I was banned without prior knowledge of the issue until after Facebook investigated and issued a punishment. I wasn't given a chance to defend myself. If Facebook had researched properly, they would have realized the account in question is fake, reported numerous times, with a misspelled last name and a picture that isn't me. Had I been able to access the account, I would have done Facebook's job and prevented this issue. Being banned for 24 hours affected my business page linked to my profile, causing financial losses and wasted time. Facebook's inefficiency has been costly and time-consuming, impacting my business negatively.

I believe my Facebook private messaging feature has been blocked without valid reason. When attempting to share posts with almost 2,[redacted] friends individually, I am restricted when I have sent less than [redacted] messages. The limitations seem illogical as I was simply utilizing the feature provided by Facebook. It is frustrating that there are no clear instructions on the proper use of this feature. I would like to understand why Facebook offers this function and then limits its usage without cause. I hope to receive a prompt explanation as to why I am experiencing this issue.

I manage three Facebook pages: 1. Dan Fore 2. Dan C. Fore 3. Legalezeusa I mistakenly provided my credit card information for advertising on Facebook, and now I am being charged for unauthorized ads. Despite my attempts to cancel the ads and stop further charges, I have not received any help. It is frustrating to spend an hour trying to resolve this without speaking to an actual person. I hope this message will be seen and understood. Please cease all ad charges on my accounts immediately. Thank you, Dan Fore

My nephew was involved in a severe car accident on May 29, [redacted], resulting in a traumatic brain injury. His cell phone was damaged or taken during the incident, forcing him to get a new phone number and email address. Unfortunately, the "recover password" option is not helpful since his contact information has changed. I am seeking assistance to prove that I am a relative so he can regain access to his original Facebook account, his only connection to his life before the accident. His last post was on May 27, [redacted], and his previous cell phone number was [redacted].

Hello Facebook Agent at GetHuman, I have been using Facebook for almost ten years. Currently, I have two accounts. The second account, under the name Carlos Llavez Manuel, was created to stay in touch with a few close contacts while I am locked out of my primary account, Tony Duarte. I have attempted to access my Tony Duarte account with all known passwords without success. Additionally, my attempts to reset my password or receive a code have been unsuccessful as Facebook does not recognize my phone number, [redacted], and my email addresses, [redacted] and [redacted] The account recovery page also does not recognize my name, Tony Duarte. Recently, I noticed suspicious activity where notifications from a blocked individual, my ex-girlfriend Deserie Monique Cazier, were still able to tag me in posts. Due to these issues, I wish to delete my old account and continue using my new anonymous account. Please assist me in regaining access to my old account for deletion. Thank you, Tony Duarte

I'm having trouble accessing my Facebook account after it got hacked. I've tried resetting my password multiple times using the linked email, but I'm not receiving the authentication code email. I've checked my junk and spam folders with no luck. After following all the steps online, I still haven't received the required email. The only emails I got were Facebook notifications and a deactivation request I didn't initiate. It's critical for me to regain access to my account with the authentication code.

I need assistance with my Facebook account. Originally, I used the email [redacted] with the password BellaBoo2001! However, my account is now linked to the email [redacted], which is unfamiliar to me, and I cannot access it. Due to this change, I am locked out of my Facebook and unable to reset my password using a different email. I am unsure how my email and password were altered, but I am very frustrated. I would appreciate it if this issue could be resolved promptly, allowing me to regain access to my account under [redacted] and the original password. I will update the password once I regain access to my account. As I have important data such as photos saved on my Facebook, I am eager to have this matter addressed. Kindly reach out to me soon. Thank you, Katelyn.

My 15-year-old son's Facebook account, active since his 13th birthday, has been disabled due to account verification issues. Despite being able to provide secondary forms of ID like his Social Security card and library card, the account remains inaccessible. This has hindered his means of communication with friends and family. The lack of warning or an apparent dispute resolution process is frustrating. We seek a more effective solution than a mere redirect to the Terms and Conditions page to resolve this matter and restore his access to the account.

Subject: Assistance Needed to Disconnect Facebook Profile from Instagram Dear Sir/Madam, I kindly request the disconnection of my Facebook profile from the linked Instagram page as it is affecting the functionality across all social platforms. The created page needs to be disconnected from any associated emails as well. Please follow these steps to resolve the issue: 1. Go to the disabled profile->configuration->Instagram->Instagram configuration at Facebook-> Delete/disconnect your account from Instagram. 2. By doing this, a new page can be created and properly connected. There was an issue where despite the account being disabled shortly after creation, it had already linked to Instagram. This has caused confusion with connected emails and accounts, creating disturbances on the platform. It is crucial to disconnect the linked page from the Instagram profile to enable the connection of another email. The problem lies in linking the Facebook account to Instagram. One email can be connected to a Facebook page, and since access is not available, it was not disconnected through the support center. Please attend to this matter promptly to prevent any further disruption and potential losses in paid advertisements through your channels. Thank you in advance for your prompt assistance.

I am currently a student at the University of Montana researching Facebook's influence as a news source. Specifically, I am exploring the challenges associated with its impact both domestically and internationally. I have some inquiries that I hope to receive clarification on. Is Facebook increasing the number of Burmese content moderators following its use as a platform by the Myanmar Military for spreading propaganda during ethnic cleansing? I read reports indicating that Facebook only had two Burmese speakers dedicated to content moderation. Additionally, what steps, if any, does the company intend to take to address this issue beyond mere acknowledgment of responsibility? Facebook has recently claimed to function as a publisher concerning the content displayed on its platform. Considering that Facebook posts are not subject to the same peer-review process as traditional publishers, how does the company plan to practically and legally implement this stance? I appreciate your assistance in addressing these questions. -Sean W.

