I am confused as to why I am currently blocked from Facebook. Within the last 24 hours, I created multiple events for my Facebook group, and on one of them, I included a video that was flagged as unusable. Despite my appeal, which I believe was fair use, being denied, I promptly removed the video. I have not violated any other policies or guidelines. I am unable to find any clear explanation for why I have been blocked or how long this block will last. I have removed the video in question as requested. Please reinstate my access as soon as possible. I am an active member of the community and have important messages and posts to share with my group. I am also unable to access the appeal function currently.

My cellphone was stolen, and my Facebook and Gmail accounts were linked to that device. Even after reporting the phone as stolen and not being able to reactivate the number when it was returned to me, I still can access my accounts on it. I attempted to verify my identity on Facebook by submitting my driver's license a second time, but it was rejected as not valid. I have added photos and used Messenger on my account. It would be helpful if Facebook could implement a feature where I could video chat or submit a request and respond by sharing a selfie to verify my identity. This selfie could contain embedded data that verifies my location and device. Another suggestion is to allow users to submit a photo for comparison with pictures on their profile using facial recognition technology to confirm their identity. The Facebook Help Center and community have not offered a solution or explanation for why my ID was rejected.

I need to reset my account password, but after receiving the code, I can't proceed because the options ask me to involve friends, use another computer, or rely on a smartphone for a text message. I'm uncomfortable asking friends and don't have a smartphone or an extra computer. It's frustrating not being able to get back into my account easily. It would be simpler if they asked for personal information like my birthdate or mother's maiden name instead of these hurdles. As someone in advertising, I understand the importance of smooth interactions, and if I treated my clients this way, I wouldn't have any left. Even retrieving the code required going from Firefox to Google - unnecessarily complicated.

Hello, this is Victoria. I am experiencing another issue with my account being locked. For the second time, I have been requested to provide my ID for verification, even though I have already confirmed my name and birthdate previously. Last week, my account was locked on Wednesday for the same reason, and after contacting Facebook, they resolved the issue and restored my account. I am currently unable to access my account again. I rely on my Facebook for various activities, including work, so I urgently need it unlocked. I am unsure why this is occurring twice in a short period. I am eager to regain access to my account promptly and prevent future lockouts. Please assist me in unlocking my account as soon as possible.

Dear Facebook, I’m experiencing extreme frustration with the ongoing issue with my account. Every time I try to access it through the provided link, I receive the same message. I initially requested to update my name to 'Mr Scribbles' from 'Scribbles Bear' months ago, but I keep encountering the message: "Unfortunately, you won't be able to access your account while we're reviewing these additional documents. We appreciate your patience, and we'll get back to you as soon as we can.” I have submitted my passport details multiple times but I am still locked out of my account. Please either change my name to 'Mr Scribbles' or restore access to my ‘Scribbles Bear’ account. The delay has caused confusion and inconvenience among my contacts, and this situation has dragged on far too long. Thank you.

Hello, I recently returned to Australia due to health reasons from Indonesia where I usually live. I'm currently unable to access my Facebook account under [redacted] since I can't use my local Indonesian phone number. Also, I've reinstalled my computer's operating system, so I can't log in from the same device as before. It is crucial for me to regain access as I have important connections linked to this account. The security check, with random faces, doesn't consider if I actually know the individuals well. I'm part of a church group with global members, and being unable to recognize every face and name in this setting is frustrating. I rely on Facebook to communicate with my church group members in Australia and Indonesia. Being locked out means losing contact with them. I desperately need help as Facebook is a significant tool for my mental well-being. I have control over my email address and have updated my password for added security. I appeal for human assistance to resolve this matter promptly.

A few years back, I created a Facebook account but have since forgotten both the password and the associated Gmail password. I did, however, set up trusted contacts for emergency situations when setting up the account. Recently, when attempting to recover my account, it prompted me for verification codes from three trusted contacts. Unfortunately, I only have two available, which leaves me unable to access my account fully. I am willing to provide any necessary evidence of ownership for the account.

I recently changed my Facebook password due to a security concern but unfortunately forgot it. I had planned to update it eventually. Recently, during a system upgrade, I got logged out of my account. Since I can't remember the password, I'm unable to log back in. The email addresses linked to my account are inactive, and my phone number on file is temporarily disabled as I'm deployed in the Navy and suspended my Verizon account. Rebuilding my online presence from scratch seems daunting, and waiting until I return in over a year isn't feasible. Is there a way for Facebook to assist me in unlocking my account?

Possible Online Shopping Scam Alert from a Facebook Link Dear Customer Support, I want to report a potential online shopping scam related to an electric scooter purchase from a company called Extol-Stowaway. The order was placed on December 5th through a link on Facebook. Initially, we received an order confirmation, but later noticed suspicious activity. A charge of $89.99 in UK pounds posted to my Bank of America account, which seemed odd as the website was in US dollars. Attempts to track the order failed, and the URL links disappeared. My email may have been compromised as only the Extol-Stowaway email address remains. I have concerns about the legitimacy of the website sforway.com advertised on Facebook. Can you provide any details about the site's location? Does Facebook verify the authenticity of ads? I want to understand if further action can be taken regarding this potential scam. Your assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your attention to this issue. Sincerely, Mike G. (for Teri G.)

