I’ve not had a worse experience with any other type of social media.**I simply want back into my account, if only to delete it and secure my information. Right now, I have no idea what is going on with it, if anyone else may have access to it, or what content is being shared*communicated with users. **This is supposed to be my account and it’s really pissing me off now that all I get is these canned responses, or more often than not, no response.**It’s absurd this is taking months to solve. And, as I’ve read online in your forums, I’m not the only one.**Please respond to my request about my Facebook account as soon as possible.
