I recently encountered an issue with Facebook disabling my payment account under suspicion of fraud. However, there was no fraudulent activity involved. Paypal, my usual method for Facebook purchases, unexpectedly declined my payment multiple times with an error message prompting me to try again. Even attempts with a credit card failed, possibly due to the repeated purchase attempts on the same day for the same amount. Facebook responded by requesting my identification, which I find concerning given their previous security breach in September. Although they claim the issue is resolved, it still persists. I am unsure how to proceed in resolving this matter.

Hello, I encountered an issue with my Facebook account that has been temporarily locked for about two weeks. I am struggling to follow the required steps to unlock it as I am unable to click continue at times. Despite completing the photo identification of friends, I am unable to verify recent friend requests and comments. Clicking skip causes the button to unclick repeatedly, preventing me from progressing. I have attempted various methods to unlock my account, such as using the help center and resetting my password, but have faced challenges due to what seems to be a server glitch. I am eager to resolve this issue with the assistance of a human representative, as the current contact options have not been fruitful. Your support system needs improvement to better assist users in situations like mine. Sincerely, Emily Grace Carfi.

While using Messenger to share a Facebook post, I encountered an issue where it suddenly claimed I didn't have an account. When I tried to return to the Facebook app on my iPhone, it prompted me to log in despite me never logging out previously. Upon attempting to log in, it stated no account was associated with my email address or "Jeanette Nixon." What is puzzling is that it displayed an old email I no longer use, [redacted], and requested a password which raised my suspicion about a potential hack. The situation felt bizarre as my Gmail address was still functional while this account seemed erroneous. Reluctant to provide more personal details, especially considering my extensive photo collection on the account, I refrained from creating a new account. The attempt to reset the password also proved fruitless.

Years ago, I opened a Mexican account while living in Canada. Today, I reset my password due to security concerns, but Facebook is still prompting me to identify unfamiliar friends for security reasons. Even after reporting my account as hacked, the issue persists. I do not know any of the friends it is asking me to identify. I would appreciate help in deleting my Facebook account if necessary and can provide identification if needed.

I accidentally got logged out of my Facebook account and Messenger on my phone and forgot my password. I no longer have access to my listed phone numbers or email addresses for a recovery code. In the past, I had to provide my driver's license or use identifying pictures on friends' profiles, but that option doesn't seem available now. My current driver's license is expired, although it still shows my name matching my Facebook account. It's vital for me to regain access to my original account rather than creating a new one due to photos and messages from deceased friends that I can still see on my friend's list. I have important messages and voice clips from them. Also, I struggle with copying whole conversations on Messenger and need guidance on that. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated. Some friends I often communicate with include Kelsey Strickler, Kelly Strickler, Lacey Hartinger, Larry Elam, Bill Gumminger, Tim Convey, Gary Sullivan, and Rusty Lawerence.

I shared a picture of my girlfriend at the doctor's office getting a sonogram. I captioned it as being at the doctor's with my girlfriend, and the doctor saying, "Oh look, he already has a warranty." However, I received a message accusing me of violating hate speech policies, which I disagree with because I don't see any hate in my post. Now, I'm being told I can't access Facebook or Messenger for 7 days due to allegedly posting child pornography. This is extremely offensive, and the timing couldn't be worse. I plan to contact my lawyer, Michael Green, if this issue is not resolved promptly. My profile is under the name Alex Farmer and my email is [redacted] Please address this slanderous situation before legal action is pursued.

I needed to change my password due to recent hacking incidents within my family. However, when attempting to do so, I accidentally logged out and now I can't recall my current password. The email linked to my account has been deleted, making it impossible to receive the reset code. Even after trying the trusted friends option, one of my trusted friends is being rejected as not trusted, despite being on the list. I am struggling to regain access to my account and seeking assistance. - Markiyah C.

I seek assistance in resolving this matter promptly to advance our advertising efforts for Barton Plumbers, Don's plumbing business. Thank you for your support. Best regards, Erin from Burden Marketing.

I am concerned about accessing my account and providing personal information like my driver's license. Why is that necessary? I feel uncertain about the legitimacy of this request and worry about potential scams. If you are encountering issues accessing your Facebook account, the platform may request verification through various forms of identification to confirm your identity. Facebook accepts a range of documents, including government-issued photo IDs, non-government IDs, official certificates with your name, or other items like a magazine subscription or mail. In specific instances, such as running ads with political content, users might be required to provide particular government-issued IDs. The goal is to prevent abuse and ensure the security of accounts. You can refer to the provided link for further details and understand what happens to your submitted ID. By following the verification process outlined by Facebook, you can regain access to your account or validate your name on the platform. Remember, alternative options exist if you do not possess government-issued ID. It's essential to go through the verification steps to address your access concerns effectively. We look forward to assisting you once the required identification is provided.

