I recently made a payment through Facebook messenger for $**.** on November **th ****. On both myself and the recipients messenger accounts there was no notification of a duplicate payment. Upon further inspection of my bank account balance about two weeks later I realized that my payment had been sent twice. I would like to know why this happened, as I am an avid Facebook user and messenger has never given me this issue. I would also like a refund of my payment.