I recently shared lyrics from [redacted] criticizing Kanye West's album "Yeezus" by Hopsin on my memories. Despite the reshare leading to my suspension, I'm unsure how this was labeled as hate speech since the term "faggot" was directed at Kanye himself and not at the LGBTQ+ community. Can criticizing a public figure like Kanye be considered hate speech? Who was the group affected by the lyrics in question? I wonder if Kanye reported me. I consulted with two gay colleagues who confirmed it wasn't hate speech as it targeted Kanye individually. It seems excessive to suspend me for sharing lyrics, why not just remove the specific verse instead if deemed inappropriate?

Hello, my name is Virgil. I am having difficulty accessing my Facebook account after getting a new phone. I am unable to remember my password despite trying various options. I would appreciate any assistance you can provide. Thank you.

I recently logged out of Facebook and realized that none of the passwords I remember are working. When I try to request a code to be sent to my mobile number, I never receive it. The email associated with my account is an old one I made up years ago for my daughter to use. Despite the system saying the code has been sent to my mobile number, I have not received it after multiple attempts. I have important pictures and videos of deceased family and friends on this account, and it means a lot to me. We are currently in the process of deleting my daughter's old account, as she now has a new one. The problem is that her old account is linked to my email, and I am hoping to resolve this issue. Thank you for your assistance. -T. Angell

Last Monday night, while browsing Facebook and liking pages as usual, I received a notification that I was temporarily blocked from using the feature. Although it wasn't a major concern since I had encountered this before, I woke up the next morning to find that my "Likes" had drastically reduced from [redacted] to [redacted]. Despite reaching out to Facebook forums and support, I have not found a solution to restore my missing liked pages. It's been incredibly frustrating to have them disappear from both my profile and activity log without explanation. I'm hopeful that there might be a way to recover my liked pages. Thank you in advance.

I encountered an issue on Facebook yesterday while attempting to respond to the numerous condolence messages I received after sharing news of my mother's passing. I was blocked from continuing the task when I was almost done. The message I received stated I was "temporarily blocked" for potentially misusing the feature by being too fast. After researching the Help Center for information on this type of block, I found no explanation or solution offered. I am frustrated by this situation as I am simply expressing gratitude to those who reached out to me, with no use of offensive language. It is disheartening that Facebook's system cannot differentiate between genuine responses and misuse. Over 20 hours later, I remain unable to complete this important task due to what feels like an unjustifiable restriction. I hope for a prompt resolution from Facebook to clarify and address this unnecessarily stringent blocking process. Regards, Vukoni L.

The passing of my great grandmother over the summer has led to financial disputes within the family. My great aunt, Brenda Jones-Williams, has been threatening my grandmother, Reba Looney, and her brother, Randy Jones, on Facebook. She is demanding money in exchange for not posting damaging information from the past. This behavior is distressing my family members, and I believe this constitutes harassment. I am seeking advice on how to report this to Facebook with evidence, as such actions should not be allowed on the platform. Multiple attempts have been made to remove her posts, but she continues to threaten them via email. Immediate assistance in addressing this issue is greatly appreciated.

Dealing with family issues and trying to keep track of multiple passwords can be overwhelming. I've had difficulties with my devices, including my iPod and Android phones. Recently, I've been using a new Android phone, but it has some issues with calls and texts which I'm addressing at a tech center. Remembering and managing passwords has been challenging, especially with accounts like Facebook and Gmail. I've been locked out of my Gmail accounts and facing issues accessing other platforms. If anyone has tips on how to handle password changes more effectively, please share. Additionally, I'm in the process of settling my old T-Mobile account (no longer active) and adjusting to a new phone number, now based in CA: [redacted].

I've been using a business page on Facebook as a portfolio, and it's been very helpful. However, every time I try to post an ad on the marketplace to find work, it gets taken down right away. I see other ads with similar details and pictures staying up, but mine is removed almost instantly. I've followed all the policies, registered my page, tried posting in service sections, messaged and called Facebook with no response. I'm frustrated with the lack of promotion despite paying for it. Please contact me at [redacted] to address this issue promptly.

I was disturbed when I received a racist video from Earlie Moore in Sacramento, CA. I made it clear to her that the video was offensive and racist. In response, Ms. Moore suggested that I join the KKK and carry out my own violent acts. I chose not to engage with such awful behavior. The next day, I noticed that several friends had seemingly blocked me, which I believed was due to racism. After posting about being blocked, some friends clarified that they had not blocked me and mentioned the possibility of hacked accounts. The timing of the blocks all being at 7:34 and 7:35 a.m. seemed suspicious. Upon discussing this with others in our program, the Admin of Addicts in Recovery emphasized the importance of supportive posts. Ms. Moore has a history of making racist remarks and sending offensive material. I believe hacking into accounts is illegal and should not be tolerated, especially when it disrupts personal relationships and damages reputations. As this is not the first time Ms. Moore has sent me such content, I am concerned about her behavior. Thank you, Kelli Quinlan
