The issue in GetHuman-nemanjag's own words
I have an account from a couple of years ago that I created. Today my father just for fun showed me my old account on Facebook which is https:**www.facebook.com*nemanja.grubacevic So I wanted to sign back into that account but I didn’t remember the information to it so I went to the help center and clicked on “I can’t login to Facebook” I searched for the account by name *( Nemanja Grubacevic) two accounts popped up which both are mine. One is more recent and I have access to that account. This is the link to the one I have access to https:**www.facebook.com*profile.php?id*****************Both obviously have the same name on the accounts. After I looked up the name I clicked on the account that I didn’t have access too and then it said u will receive a msg by phone * and put in the code I did that and clicked to continue. After doing so it asked for me to create a new password and I did so then clicked continue. It then just brought me back to my old account which is https:**www.facebook.com*profile.php?id**************** *I thought I had to sign back into it like it had reset the password. I put in the user name and the new password and it signs me back into my old account https:**www.facebook.com*profile.php?id*****************I was very confused. I go back into the help center and do it all over again and search for my name it pops up and this time it says by email to send the code to *****@***.com I click continue and go to my yahoo email but it isn’t there and I give it some time and refresh still didn’t pop up. So I go back to help center and look up my name again this time my account isn’t there. Only my newer*the one I have access to pops up. I would like it if I can get access into my old account https:**www.facebook.com*nemanja.grubacevic *Thank you.
