The issue in GetHuman-maxjong's own words
I was trying to login after I accidentally clicked on the authentication link and started the process of creating the authentication. Since I can't get out of the setup screen for the authentication, I can't get to my homepage or any page. ... I accidentally clicked on the authentication link. I do not want to provide * of my facebook friends to have them go to the recovery website so that I can access my account to delete it. I would like to delete my facebook account. I didn't realize that I couldn't click a back arrow to go back one screen and back out of the authentication.
Since I can't access my account anymore because of the authentication, I want my account deleted*closed. I do not want an account open that I can no longer access. Please delete my account.
I have been a customer for many years.
Nothing in the help center describes my situation. This issue has not been fixed.
