were successful. Consequently, I find myself locked out of my account. Using the "forgot password" feature led to an error message stating my email was unrecognized, even though it has remained the same since I first created my account. After attempting various email addresses and phone numbers without success, I tried using the "find your page" function, but it couldn't locate my page, giving the impression it had been deleted. Urgent assistance is required as Facebook has restricted my access and the password reset is not functioning. If this matter is not addressed promptly, I will escalate it to the BBB (Better Business Bureau).

Ever since Mark Zuckerberg was all over TV, I've been experiencing nothing but issues with Facebook. My account got hacked, then my contacts were messed up. People have been trying to email me, but it's not going through. Since July [redacted], they are asking for an ID picture. The problem is, I'm legally blind and have no assistance. I've changed my password and tried clicking on the help option, but I was directed to a company asking for money. There has to be alternative solutions for Facebook problems given all the recent controversies surrounding it. I'm frustrated and feel like I'm being held hostage electronically. Considering all the money Facebook makes from our information, there must be a better way to verify identity, like using a word or set of numbers instead of a picture.

On December 23rd, [redacted], someone changed the password to my Facebook account. I've been attempting to regain access ever since. I no longer use the email associated with my account, so I tried adding a new email address twice. I also submitted my driver's license for verification. After receiving a password reset link via email, I entered the code provided, but it kept stating that it was incorrect. Despite waiting 24 hours as instructed on Facebook's help section, the issue persisted. I need assistance to recover my account as it contains important messages and discussions, especially with my fellow Marines.

I got a new phone about a year ago. It took some time, but I eventually managed to log back into Facebook. I updated my password and email to match my current ones. Just recently, I got another new phone, and now nothing seems to be working. None of the help center or reset options are effective. I followed their instructions and submitted my ID, but they claimed it didn't meet their criteria. They asked for a driver's license, which I promptly sent in. I've been trying to resolve this for a week now, but they haven't been helpful at all. I don't want to create a new account; I just want access to my old one back. Despite changing my email on Facebook for this very reason, they refuse to send any information to the updated email. If this isn't resolved soon, I'll have to stop using their services.

I am having difficulty logging in to Facebook. An error message is popping up saying my account is under review due to a photo I submitted. I received a notification from Facebook regarding the review of my verified page "Tyler Falcoa." After logging into my personal account to address this issue, I was prompted to provide reasons for keeping the page and had to change my password due to unauthorized login attempts. Despite changing my password, I continued to receive notifications of unsuccessful login attempts from different IP addresses. Following this, my account was disabled without a clear explanation, even after attempting to appeal and providing my ID. I am frustrated by the lack of information and support from Facebook. My both personal and official pages are now disabled, leaving me without access or understanding of the situation. Any assistance on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

While I was working on my educational Facebook page, I changed the timeline picture and began writing an introduction when I was suddenly logged out and asked to provide my photo ID for verification. I promptly uploaded the requested document, but now I am unable to sign in as Facebook is reviewing my picture. I am concerned about the duration of this process as my page is vital to me.
