I received a friend request from a lady with my grandmother's name, who is in a nursing home and has never had a Facebook account. The profile picture on this account is of my mother, Vickie Lantz Madison, who has an active account. The account I flagged belongs to Clariene Morris. This situation is concerning because my grandmother Clariene is in a nursing home and has no access to the internet or a computer. Additionally, the last name Morris was never used by my grandmother; it was her maiden name. I am worried about who created this account and where it originated, especially because my grandmother is very ill. The family is upset, and the fact that my mother's picture is being used is distressing, especially as she is experiencing health issues as well. Please assist with this matter.

This morning, I discovered that my account was disabled. Initially, I attributed it to the recent platform outage where users were unexpectedly logged out. Despite waiting, the message remained the same. I decided to appeal, seeking clarification on why my account was disabled. The response cited a violation of their Community Guidelines related to solicitation and sexually suggestive or nudity content, which I have never engaged in. It seems likely that my account was compromised and misused while I was asleep and unable to access it. I rely on my account for services, client interactions, and cherished memories. If there is a legitimate reason for the disablement, I am willing to address it, but the current situation seems unjustified.

I recently updated my phone number and need to change it on my Facebook account. Despite trying to address this issue since Friday, November 30th, [redacted], I haven't received any assistance. My account is under the name "Yalda Atta," with the username "Yalda.[redacted]" and the old phone number [redacted]. My new number is [redacted], and my email is [redacted] I attempted to verify through the Help Center, submitting my driver's license and a selfie with a code, but have not received a response. I have checked my email and junk folder regularly with no luck. Unfortunately, Facebook's lack of phone support or responsive representatives has left me feeling frustrated. Please, could someone help me regain access to my account?

I need assistance in reporting defamatory content on Facebook. Barbara Breedlove, using another profile named Barbara Morris, has been accusing me and my sister of criminal acts, revealing our identities as retired law enforcement officers, and threatening to impact our pensions. Despite being blocked, I was alerted to these actions. I have evidence of the violations and harassment. I am unable to provide specific URLs since she is blocked, causing difficulty in reporting the issue through Facebook's system. This false information damages my reputation and includes name-calling and bullying. Additionally, Barbara's son, Anthony Morris, has made disturbing statements about my family. I have not had contact with him, and he may have a history of being banned from Facebook. I can provide screenshots of the harmful content for review and removal.

My account was compromised. The email address linked to my Facebook was [redacted] previously and [redacted] before that. My Yahoo email is still active. I now use [redacted] My phone number is [redacted], although my phone is currently off, so I'm using a temporary one. I can't access my original Facebook account with a phoenix bird in flames as the profile picture. When I try, it redirects me to a different account with my details. I suspect my ex-husband is involved as he has interfered with my phone, Facebook, and emails. My contact list and important photos are at risk. The number linked to the account was [redacted], but my phone is off; I can only receive texts and calls temporarily.

I have been following all the Facebook marketplace policies for my legal concealed carry class post, but it keeps getting flagged. The class is approved under policy #5 since it does not involve selling guns or ammunition. I have requested a review, but after 24 hours, it remains flagged without explanation. I have previously posted a CPR class, which was quickly approved after I changed the photo as per their feedback. As a certified instructor in Utah, I am unsure why my concealed carry class is not receiving the same approval process.

I forgot my password and made several unsuccessful attempts to reset it, resulting in a message stating I tried too many codes. Even after waiting for hours, the issue persists. I am concerned as my Facebook account is linked to other apps like Instagram and PubG mobile. Resetting the password is crucial for me. I can reset it using the email or phone number linked to my Facebook account. Any assistance in resolving this would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, I have been utilizing buy and sell groups successfully to supplement my family income for some time now. Recently, I received a notification stating that one of my postings violated commerce policies. Despite thoroughly reviewing the rules, I am unsure of the specific violation. I have appealed multiple times but each time my appeals have been denied. Additionally, I have been restricted from bumping existing items and messaging others within a posting to make a purchase. I have noticed other individuals experiencing similar issues. I kindly request a review of my postings to identify any mistakes so I can rectify them and regain access to buying and selling in these groups and Marketplace. Thank you for your assistance.

My account got blocked for three days due to a Happy Birthday post that someone found inappropriate. Even though I disagreed, I tried to have it reviewed. However, now I can't access anything without being redirected to the post in question. I continuously click accept, but it keeps looping back. Facebook needs to resolve this issue as they've restricted my account beyond the initial ban. They should abide by their rules too. Please fix this promptly. Thanks. - Kaila W.

I received a message from a friend in my messenger with what seemed to be a random YouTube link. Unfortunately, I clicked on it. A day later, the same link was sent to everyone on my friends/contact list. Shortly after, Facebook disabled my account. Despite multiple tries to reactivate it, I have been unsuccessful. When trying to change my password, I receive an error message saying, “something went wrong please try again later.” After waiting and attempting again, now I can’t even log in as it says my password is incorrect. I have tried all my passwords with no luck. It is frustrating as I can't access the help section to seek assistance. Any advice on what to do next would be greatly appreciated.

