My ad account was disabled for being inactive for ** days and I want it to be reactivated or both of my payment methods (debit and credit card) attached in that account to be deleted so that I can use them in a new ad account.

Hello Facebook,**I would like to apologize for the inconvenience and also for violating the Facebook ad policy. I have read the policy guidelines and realized that my ad account was deactivated because it was inactive for ** days. I now realize that this was necessary to prevent abuse and fraud.**I was not aware of the policy and take full responsibility for my mistake and will review the policy guidelines regularly from now on. Again, I would like to apologize for my mistake. In order to prevent or avoid this mistake again, I will be more active from now on and make better ads and form a better working relationship with Facebook.**If there is any steps that I can take in order to get my ad account reactivated please let me know. I am not trying to scam or cheat to gain anything.**Please help me.
This was especially frustrating because I didn't get any emails from them stating that their policy has changed and my account was about to be deactivated.
They could make this right by reactivating my disabled ad account. And if that is not possible then I would like them to delete both of my payment methods (debit and credit cards) from the disabled ad account.
I am new to advertising and was not aware of their advertising policies. I have no intention of violating their policies. I want to form a healthy business relationship with Facebook advertising.
I have sent many appeals regarding this issue and have not been successful. I have also tried the "Report a problem" section on the help tap but the problem is not yet solved.
