I received a call from a person claiming to be Stacy J Walker from Facebook, informing me that I've won $[redacted],[redacted]. She mentioned a message from Mark Zuckerberg was forthcoming. They stressed that the promotion isn't a scam and assured me it's legitimate with FBI oversight. They explained the selection process involved a computer ballot from millions of email addresses globally. I was advised to keep the win confidential to prevent fraudulent claims, citing a past incident. Delivery of the prize via FedEx was mentioned with a $[redacted] shipping fee.

Facebook requested a photo from me three days ago, which I promptly uploaded - a picture of my passport. However, my account remains inaccessible. Despite their claim of a security check due to suspicious activity, I primarily use Facebook to manage a music page. This situation has disrupted a promotional campaign for the page and hindered my ability to promote it effectively. I've encountered issues creating both the page and my Facebook account, with the initial one being deleted without notice. Now, I can only access Facebook with my personal phone number as they won't allow me to use my artist email that was previously associated with the deleted account. Despite my efforts to add the email back, Facebook claims it's already in use. Any assistance on this matter would be greatly appreciated. My contact emails are available at [redacted] and [redacted]

I am extremely upset that I am unable to speak with someone regarding a distressing situation. My deceased daughter's Facebook account has been hacked, and I have been receiving distressing texts and messages from it. As a 78-year-old, I am at a loss as to how to handle this and I am deeply troubled by these events, especially during this time of year. I received multiple messages yesterday and today, including a picture sent through Messenger. I am reaching out for assistance as I do not know how to address this issue and it is breaking my heart. My name is Janice J., and my email is [redacted] I am hoping for a prompt response to resolve this and prevent further distressing messages.

Hello. I set up a Facebook account around [redacted] or possibly even earlier. I haven't accessed it since at least [redacted], maybe longer. Now, when I try to update my Profile, Facebook is prompting me for identity verification. The challenge is that my account has a fictional name and uses a picture of a fictional character. This makes it impossible to verify my identity with documents such as a passport that don't match the name and picture. Additionally, I didn't add a phone number to my account back then, so I can't receive a verification code. I fear I might be locked out of my account permanently, which I want to avoid. The ideal solution for me would be for Facebook to manually add my phone number to my account temporarily or grant me access to update it myself for verification. I'm open to providing my identity card as proof. I hope there's a straightforward way to resolve this issue. Thanks. Best regards.

It appears that my account was hacked, and inappropriate comments were posted, leading to its deactivation. I do not engage in vulgar or hateful speech and am puzzled why I was banned. This situation is affecting my work and my family's ability to contact me, crucial during the holiday season. I require access to buy Christmas presents. Please reinstate my account promptly as I find it unjust to be punished for actions I did not commit.

When trying to log into Instagram through Facebook, the system is directing me to log in to the "Apostolicatsea" page, of which I am an Admin. Unfortunately, there seems to be no option to switch which page I log in to through Instagram. The situation is becoming increasingly frustrating because I have taken numerous steps to disassociate myself from the "Apostolicatsea" page. I have removed myself from being an Admin and from the ad manager, essentially severing all ties. Additionally, I have even changed the password for the "Apostolicatsea" Instagram account. However, despite these efforts, the system continues to compel me to log in to this account that I want no association with. This ongoing issue is not only a major inconvenience but also a significant security concern.

I am unable to access my Facebook account and would like assistance in recovering it. I am 77 years old and have been using Facebook for 5 years. I enjoy playing games on the Game Room, sending cards from Blue Mountain, and keeping up with news from family and friends. Following the loss of my husband in [redacted] due to cancer and the tragic passing of my youngest son in a car accident five weeks later, Facebook has been a source of comfort during lonely times. I have resided in my current home for 49 years and rely on Facebook to stay connected due to my disability. I am unsure why I was locked out and am hopeful that you can help me regain access to my account. Thank you for your assistance. Sincerely, D. Royer.

I encountered an issue with Facebook requiring me to change my password. I attempted to use various memorable passwords but was unsuccessful. I resorted to trying my children's birthdays, but none have worked. Despite multiple attempts, I have not received any recovery emails when using my designated email address. The phone number linked to my account is outdated. I recall a situation where a friend had to confirm their identity through friends or security questions. Could this be an option for me? My Facebook is linked to [redacted], with a recovery email at [redacted] Feel free to contact me at [redacted] or via email at [redacted]

I am attempting to report an individual who has made malicious, false, and hateful accusations. Unfortunately, the reporting tool on Facebook isn't functional. The person in question is not on my friends' list on Facebook, which restricts my access to the post. However, a friend who can view it has shared the details with me. I am willing to provide all necessary information requested by Facebook, but the reporting link keeps displaying an error message stating, "we cannot process your request. Please try again later." It seems that this issue is widespread based on my research online. Facebook's response to these problems is inadequate, making it challenging to report such content. I am prepared to share the information, links, and screenshots via email to facilitate their investigation and review of the reported material.

I have been using an account for years. Unfortunately, after factory resetting my Xiomi Mi A1 phone when sending it for repairs, I have forgotten the password to my account. I have tried various methods but have been unsuccessful due to not having access to the phone number ending in [redacted] and being unsure which email it is associated with. I do not use that particular email address as my active ones are not receiving any notifications. I would be able to answer security questions if prompted but the current situation is not allowing me to access my Facebook account. The account holds sentimental photos and important information that I need access to. I would appreciate any advice on how I can regain access to my account as I am the rightful owner and need it back urgently.