Hi. I recently responded to a request to verify my identity, providing my passport, ID, and debit card. However, I have been stuck on the under review notification on the login page for over a month now with no response. I understand the need for using the name on official IDs, but I'm unsure why my nickname, El Patron, which my English-speaking friends know me by, is causing an issue. I am open to using my official name but would like clarity on the situation. Could someone please assist me? Thank you, Mira 'El Patron' K.

Please review this issue promptly and reactivate my account. Losing my personal and official Facebook account would be quite distressing. Thank you for your assistance, and may Facebook be blessed.

I recently discovered a limitation on event invites to 50 people. I organized a CD release Party in January and, without realizing the limit, invited everyone on my friends list, even those outside the area, to inform them about the upcoming CD release. Unfortunately, due to this limit, I'm unable to complete inviting those living close to the party, especially since there are over 50 people in that area alone. This restriction has caused inconvenience, and it appears others online have also voiced concerns, speculating it may be to promote paid ads. While I intended to use ads as a musician, personal invites to people I know hold significance. Kindly unlock my account so I can reach out to my friends. Thank you.

Hello everyone, I recently set up a Facebook account to oversee social media pages for my 16 websites. Initially, everything was running smoothly for about three months. But lately, I've been consistently prompted to upload a photo for verification whenever I log in, resulting in temporary suspensions. This has now occurred four times over the past two weeks, which has made it difficult to access and manage the website pages effectively. I'm concerned about the potential deletion of the pages and need guidance on how to regain control of my Facebook account to continue managing all these social media pages. The email associated with my Facebook account is "[redacted]" Thank you for any assistance you can provide.

My Facebook account has been compromised. Despite following the account recovery steps, I face obstacles at every turn. After entering the password, I either do not receive the required code, get a message about requesting too many codes, or encounter an "error" message. Even when I attempted to send a photo holding a code, I received no response. In the meantime, fraudulent messages have been sent from my account causing concern. I believe it's necessary to deactivate this Facebook account, but I am unable to access it. The solutions provided on the website all require signing in, which is currently impossible for me. I am uncertain about how to proceed, and fear that some of my less tech-savvy friends may have been affected by this issue.

My Facebook account got disabled due to an issue verifying my identity. I submitted my ID as per their request, but have not received any response. This has caused my business to lose over a thousand dollars within the first few days. I urgently need Facebook to resolve this matter promptly. The inability to access the identity verifying settings makes it difficult since they only retain the ID for a month. The impact on my family's income is severe, and I did not anticipate this when setting up my business page on Facebook. They have ample information to confirm my identity as the rightful business owner. I appeal for my account to be reinstated immediately. Thank you.

I encountered an issue when sending invites through a messenger app that logged me out of my account. Despite receiving numerous emails with a reset code, every attempt to use the code fails as it keeps being deemed incorrect. This process should be simple, as I've reset my password before without such trouble. Typically, within minutes I have a new password, but this time it's proving to be a significant challenge. I've tried accessing the account through various platforms like Google Chrome, Gmail, and the Facebook app, but the code continues to be rejected consistently, despite entering it correctly.

I encountered an issue when trying to add a new payment method to my Business Manager. The message that appeared stated, "For your security, we've temporarily disabled Facebook Payments. Please contact us to turn it back on." It seems like the problem arose from using my sister's debit card, which was authorized for my use. To resolve this, I attempted to reach out for support over the phone after seeing unrecognized charges in the past. However, the issue remains unresolved. My intention is to add my personal debit card as a payment method to resume advertising. Despite my attempts to respond to the message with updated information, I haven't received a clear resolution on how to proceed.

Hello, I recently created a profile and business page on Facebook. I set up an ad that got approved but didn't receive much traction. After adding a photo of a woman to my ad, it was continuously rejected as an MLM or work from home ad, despite being a guide I wrote as a management accountant. I tried to rectify the issue and even reached out to Facebook for help. However, my business page was unexpectedly shut down along with my profile and ad account. I am puzzled and disappointed by this situation as I am a legitimate business trying to adhere to Facebook's policies. Business page: @refineplan User: A. Or: s. Thank you

I am trying to verify the nonprofit organization I represent to receive funds from our supporters using the "add a donate button" feature on Facebook. I have completed the three-step process on www.facebook.com/donate/signup multiple times. However, in Step 1, I do not receive any acknowledgment after submitting the required documents. When I try to verify by phone, the call does not go through. Step 3 has been stuck on "pending" for months, and despite the information stating that we would receive an update within 2-3 weeks, we have not heard anything from Facebook about our verification. I need assistance in finalizing this process so we can access the funds currently in limbo on Facebook to support our organization.
