To Whom It May Concern, It has been reported that Facebook is distributing my personal information to third parties, whether by omission, error, or intent. Furthermore, Facebook has acknowledged this issue, granting third parties access to my personal feeds, potentially allowing them to delete, sell, or misuse my data. This is gross negligence, a situation that would not fare well in a court of law. I am considering filing a class-action lawsuit if these actions are not lawfully ceased immediately. Such behavior breaches trust, shows incompetence, and, in my opinion, constitutes theft and unauthorized sharing of my data with third parties. I expect a response within 24 hours. Regards, Calvin F.

I was alerted by a friend that they received a suspicious message from my messenger account. Another friend suggested changing my password, which I did. Feeling unsure, I disconnected my account. I have been dealing with harassment from an ex named Pascal Barry who uses the alias Pas c a l b a r r y on Facebook. He has been sending threatening messages and making calls that disappear once received. Despite blocking and reporting him, he continues to create new accounts and harass me. This situation is causing me fear for my safety as he has a history of violence towards my child, resulting in hospitalization. I believe he is exploiting the secret conversation feature on Facebook to evade being caught. I possess evidence of his threats in the form of messages that have not disappeared. I seek assistance from Facebook to address this issue and ensure my safety without having to resort to shutting down my account.

Recently, someone accessed my phone without my consent and altered my account details on Facebook. They changed my name and profile picture to someone I know, causing Facebook to disable my account for impersonation. Despite numerous attempts to recover it by sending my ID, the automated response continues to request identification. Unfortunately, the ID I provided does not match the altered account name. I have been using the marketplace for almost two years now. I sell genuine used Coach, Kate Spade, Michael Kors, and The North Face products with accurate descriptions and clear photos. Recently, all my listings were flagged for violating marketplace policy, even though I believe they were accurately described. After explaining this, I was banned from the marketplace without a clear reason. Despite multiple attempts to appeal, I receive automated responses stating my items violated policy without further explanation. I miss selling items as it is a hobby I enjoy, bringing joy to others by passing on my once-favorite things.

Our bicycle store received a negative review on our Facebook business page from an individual who has never interacted with us. This reviewer has accused us of stealing her child's Christmas present, which is completely false and confusing to us. We attempted to reach out to this person to address the issue and have also reported the comment to Facebook without success. We are eager to have this misleading review removed and to prevent further harm to our reputation.

I've been using Instagram to promote my posts for a few months. I pay to boost my photos. This feature was working until Friday, December 14. When I tried to promote a post on Monday, December 17, I received an error message saying “No Permission, you are currently logged in as Cassy Brule who is not an admin of the as Cassy Brule.” Confused, I contacted Facebook. They responded, “Hi, I reviewed your ad account and unfortunately, we can't re-enable it. This decision is final.” I wasn't warned or informed of any wrongdoing. I don't understand why I could promote my previous posts but not this new one, especially since it's a recipe from my blog.

I recently noticed several unauthorized logins on my Facebook account. After downloading an app and linking it to my Facebook, I received an alert through Messenger because my Facebook did not recognize the app. Upon opening the alert thread, I discovered multiple unauthorized logins from the Newport area. Interestingly, I usually receive email and SMS alerts from Facebook for such activities, but I did not receive any this time. This has raised concerns for me, especially considering my long-held suspicions about my older brother potentially hacking into my accounts and using spyware on my phones. The fact that my usual Facebook alerts were not received suggests possible interception. Any assistance with this matter would be greatly appreciated. My car was stolen a month and a half ago, and I've been unable to recover my accounts since. The thieves have changed the passwords for my Facebook, Yahoo, Outlook, and Gmail using my stolen phone and laptop. I've regained access to a few accounts only to have the passwords changed again. Hello, I need assistance. Facebook prompted me to change my password suspecting my account might have been hacked. After changing it, I was informed the new password was not strong enough. When I attempted to re-enter the new password, I was signed out and have been locked out since August. I am desperate to regain access to my account as it is crucial to me. Some time ago, I created a second Facebook account for family and close friends, intending to eventually delete my current one. Unfortunately, I am unable to log in, despite trying all my email addresses. Instead of accessing the new profile, it keeps linking me back to my old one. The only access I have is through Messenger. I reported the issue as impersonation since I couldn't find another way to contact Facebook for help. I possess all necessary documentation to verify my identity and wish to delete the second account. However, I haven't been able to reach anyone and even after reporting it, the account is still active. I am adamant about having it completely removed.

A week ago, my Facebook account was hacked, and despite my efforts to recover it by submitting my ID and birth certificate, I've faced issues with the 6-digit code sent to me. The hacker is still actively using my account to ask for money from my friends and demanding $[redacted] from me to regain access. I've received messages from them on my new account as well. I have screenshots of these conversations and feel helpless as the person remains logged into my account. At this point, I believe deleting the account might be the only solution left. I recently reported my husband, B. A. Sokoya, to the authorities for domestic violence and abuse that I've endured for over five years. After the birth of our new baby, he continued to sexually assault me, prompting me to seek help from someone at our kids' school who assisted in involving the police and social services. He was questioned and released after 24 hours pending an ongoing investigation. Since his release, he has posted about the incident on social media, including details about our children. This is a private family matter being handled by the police, and I am currently receiving threats from his friends. I believe the posts should be removed from his page.

Hello Facebook, I recently reached out regarding Case ID #[redacted][redacted]. The credit card linked to my account for ads was blocked for security reasons unrelated to Facebook. I am now trying to update my payment method to clear the balance and set up new ads, but I am facing issues in doing so. I wish to deactivate my Facebook account as I have encountered issues. I am unable to remember my initial password which has prevented me from closing my accounts. I'm Smichelle Presley on Facebook. My son, A.J. Floyd, has been in prison since August. A girl named Jennifer Whatley posted a picture of my son behind bars without his permission. I spoke to my son today, and he asked me to report it so that it can be removed. I messaged Jennifer asking her to take it down as it's disrespectful to me and our family. Adjusting to having my son in prison has been tough, and I don't need reminders. Jennifer refuses to remove it, finding it funny. As his Mom, I find it plain disrespectful. Can you please block her from his page and remove the picture as soon as possible? Thank you so much.

Hello, Two days ago, my account got disabled due to a video mistakenly shared on a private group. The video, which I shared to highlight the presence of violent individuals, was not intended to portray me as violent. My phone number is linked to the account, and I rely on it for communication with friends, colleagues, and accessing various applications, including Instagram. I am aware that WhatsApp is owned by Facebook, and I am puzzled as to why my account was disabled. I wish to recover my account along with my contacts, emails, and linked applications. I do not see the point in creating a new account as I will still be the same person.
