Hello, my Facebook account got locked by FB. I had to verify by uploading an ID. The email linked to the FB account is [redacted] with the name Ahmedin Suljic. I faced a similar issue recently with another account that got shut down. The email for that account is ahmedin.suljic88@gmail under the name Continental Blinds. I am not sure why this keeps happening. I believe it may have triggered when I tried to hide my mobile number from the business page, prompting FB to lock me out. I accessed both Gmail accounts to verify my actions during these incidents. Running my business is impossible while locked out, and I am in urgent need of the income. I am requesting assistance to unlock the [redacted] account.

My brother was tragically killed on 10/30/[redacted], and his spouse is under suspicion. She is exploiting both his personal and business Facebook pages to defame our family and has blocked us from defending ourselves. She is also attempting to increase the following on his business page to profit from his artwork. Despite presenting his death certificate, I was informed that she was designated as his legacy contact. I suspect she manipulated this setting after his passing. Up until now, I was unaware of the concept of a legacy contact on Facebook, wondering how many young, healthy individuals would have considered such an option. She appears to have access to all his account passwords except for his phone, the one password that law enforcement is seeking. If his legacy contact was chosen after 8:30 pm on October 30, [redacted], I urge Facebook to deactivate his page, which she has now renamed to Jo-Jo Linda Kolodnicki.

I recently received a friend request from an account that had my late Father-In-Law's name, Mel Forehand, and profile picture. It was obviously a fake account since my Father-In-Law passed away two years ago. I reported the fake account and did not accept the friend request. Today, I saw the notification that the reported account was deleted, but when I went to view my Father-In-Law's real profile, it seemed to be deleted as well. I'm confused as to why this happened. His account contained precious photos and messages that we shared, and now everything is gone. Please restore his account as we are still grieving, and this loss is very distressing to us.

I had started Facebook and Instagram marketing campaigns to promote my blog posts. Initially, I set a $25 spending limit on both platforms, and Facebook debited $25 accordingly. Later, I raised the limit to $50, and Facebook debited another $50. The posts performed well with spending between $1- $6. However, I began receiving unexplained charges ($52.50, $37.52, $72.52) with no receipts or explanation for the original $75 debited. I suspect some charges might be duplicates. Contacting Facebook has been difficult, and I have stopped all marketing until this is resolved. My account was hacked, and I saw it log me out. I've changed my phone number since then and I'm unsure if my email was updated. I have been a member of Facebook for around 10 years and just today I received a message saying my account is temporarily locked due to potential hacking. There is no specific time mentioned for this lock. When I try to reset my account, the process stalls at the code sent to my mobile, and even when I enter it, Facebook does not accept it and keeps looping back to the beginning. This is concerning as my account contains personal photos of my daughter's life and our business page is linked to it. Unfortunately, I have been unable to reach anyone at Facebook for assistance. I'm experiencing an issue where messages sent to my friend overseas on Facebook Messenger are not being delivered promptly. While he can send me messages without any problem, the messages I send seem to only be delivered when he opens our conversation. This problem started last Sunday morning and has persisted since then. Our main mode of communication is through Messenger, and it's concerning that there are delays in message delivery. Today, a message I sent around 3 1/2 hours ago still hasn't been delivered, even though my friend has been active on Messenger. Despite him confirming that he hasn't accidentally ignored me, my messages remain undelivered (shown as a circle with a checkmark). Any assistance on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Two days ago, I was suspended for my comment reply in which I used the word "dunce." They claimed it violated their community standards. I have seen much more destructive comments with foul language and threats, unlike mine. I am a Republican, but my comment was not offensive; it was in response to someone harshly criticizing our president, which I found offensive. The suspension was supposed to end yesterday, but my account is still restricted from posting, commenting, or messaging via Messenger. I rely on it to contact my chronically ill daughter daily. I have spent hours trying to contact Facebook for help, but I keep getting an error message saying they cannot process it. Can you assist me, please? Thank you for your help.

Hello. My Facebook account got accessed from an unfamiliar location and got temporarily blocked. The app on my phone is prompting me to reset my password. I have reported groups that threaten the lives of white people on Facebook, but no action has been taken. However, when someone white speaks up, they are quickly shut down and put in "Facebook Jail," which I believe is unfair. Making harmless jokes shouldn't lead to being censored. I am only expressing my rights as an American citizen. I am a Baptist and the spouse of a veteran who fought to protect American lives.

I believe I have three Facebook accounts, which was accidental and concerning. I am only aware of one password. I have been enjoying receiving text messages from Facebook but now I can't access or reply to them. I recently set up a personal Facebook account to promote my new business and create a business page. While working on my page, I was suddenly logged out and informed that my account was disabled, only 2 hours after creating it. I was asked to upload my ID for verification. I was using Facebook without any issues until I went to bed on Saturday, December 1, [redacted]. When I woke up the next morning, my Messenger and Facebook account were disabled.
