A few years ago, I bought a new iPhone that had a fingerprint reader for password access. Over time, my iPhone broke and I can't access it, and I no longer have the email or phone number linked to my Facebook account. I am experiencing censorship through various means. Despite my terminal illness, I am fighting for my basic human rights against those in power. Unfortunately, my posts are altered or deleted, causing me additional distress. If this continues, I will consider leaving Facebook. I would appreciate a human response to this matter. Thank you.

I recently found out that someone on Facebook copied my name and photo to create another account. When I reported this to Facebook, they closed my original account and requested identification to prove ownership. I promptly sent my passport and other forms of identification, but my account remains inaccessible. I have been trying to resolve this for over two months, reaching out through messages and emails with no success. I have been an active user with nearly 4,[redacted] friends and rely on Facebook to stay connected with loved ones internationally, especially now that I reside in Vietnam. I am seeking assistance to regain access to my account as I have followed all the necessary steps as instructed by Facebook.

Hello - I wanted to share my recent experience with purchasing Philadelphia Eagles quilts from a company in late September. I bought four quilts, and upon receiving them, I noticed a severe quality issue. The colors were misrepresented, and the images were blurry. When I reached out to the company, they claimed a 20% color discrepancy tolerance due to scanning issues with the logos. I am part of a local political chat group and facing trouble with a member reporting me to Facebook. After a 24-hour ban and subsequent release, I was hit with a three-day ban just two days later. Several members, including myself, were reported, leading the group administrators to request internal issue reporting before involving Facebook. Despite agreeing to this solution, the problem persists. With my reliance on Facebook at 63 for staying connected, I plan to block Nathanael Moccabee once my account is restored. This behavior is immature, and I am not interested in such games at my age. Any help on this matter is appreciated.

Hello, I have been informed that inappropriate images were mistakenly posted from my account. I am not the one responsible for this and have been appealing the permanent deletion of my Facebook account. I have maintained an active account for over a decade, using it to share motivational messages, family photos, and important milestones of my children. The sudden deactivation of my account without warning or a chance to address the issue is disheartening. I believe this decision is unfair and would like to request the reactivation of my account. I have been suspended by Facebook for a statement I made over two months ago. The statement was true and didn't contain vulgar language, just facts. It was my opinion, and I feel my freedom of speech has been violated. I plan to inform my viewers on my local TV show in Dayton, Ohio about how Facebook is censoring people's First Amendment rights. It seems that Facebook doesn't approve of my political comments that are anti-democrat, against Muslims, or about gays and lesbians. I believe expressing these opinions is not hate speech but exercising my constitutional right to freedom of speech.

I recently reported an individual on Facebook for harassment, but received no assistance as Facebook claimed no violation occurred. I believe the reporting process lacked specific options for detailing the harassment. This individual has been using mine and my boyfriend's names without our consent, and despite encountering them on various platforms, only Facebook has ignored my plea for help. The person is using a different name, Diablo Forelle, alongside our names. I am ready to provide my ID to prove my real name is Ross and that this person is misusing it. If Facebook does not act, I may have to involve authorities or confront this individual directly. Their profile link is attached for reference. I urge Facebook to take action against this impersonation and harassment promptly.

I received a message from you stating that my account was not secure and requested me to follow a few steps, including uploading a photo to verify my identity. I was hesitant at first, as I never upload photos on Facebook, but I complied. However, to my surprise, my account was closed a few days later. It would have been more efficient if you had requested the photo during the initial account setup for security purposes. Now, after creating a new account, I am being asked to upload another photo, foreseeing that it might be closed again without explanation. This process is frustrating, especially since you do not disclose the specific unusual activities that led to the account closures. Please consider alternative ways to verify my identity apart from requesting personal photos, as some individuals are not comfortable with this. I rely on these accounts for business purposes and would appreciate having them reinstated.

Hello, I am Luchismita Pradhan. I am facing an issue with my Facebook accounts. I have two accounts with the same name, one created 4 months ago, and the other 3 years ago. The older account got hacked by a former friend I no longer have a good relationship with. I had trusted this person with my password, and now they have changed the account credentials, including email and phone number, and are posting photos that are harming my reputation. I attempted to create an account using my combined maiden and married name, Marie Epple-Kean. My family resides out east, while we live in B.C. Many of my relatives and friends from back east are unfamiliar with my married name, as we have been living here for 35 years. I initially set up the account with the email address [redacted] I submitted a dispute form to clarify my identity by providing my photo ID driver's license, my care card under my married name, a copy of my birth certificate displaying my maiden name, and a TD bank card in my married name to demonstrate my longstanding association with them. Despite sending this documentation twice and explaining the situation, I have not received any response after over two months. I have tried appealing through their disabled account process seven times, with no success. I am eager to connect with my relatives before Christmas and seek a resolution promptly. Following an unintentional error of not including a photo when they requested one, my account was disabled, and despite multiple appeals, there hasn't been any progress. I had an account under the name Sharidan Koski with the email [redacted] that I wanted to close to open a new one. I changed the account name to Koz Koski (my nickname) and created a new account under the name Sharidan Koski. The only phone number I provided is [redacted], which is unique to this account. If I entered an email, it might have been a duplicate of [redacted] I now use the email [redacted] I'm having trouble with the reset code sent to my phone [redacted]. The code didn't work, and now the account is locked due to too many attempts. Could someone please unlock my account so I can transfer my old contacts before closing the previous one?

I always stay logged into my Facebook account. However, last Thursday, I found myself logged out. I've attempted multiple times to log back in through the website and the app, including Messenger, but have been unsuccessful. The email associated with my account has been changed along with the password, preventing me from recovering it. I unfortunately did not add a secure phone number for verification. I'm unsure if my account was hacked or if it's a Facebook issue. I've been struggling with this for the past two days without success. Despite following the account recovery steps, I keep getting directed to the changed email I cannot access. Contacting customer service did not provide a solution. I hope to regain access to my account soon.

Hello, I have been attempting for the past three days to regain access to my husband's account linked to the username: [redacted] Unfortunately, the account has been locked for security reasons, and despite my efforts to verify and recover it, Facebook has not been cooperative. Issue 1: When trying to verify the account by recognizing friends, I correctly identified them, yet a pop-up box appeared stating "Identity Not Confirmed," which has been quite frustrating. (see screenshot 1) Issue 2: In another attempt, I opted to verify using the Date of Birth, which was accepted, and I was directed to the "Keep Your Account Secure" page to review the changes. However, the continue button on this page is unresponsive. (see screenshot 2) I have been struggling with these problems for three days now, and despite submitting my verification ID to Facebook, I have not received any email confirmation. Your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated.

One month ago, our account [redacted] was blocked. Despite attempts to contact Facebook support, we've been unable to resolve the issue. It seems Russian hackers may be involved as we've experienced similar problems on other social media platforms. We kindly request the unblocking of our account and assurance that it was not in violation. Unfortunately, we are unable to send messages due to an error indicating the account is not blocked. We have tried calling without success. Password recovery attempts have also been unsuccessful. Please unblock the account and provide guidance on securing it against future issues. Thank you.

Our account, [redacted], was blocked a month ago. We've tried to contact Facebook support, but we couldn't send messages as it shows the account is not blocked. When we try logging in, a message appears saying Facebook is reviewing the documents we sent. It's frustrating as we suspect Russian hackers are behind this. They've attempted to access our accounts on other social websites from Moscow, resulting in some being blocked for weeks. We're unsure why these hackers are targeting us.