I attempted to access Facebook on my app as a nonalcoholic but encountered an issue where I needed to log in. Despite trying various combinations, none were successful. I recently changed my login information and provided what I believed was correct, but to no avail. The email associated with my account is linked to an old AOL account that has since been deactivated. As a result, I am unable to receive the necessary verification code. I would appreciate it if Facebook could contact me via my new email address and update my account information accordingly. Alternatively, I would like the opportunity to speak with someone from Facebook to verify my account details.

Hello, good morning. Recently, my daughter was playing with my phone, and since then, I've been unable to access my Facebook account and Messenger. Despite uninstalling and reinstalling the apps, changing my password, and attempting the one-time use links sent by Facebook, I still can't log in. I have important messages I need to respond to, and I feel stuck without access. I would appreciate any help in resolving this issue. Thank you for your assistance.

I recently got banned from Facebook Marketplace because they claimed the items I was selling violated their policies. I listed a pair of Nike boots, a Ralph Lauren sweater, Jordan shoes, and another pair of boots. These items are all authentic and not inappropriate or counterfeit. I'm confused about the ban and asked for clarification, but they failed to explain which policy I had breached. This happened before in July, and they admitted it was a mistake. It seems unfair that they targeted me for selling clothing when there are others posting inappropriate content regularly. I feel frustrated and upset.

I am experiencing difficulty verifying my identity through text on Facebook. Unfortunately, my phone number is not appearing as an option, leading to a complete block from accessing my Facebook account and other linked apps. The help center's instructions to resolve the issue are ineffective because I cannot log in without verifying my identity first. Although I can successfully log in with my current phone number and password, the subsequent identity confirmation prompt leaves me stuck without an option to receive a verification code. My Facebook email is [redacted], but I would appreciate a response to my business email to avoid it getting lost among the spam in my personal account.

As the admin of a secret Facebook group, I've encountered an issue when using my iPad to add members. While I can easily add people via a Mac or PC, my iPad does not respond when I attempt to add members or type in a name in the designated box. iPads are widely used devices, so it's puzzling why this basic function isn't working properly. Additionally, I've noticed an abundance of sponsored ads promoting T-shirts and merchandise from unverified sources. Despite challenging some of them and having them removed, they reappear under different names. These companies, often with multiple aliases and originating from South America, seem to operate illegally without proper permissions or licenses. It's concerning that these ads persist, raising questions about the accountability of Facebook in ensuring the legality of advertised products. Thank you for your assistance. -Martin L.

Last week, I experienced issues with Facebook being down in my area, which resulted in an automatic logout and prompted me to change my password. However, I faced a problem where the new password was not recognized. Despite multiple attempts to change it, I still cannot log in on any of my computers. Even after leaving it untouched for days, I encounter messages stating I have tried too many times. Currently, I can only access Facebook on my phone, which fortunately did not log me out. The 'hacked account' password reset also leads to the same errors. This situation is affecting my business activities that rely on Facebook access from my computer. I have reported this problem multiple times without receiving any response. I am seeking assistance to resolve this frustrating issue.

Our business organization has offices in the UAE and a team in Saudi Arabia managing various brand pages. Unfortunately, they mistakenly created a Facebook profile instead of a business manager for brand control. When attempting to log in with their credentials from Dubai, Facebook disabled the account. Despite trying to reset the password, the login requires approval from the Saudi team's device, asking for a birthdate they do not recall. Changing the password did not resolve the issue as it still requests approval from another logged-in device. The affected account is Qoot Mkt at [redacted]

My daughter is a college student currently facing challenges with a Facebook Page assignment for a non-profit during her finals. Due to stress, she forgot the password, resulting in being locked out and the account permanently disabled. Despite providing documentation and assistance from the non-profit, she is receiving generic replies and no real help. This situation is causing her undue stress as her final grade is affected. Your prompt assistance is urgently needed. Thank you for understanding and helping resolve this issue. Her name is Gabrielle Haddox, and the Facebook page is for the non-profit Mieszko, promoting his artwork as he is mentally disabled. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I, William Penn, have had multiple Facebook accounts due to someone named Emma Liana Parish Milford Thibou Jarima Williams hacking my page. They continuously change the information on it, including putting pornographic content, making it seem like it's me. This situation is distressing, as they have made my online identity unrecognizable. I am unable to control my own account, and I wish for legal action to be taken against these individuals. Please investigate this matter, as I have only one legitimate Facebook account under my name "honey pen." The interference with my social media presence is causing me significant distress, and I urge prompt action to resolve this issue. Thank you for your assistance.

Hello, it's Mr. Pen here again. Someone is tampering with my messages and trying to make me look bad by misspelling words. I believe they are attempting to discredit me. I would appreciate a direct phone number to contact you and discuss this issue further. I have been dealing with this for years and I hope someone can help me investigate this situation thoroughly. Thank you.

I hired a photographer, Mary Lee Photography in Watkinsville, GA, for a service, but unfortunately, they did not fulfill their part of the deal and have been extremely delayed in providing the photos. Despite not having a written contract, the photographer had terms on her Facebook page that she kept changing and didn't communicate well when people inquired about receiving their pictures. Payment was taken upfront as a deposit and for the remainder before the shoot, but there are still outstanding images. She has not responded to my requests for an additional photo I really wanted, and even my wife has been ignored. I believe her actions constitute fraudulent behavior as she's taking money without delivering the services her business offers. Other individuals have had similar experiences of delays and excuses like laptop issues or problems with accessing her iCloud server. My sister-in-law couldn't even open the photos she paid for on a USB stick from this photographer. This has now caused our Christmas card plans to be delayed. I think her Facebook page should be taken down to prevent this from happening to others.
