I purchased a product on November **th, **** and paid $*** through FB pay seller not the seller wont refund my money or send my the product. Can someone please get back to me asap. She claims she did not get $*** from Zelle which they say it went to her account, she shut her fb account down the Monday I was going to get to the bottom of the problem, wouldn't let me message her anymore and shut down her Zelle account. Since have found out the phone she was selling was not even the correct phone. I know and am not asking for the $***.** but would like the $***.** back through took through fb pay seller. I will take care of the other money with the bank. Also I have screen shotted all the conversations with her. She did respond with another account through fb after people searching her and getting home info and contacted family members, however she will not refund the $*** she admits getting through fb pay seller. Thank You
