Hi. I was recently asked to verify my identity. I obliged and did so, but I'm stuck on the under review notification on login page for over a month now with no reaction to the photo of my passport, ID and a debit card I sent. *I understand that some time ago you switched your policies about everyone using the same name they use in real life, but I do not see how Mira (short for Miroslav) and El Patron, a nickname my English-speaking friends know me as is somehow wrong. But I do not care too much about switching to the name in my IDs, I just don't know what's going on.*Please help.