I forgot my password and couldn't log into my email address. I created a new email and added it to my Facebook account, now having three emails linked. Facebook sent me a 6-digit code to reset my password, but after multiple attempts, it says I've tried too many codes. I'm unable to update my phone number or remove the extra emails. I've sent my driver's license for identity verification, but I'm still unable to access my account. I only want one email linked to my account. With three emails, I receive 3 different codes, making it impossible to log in. I need assistance with this issue.

My Facebook account was unexpectedly timed out, and now I'm unable to access Messenger or Facebook itself. After an argument with a customer who purchased a bullbar from me, where he appeared upset, I suspect he may have reported me causing this login issue. Following a notification of his reaction to my message, I was abruptly logged out due to a session timeout. Unfortunately, I can't regain access as the registered email is an old address I no longer use. It's crucial for me to resolve this situation promptly as I have upcoming customers interested in buying bullbars through Facebook, which is my primary communication channel with them. Any advice or assistance to regain access would be highly appreciated.

Hello, Facebook team. My name is Ishaka Joseph, and I am reaching out regarding my hacked account associated with the email [redacted] An unknown person is using my account under the username Miller Perkins to chat with my friends and family. This unauthorized activity came to my attention when the impostor chatted with my friend named Mary Edodi and acted suspiciously by deleting my pictures. Mary realized the difference in our usual interactions and alerted me immediately. As I have sentimental connections to this account from my university days, I kindly request your assistance in recovering it or permanently shutting it down to prevent my followers from falling victim to scams. Please address this matter promptly. Note that I no longer have access to the email [redacted] as I have forgotten the password long ago, although it was used to create the compromised account. Thank you for your attention to this urgent matter. Ishaka Joseph

I recently updated my contact email on my account and received a verification email to confirm the new email address. I clicked on the verification link, but when I was prompted to enter a verification code sent by text, I didn't receive the text even after 20 minutes. When I tried to resend the text, I received an error message saying I needed to slow down and that I was using the service incorrectly. This has been happening for a few days now. My phone number hasn't changed, my carrier is the same, and I'm not blocking any numbers. I have 2FA set up using Google Authenticator, which works fine for logging in except for the text verification step that I'm stuck on.

Last week, my account repeatedly prompted me to change my password due to suspicious login attempts. Each time I changed it, I received an SMS code to my phone for verification. Initially, the SMS option displayed the ending digits of my number, ending in 90, and I was able to receive the codes. However, now when trying to reset my password, it indicates sending the code to a number ending in 32, which is not mine. It seems my account may have been hacked, as the number associated with it has been changed without my knowledge. I am unable to log in or receive the reset code. I have exhausted all options through the help center. Any assistance on resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

My identity was stolen through Facebook, and I witnessed it happen, feeling helpless throughout the process. As a verified seller on Facebook Marketplace, my location in the USA and my driver's license are on file with FB. Despite this, my account was compromised, restricting me from accessing my account and Messenger where vital information including credit card details and client contacts for my art business were stored. The security breach occurred with Facebook freely releasing my identity to India, causing immense stress and hindering my ability to conduct my business effectively. Despite multiple attempts to contact Facebook regarding the breach, the issue persists, leaving me unable to regain control of my own business account. I had implemented various security measures, yet the breach still occurred, leading to a situation where I cannot access my account without providing additional identification, even though Facebook already possesses a copy of my driver's license. I am experiencing significant distress due to the unauthorized access to my accounts and demand that Facebook rectify the situation promptly by restoring my access and investigating the identity theft incident.

I have unfortunately been a victim of a scam by a GT model platform that advertises on Facebook. My daughter got in touch with them, believing their promises of helping her start a modeling career. They claimed she was successful but then demanded thousands of pounds for promotion and even suggested we contact agencies ourselves. This has caused my daughter severe distress to the point where she is considering harming herself. We were deceived into paying a large sum of money, leaving me with a substantial bill right before Christmas. I feel shattered. I have tried to report this but it seems my messages are not being received, and I have also been blocked from commenting. Another concerning issue is that someone mentioned an autistic boy being exploited by them. This needs to be stopped to prevent more people from falling into their trap.

I have been blocked multiple times without any request for identification. This is frustrating because I have not violated any rules. My friends are important to me, and I only use Facebook to connect with them and for business purposes. Facebook keeps accusing me of creating accounts to harass others, which is not true. Is there a paid option to keep my account safe and avoid these issues? Every time I create a new account, it gets disabled within an hour. This situation needs to be resolved as it has become a major problem for me. I would appreciate it if my accounts could be reinstated as soon as possible.

I made a separate Facebook account specifically to track my progress in Brave Frontier. Since I already had a personal Facebook account, I wanted to keep my gaming separate from my extended family. However, after 2 days, Facebook requested my ID for security purposes. Despite submitting it, they disabled my account without explanation. I have been trying for 3 days to reactivate it, but my phone number is not being recognized in my appeal. This whole process has been frustrating, and it has me worried about using Facebook again. I am seeking clarification on why my account was disabled and what steps I can take to regain access to continue playing Brave Frontier. Thank you for your assistance.

While trying to remove my phone cover, my screen went black and displayed a message about deleting data. After the phone rebooted, I found I could access Facebook but couldn't get my account to recognize me. Typically, I log in with my phone number without any issues. However, this time, despite providing my email, phone number, and password, Facebook doesn't recognize me. It even claims my email is used by someone else, which isn't the case. I've attempted to resolve this for four days and visited Verizon for assistance, but I still can't access my Facebook or Messenger accounts.
