I just got a new phone as well as switched carriers we did on a spur of the moment so we were not prepared well. when I went to log in to Facebook it said it would send me an sms message with a code. I dont know if I had my number associated with my account or not. I never received a code after several attempts. I even tried changing my password successfully thinking that would somehow let me in. While I was doing so I said to log out of previous devices. I’m not sure if that was the best thing to do or not. I did submit my photo id for acct recovery. But I have never had to do that before. I have not received anyas of yet for my acct. help. All of my games are associated with my fab acct. and I contact people for work through messenger. I guess I didn’t realize I had my acct so private that I could lock my own self out.
