I am an administrator of the Faith Theological Seminary & Christian College page. We recently had the primary administrator resign. To ensure security, we logged out of all accounts on her computer and removed her email. We now have a new employee to manage our Facebook page. However, I encountered an error when trying to log in using the email [redacted] on her computer. The error message states "Email cannot be found or does not exist." This is our correct email address. Even after trying the account recovery option, the same error persists. We request assistance to resolve this issue.

On Monday, 12/10, I switched phone providers from AT&T to Sprint. On that day, I downloaded the Facebook app and attempted to log in. Despite several tries, I did not receive the login code they mentioned. I then tried to access other methods to retrieve the code but faced difficulty when I had already logged out. Since then, I have been unsuccessful in receiving a code despite multiple attempts. Additionally, I tried sending a picture of my driver's license through the app's help section but have not received any response. Accessing my account is crucial as it is linked to several other accounts, including an app for bill payments. It is essential for me to regain access to this account promptly.

I received a notification this morning when opening my Facebook app, alerting me that someone attempted to access my account from a different country. Following the prompts, I selected "No" to verify it wasn't me and proceeded to change my password. However, after multiple attempts, the system indicated that my old password was incorrect. Feeling uneasy, I closed the window on my phone. Surprisingly, when I accessed Facebook directly, it opened without any issues. The experience left me feeling uneasy, questioning if the password reset process inadvertently shared my information with an unknown source.

My Facebook account seems to have been hacked as I received an email saying someone accessed it from California, USA while I am in the UK. Facebook then locked my account after I denied the login attempt. They asked for my old password to reset it, but I also received an email about a password change request with a code sent to my email, which I couldn't access as I was at the hospital without service. The hacker changed my password, so now I can't unlock my account or change the password. I'm experiencing hacking issues on Facebook and Amazon recently. I need assistance to reset my password since I can't use the "Forgot Password" option when the account is locked.

On August 14, [redacted], I purchased a Relaxon Chair MK-II Plus full body zero gravity shiatsu massage chair with a built-in heat & air massage system, order number #[redacted]. Despite reaching out to [redacted] on September 27, November 14, and recently, I have only received unhelpful automated responses. The total was $[redacted].61 with complimentary shipping. Considering I found this product through a Facebook ad, I would appreciate it if you could investigate this matter. Since it was advertised on your platform, I believe I deserve clarification on its legitimacy. If not authentic, I will have to source this gift elsewhere for my husband for Christmas. Hello, I am experiencing issues with my Marketplace listings being disapproved. One of the items, a Victoria's Secret Pink shirt, was flagged, and I'm unsure why. Despite reviewing the policies, I cannot identify the problem. I have reached out multiple times to the support team asking for clarification, as I strive to comply with the rules. The responses received so far have only stated "Not Approved," lacking a detailed explanation. I value using Marketplace and would greatly appreciate having my account reinstated. I am also concerned about the delayed responses from the support department, which should ideally reply within 7 days as indicated. I was playing NBA Live Mobile on my phone, and my NBA account is linked to my Facebook. Two weeks ago, I had an issue starting a game against another player. I contacted NBALive support, and they advised securing my Facebook account first. I enabled two-factor authentication and changed my password. However, when I tried to log back into NBA LIVE, the app wouldn't load. Today, I couldn't access my Facebook password, even though I was typically logged in automatically. I attempted to change my password but couldn't log in with the last one I set. I considered deactivating my account due to various connections but found a guide suggesting logging out and back in. Unfortunately, I couldn't log back in. My goal is to deactivate my account at this point.

I, N.S., have been an active Facebook user for a decade. Upon joining, I familiarized myself with and agreed to adhere to Facebook's Terms of Service and Statement of Rights and Responsibilities. I understand that using fake identities, pretending to be someone else, or maintaining multiple accounts for spamming or harassment are violations against Facebook policies. Recently, my personal account was unexpectedly disabled for allegedly pretending to be someone else. This decision surprised me as my account contains only genuine information about myself. To prove my authentic identity, I promptly submitted my government-issued IDs for verification, yet it has been 18 days without any response from Facebook. I affirm that my account has never engaged in any illegal activities contrary to Facebook's guidelines. I believe this was a mistaken decision by Facebook, affecting my social connections significantly as a Human Rights activist. I have not created unauthorized accounts in violation of Facebook's rules. I kindly request assistance in reinstating my account to resume my social interactions. I recently got a new phone which led to being logged out of Facebook after deactivating the old one. Due to an issue accessing my college email, I had to send Facebook my ID for verification. They updated my profile with my new email but the link they sent did not work. It indicated I had used "too many codes" and asked me to try again later. Despite waiting 12 and then another 24 hours, I faced more problems. When trying the forgot password link with the correct email, I received an "Unknown error" message preventing me from accessing my account. I am unsure about what to do next or how long to wait before trying again. Having the right email linked gives me hope, yet I am still locked out due to these error messages. Recently, I received an email alerting me of a potential security breach on my Instagram account. Following the instructions to change my password, I discovered that my account was inaccessible as it was renamed to walker__7_ale with the display name "earl hagenes". Despite reaching out to Instagram for assistance, I have not received a response in three days. Although I reported the unauthorized access, Instagram did not acknowledge it as a hack, even though my photos are still up on the account. I have accessed my account from various devices such as laptops, tablets, and smartphones. Currently, I am facing a challenge as I am prompted to verify my identity. Unfortunately, I cannot use the phone numbers associated with my account as they are outdated. The trusted devices are also not accessible to me. Additionally, I don't have the phone numbers of five friends who could provide me with codes due to a period of homelessness where I didn't have a phone or contact with them. One of the friends is even missing. I now have a phone with active service and am no longer homeless. Can you please help me verify my identity by providing alternative methods like submitting a photo of my license?

A few weeks ago, I attempted to create a Facebook account using my name, Elizabeth Daniels. Surprisingly, it requested a photo as part of the verification process. Without my own photo available, I submitted one of my daughter. Now, Facebook is prompting me again for a different photo, so I quickly took a picture of myself, uploaded it, and sent it across. Despite this, I am still unable to access Facebook due to the photo verification process. The first photo I sent was of my daughter, which I would like to disregard to prevent any future issues for her. I am uncertain why multiple photos are necessary. Hello, my Instagram account was recently deleted by Instagram bots. I have not posted anything wrong or broken any guidelines, so I believe this was a mistake. It has been 3 weeks, and I have had no luck getting it back. My Instagram account was created for my business, and I even purchased promotions through the app. I would appreciate it if someone could assist me in recovering my account, as I have put a lot of effort and money into it. I feel like my account was wrongfully deleted without any warnings. I had previously received a warning about a copyrighted video that I promptly removed, but shortly after, my account was disabled for a reason unknown to me. It's a little complicated. I used to have an account under the name Jarred Delacruz, but I changed it to Jarred Okami because of personal reasons involving my family. However, I realized it wasn't a good idea and now want to change it to Lobo Dugo, which means "wolf blood," to symbolize that family is not just about blood relations. Can the account be unlocked so I can make this change to separate myself from my blood relatives? Apologies for not providing many details, but this is a sensitive matter for me.

Three days ago, while on Facebook, a square warning box appeared stating "app timeout" and logged me out. For two days, I tried to log back in without success, even after attempting to reset my password. After contacting Facebook, they mentioned my account had been hacked by someone in Mexico, verified my information, and advised against online activities. Now, I am waiting for further updates and concerned about the security breach.
