A new list should appear below so click “Yes” then “Yes” then “More than 10 weeks” then “2 weeks or less” from there click “Send”. You should be receive a response from Instagram within 24 -72 hours.

I have been locked out of my Facebook account for almost ** hours due to a highly annoying bug that doesn't quite disable my account but does prevent me from using my account in any way.**The account became "locked" after I was reported by a user for using only my first name. On Dec *th, I tried logging into my account only to be told I needed to change the name immediately, but after I tried to change the name back to my full name (Hashim Aziz), was met with a generic error that stated "Something went wrong" (a screenshot can be provided). This error has persisted for almost ** hours across the iOS app, the desktop site and the mobile site, and as a result I am now unable to get into my account for any purpose. **I tried to email *****@***.com, but it seems that this is not a functional Facebook email. I then tried reporting the account using the "My Personal Account Was Disabled" form, but because my account has not technically been disabled due to a ban, I got the error: "This email address does not belong to a disabled account". **Because there are no other options for getting help with a Facebook account that don't require being logged in, I'm forced to use this form, which is my absolute last resort. **This is a highly annoying bug and it's one that's left me cut off from a support network for several days, so I'd really appreciate it if it could be escalated to the necessary departments and resolved as soon as possible. **All the best,*Hashim Aziz
