A fake Facebook account has been created in my daughter's name, sending friend requests to my friends. They even made fake accounts in my friends' names and messaged me on Messenger. Additionally, they made fake Instagram accounts in my friends' names and contacted my daughters on Instagram with personal details. The police have labeled this as stalking and a criminal offense. Facebook takes up to a year to respond to IP address requests. They recommended I reach out to Facebook directly for a faster resolution.

The pages I manage are "Kenya's Wildlife Conservation" and "Exclusive Job Opportunities Worldwide," along with two groups called "Msanii wa Sanaa" and "More Random ya Skuta." Hello, My girlfriend dropped her phone and had to get a new one. Unfortunately, she forgot her Facebook password and the email linked to the account. Despite multiple attempts to reset it, she hasn't had any luck. After sending multiple emails to Facebook for help, the responses seem automated and unhelpful. A few days ago, I was unexpectedly logged out of Messenger and FB Lite. When I tried to log back in, I received a message saying my account was disabled due to ineligibility. I am not sure why this happened as I am not involved in any hacking or scam activities. This account is linked to all my other social media accounts, and losing it has had a significant impact on my work and social connections. I have reached out to Facebook for clarification on why my account was disabled, but have not received a response yet. I am eager to regain access to my account and understand what led to its ineligibility so I can address the issue and have it reinstated. I was informed by a Facebook Group Support agent to fill out this contact form regarding my closed account under [redacted] I am Ash D., and I had my Facebook account closed for using what was deemed a "fake name." I go by this name as I am transgender, and it's my chosen name in everyday life. Despite not being able to provide legal documentation for it, I would like my account reopened, understanding Facebook's 'real name' policy. I am reaching out regarding my Instagram accounts. I have multiple accounts on the platform, and sadly, most of them have been banned due to coordinated spam reports from individuals trying to harm me. These are the usernames of the affected accounts: rrs_, ir.r, r_rd, and lvb. I find it incredibly unjust that my accounts were banned without valid reasons. I put effort into growing followers and contributing positively to the community, only to be targeted by malicious users. I am not seeking to recover the banned accounts. Instead, I am looking for a solution to prevent future bans. Should I provide my passport photo or visit the company in LA? My Facebook username is Sylva Dossou. Today, while looking at photos on my phone, I received a message from a Messenger contact named Catherine Ros Chauvin, and we chatted in French. Afterwards, a video was sent to me showing me in the recording. The individual on the other end demanded 10 million dollars immediately, threatening to share the video with all my Facebook friends if I didn't comply. I became concerned and suspected blackmail. Then, the person asked me to call and discuss the payment. A phone number, +[redacted]8, was shared for contact. I responded to the comments, but my reply was significantly different from the original text on the post. The content was so severe that I had to share it with my friends. Facebook then flagged me as the problem and suggested hate crime information for my reading choices. I have re-signed up, but the same subject matter is still present. I have been experiencing difficulties logging into my account for the past two days. Although I can access it via my smartphone where I am already logged in, I cannot recall the password for the desktop version after changing it two months ago following a hacking incident. Unfortunately, I no longer have internet service with the email provider linked to my account, making it impossible for me to receive password reset emails. I have already used the "Do not have access to this email" option and sent the account recovery link to my three trusted contacts. Despite receiving the codes from them, I keep encountering an error message stating that I have attempted too many times. I have tried entering the codes three times with at least an eight-hour interval between attempts. Prior to resorting to the trusted contacts method, I struggled to understand how to use this feature. It is crucial for me to access my account, especially since it is linked to my Airbnb account through Facebook login. I urgently need assistance as I have been unable to find clear instructions on how to address this issue. I am eager to log in, update my password, and change the email associated with my account.

My Facebook page was working perfectly until it suddenly turned off and started asking for a code generator. Despite entering the code it provides, it keeps saying it's invalid. I'm stuck and can't access my Facebook either through the mobile app. I have a new phone number as well. I have been designated as an administrator for the Cuchara Mountain Park page. I received an email and clicked "accept" but when I try to access it on Facebook, I receive the message: "The invitation to become an admin of Cuchara Mountain Park has expired. Please ask a current admin of the Page to add you." I visited the page shortly after the admin added me, so I'm unsure why I can't gain access. I tried following some directions I found, but they didn't work. It said I need to accept the invitation to start my role but the instructions were unclear. I need assistance promptly as the current admin is leaving and I need to access the page.
