I am actually trying to reach Instagram Support about an issue and emailed *****@***.com but received this reply back: *From: ******@***.com**Subject: Please Visit the Help Center*Hi,*You've reached us at a channel that we no longer support. Please visit the Help Center to find answers to many frequently asked questions and up-to-date forms you can use to contact us:*http:**help.instagram.com**We apologize for the inconvenience.**Sincerely,*The Instagram Team**I am trying to receive detailed, or at minimum, more, information regarding a notification that one of my Instagram Stories was Deleted due to violating the Community Guidelines. Here is my original email:**Kiley Attridge ******@***.com**Fri, Dec **, **:** PM (* days ago)*to support**Instagram Support,**I want to know how to take legal action against the removal of my Instagram Story post on ********** at **:** EST. I received a notification that the "Post Has Been Deleted" because "it *didn't* follow *y*our Community Guidelines.**I visited the Community Guidelines and found the following:*Why was an image that I posted of my child removed?*We know and appreciate that many parents use Instagram to capture and share photos of their children. However, images that show nudity may be removed because they don't follow our Community Guidelines.**We understand that people have different ideas about what’s okay to share on Instagram and that many people share things with good intentions. To help keep Instagram a fun and safe place, we require everyone to follow our Community Guidelines and we may remove content to help keep others from possibly reusing these types of images in inappropriate ways.**If this is Instagram's stance, then virtually EVERY newborn photographer's account needs to be disabled as those accounts constantly post the nude newborn photos.**I am writing more so to the point that Instagram removed the clip from my mobile device without consent. I want to know where in policy it states that if a story is saved to my mobile's camera folder that Instagram has the capability and right to remove it? This is reaching too far. Instagram has, without proper cause, removed a piece of my and my children's life from me. I no longer have that clip of my children enjoying their bath time together and since Instagram has removed it from my personal mobile device's folder I will never be able to get it back.**I am requesting that the clip be re-added to my Archive so that I may re-add it to my device and upload to my own storage. I am still requesting evidence where Instagram has the right and ability to remove content from user's personal accounts like Google Photos in which this clip was removed.**Kiley Butterworth*Account Owner of @thelifeofmrsbutterworth