I came across several websites offering Kitchen Aid stand mixers at $62 each. I mistakenly ordered two and provided my credit card details. After not receiving any response or confirmation, I tried to stop the payment on my credit card without success. I had to close that card and wait for a new one. Following this, I noticed similar sites on Facebook with different email addresses. Despite usually being cautious, I fell for this scam at 63 years old. The website where I made the purchase is www.kiitplaza.com. As someone not proficient with computers, I thought it was a legitimate company. I've seen my negative comments removed from their page, which is concerning. It's disheartening for a senior citizen to be taken advantage of during the holidays.

For about 10 days now, I've had trouble accessing my Facebook account. I typically engage in political and social discussions by sharing my thoughts and commenting on posts. After my iPhone was stolen, my Instagram got hacked. The hacker changed my username from "__tyrajontae" to "longmoneyeasy" and altered my password, phone number, and email address. I haven't been able to access the account since Sunday, December 4th. The phone number associated with the hack is "([redacted])-[redacted]," which was linked to an old Android device. The email address connected to the account is "[redacted]" My original usernames were "__upp3r3ch3l0n" and "__tyrajontae." My friends can still see photos I'm tagged in.

I urgently need my account back. Although I can create a new one, the issue is I started a student group at the Arab American University years ago and we are nearing 20k members. One of the admins got hacked, and now the hacker has control. They can remove all admins except me, the group creator. Unable to hack my account, they devised a plan to shut down my account by adding me from different accounts, posing as girls offering free services to get close to me and attempt to hack my account. One girl sent me a concerning photo which I refused to interact with, not aware that it was manipulated. My account got disabled, the hacker expelled all admins, and put up a fake admin demanding money and blackmailing us. I have evidence in my messages and screenshots in Arabic for verification purposes.

Hello, I urgently need my account restored. I don't necessarily require that specific account; I can create a new one. However, the issue is that I have a student group that I created years ago, and it's very active. We are close to reaching 20,[redacted] students from the Arab American University. The problem arose when one of the admins was hacked, giving someone else control of their account. Since they couldn't hack my account, they found an alternative way to harm me by closing it. The hacker devised a cunning plan, pretending to be different girls offering free services to get close enough to me to hack my account. One individual even sent me a disturbing photo of a naked child, claiming they couldn't crop it. Despite my reluctance, after two weeks of pressure, I eventually cropped the photo out of fear and confusion. Only after my account was disabled did I realize my mistake. The hacker proceeded to remove all admins from the group, replacing them with fake accounts, and now they are extorting us for money. I have evidence in my messages and screenshots of the conversations to support my claims. Please assist me in resolving this situation.

Hello, I shared a post regarding sending Muslims back to their home countries after Paul Trayx's recent post on Avi Yenimi's Facebook page. My intention was to address terrorism concerns. Waking up to Paul Trayx stating he hates Australia and continues to provoke negative comments is alarming. I follow Avi Yenimi's page for updates but don't appreciate being trolled by individuals like Paul Trayx causing unrest. As an Aboriginal individual, I cherish this country despite the threats of terrorism. Paul Trayx's remarks on religion and genocide are distressing. I feel unfairly singled out on Facebook due to my race. Facebook should focus on banning instigators who fuel anger rather than engaging constructively. I do not visit pages I dislike to provoke reactions. It's disheartening to see his latest post provoking more reports just to incite further discord. Thank you, Brendan Dudman

I commented on Avi Yenimi's page to address a troll who was provoking people to write negative comments without any evidence regarding what was being said about Christians. Paul Trayx appeared to be there solely to stir up anger. A few years ago, while visiting Sydney, my family and I were insulted by a group of Muslims, which has left me with a negative perception of them. This experience has made me avoid returning to New South Wales, where I used to frequently visit, and now I rarely see my family in Melbourne. I'm just curious if others would feel upset about being unable to visit family due to cultural issues. Thank you, Brendan Dudman.

Yesterday, there was a news article where I commented, and some people started insulting and bothering me. I reacted by insulting back, and now I am the one being blamed and blocked just because of these three individuals who initiated the harassment towards me. Even after I left the conversation, they continued with their bullying towards me. If you review the time when I left, you'll see they persisted. I understand if I insulted, I won't do it again, but I don't understand why I am the one being blocked. Please take the time to investigate the entire problem from the beginning. I had patience up to a point, but losing control happens to everyone. I can't accept being blocked. Now, I am being approached about sales and purchases on a page, and I can't sell because I have been blocked for 2 days and 22 hours, which seems unjust to me since I am not the sole issue. I hope you investigate everything from when I made my comment. Thank you.

I previously had a Facebook (FB) account with a Messenger account. I deleted my FB account and later created a new one. Now I seem to have two Messenger accounts causing me to miss messages from a group I'm in as they go to the old account I can't access. I lack the computer skills to fix this myself and just want to receive messages from the group. Unfortunately, I can't ask the group to add my new account and need help to remove the duplicate Messenger profile. Thank you for your assistance.
