After reviewing the guidelines, I understand that my account was deactivated due to inactivity for 60 days, a measure in place to prevent misuse. I commit to staying informed about the policy to avoid future issues. Going forward, I will be more proactive in managing my account, creating compliant ads, and nurturing a positive partnership with Facebook. I acknowledge my oversight and seek guidance on reinstating my ad account. My intentions are genuine, and I aim to rectify the situation earnestly. I appreciate your assistance.

I am facing difficulties obtaining the necessary billing information from them to address a charge that I mistakenly disputed. They refuse to provide me with the amount to settle the debt and the card details I utilized. As a result, I switched card numbers while managing two bank accounts concurrently. I proposed to make a direct payment for the outstanding balance and fees, but they have restricted my ability to participate in fundraising programs and link to Eventbrite due to my persistence in seeking a resolution. Regrettably, I am unable to retract the dispute without the previous billing information. I feel penalized for simply seeking a solution. Moreover, the account in question appears to be inactive. It seems unlikely that they will cooperate with me currently, which is why I suggested making a direct payment. If they furnished the billing details, I could engage with the Visa service provider rather than the bank. I am actively attempting to resolve this issue, but the individual managing the account is not being cooperative.

Dear Facebook Company, I am reaching out from Egypt regarding an issue that I faced precisely 24 days ago on 8 November [redacted]. My Facebook account was disabled by your team due to an alleged copyright violation. This situation has greatly impacted my studies, and I would appreciate it if you could contact me at the email address [redacted] to work towards a resolution. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sincerely, [Initials]

I am having trouble accessing my account. An individual I used to date is threatening to post explicit photos of us on my old page. I work at Northstar Steel Fabrication in Billings, Montana and my name is Todd Ryan from Tulsa, Oklahoma. The person responsible for this exploitation is Ashley Jean from Washougal, Washington, who also goes by the names Zane Vernoy and Nirvana Girl on cloned accounts. I have evidence to report her. I need assistance in either recovering or deleting my old account, as I cannot recall the email or password associated with the account under the name Todd Dwyer. Thank you for your help.

I'm experiencing difficulties logging into my account as I'm being prompted to verify my identity using a mobile number that is not associated with my account. Consequently, I'm unable to access my settings to rectify this issue. Additionally, when others attempt to locate my account, it appears as if it has been deleted. I've had this account for approximately a decade, and all my photos from the past 10 years are stored there. It's distressing that due to an apparent system error, my data may be lost. I am seeking assistance from Facebook to regain access to my account and address this issue promptly. Despite attempting to create a new account, I encountered the same authentication problem without the option to input my phone number. This situation is frustrating.

As a 40-year-old female, I find it unusual not to have a Facebook account. However, as a medical professional, I wanted to join my hospital's ICU Facebook page for employees. I created an account for the first time on Tuesday, 11/27/18, with the following information: Name: Michelle Clarke Email: [redacted] Phone: [redacted] I added a profile picture, sent out friend requests, and joined the Overlake ICU Facebook group by invitation. I had a few friend requests accepted and continued to send requests to people from my contacts. I also downloaded Messenger, had text chats with a couple friends, and updated my "five trusted friends" list for added security. Shortly after, I received a message stating "You cannot use Facebook right now" and was asked to upload a picture, which I did. I submitted a copy of my driver's license through the help page in the appeals form. However, when I tried to log in again, I was informed that my account had been disabled, and I have not been able to access it since. I'm not too concerned about recovering the content, but I would like to completely delete the account as I am still appearing on my family and friends' "friends list."

Facebook Ad Campaign Concerns I have noticed that as Facebook has grown, so has the amount of advertising on the platform. Unfortunately, this has attracted individuals and groups with less than honorable intentions. I have faced issues with Facebook's user policies, particularly when discussing topics related to my black heritage. Despite going through verification, including providing my US passport, Facebook accused me of using a fake passport until the US embassy in the UK intervened on my behalf. I have experienced multiple blocks and lockouts from my account due to allegedly not following Facebook's policies. Even after receiving notifications about sharing content responsibly, I still face challenges. It seems that Facebook's advertising policies prioritize revenue over protecting users, as scam artists like Bealoving.com have been able to victimize users through their ads. I am concerned about how Facebook will compensate users like me who have fallen victim to scams promoted through their ads.

I am seeking assistance with my Facebook account as I have been blocked. After experiencing a tablet issue and suspecting hacking, I obtained a new tablet and had the Geek Squad at Best Buy address the old one. They managed to repair the old tablet. Amazon's Ann helped me configure the new tablet, set up Facebook and Messenger, establish a new email, and password. Unfortunately, Facebook is not recognizing my identity as Beverly Moore. I am a senior citizen and physically challenged, relying heavily on my tablet for staying connected. My cellphone is currently with a friend for repairs, leaving my home number [redacted] as my only means of contact until mid-December. I have reached out for help via Facebook's support but am finding communication challenging due to the lack of response on phone or email. Kindly resolve this issue promptly so I can regain access to my Facebook account. Thank you for your anticipated assistance. Sincerely, Beverly Moore.

Hello, I'm seeking assistance with reactivating my disabled Facebook account. Despite submitting various verification methods including a driver's license, live photo, credit card photos, and more, I have been unable to determine why my account was disabled. I used all available verification processes upon creating the account and even set up double verification. My legal name is Ronald Salsgiver, but I'm known as Ron. Additionally, I have a business page linked to my account. I'm uncertain about what steps I can take to further verify my identity. Your help in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Ron Salsgiver.

I recently attempted to manage my Facebook business page using the Business Manager tool as prompted. However, I encountered an issue where I wasn't able to add my page because it stated I wasn't an admin, even though I was. Since using Business Manager, I couldn't manage the page through my personal profile. Following Facebook's instructions, I deleted Business Manager, expecting the page to revert back to my personal profile. Unfortunately, this did not happen, and I currently have no access as there are no other admins to add me back to the page. How can I regain access to manage my Facebook business page?

I need help. My ex-girlfriend, Amanda Casey, from Burlington, Iowa, has stolen my phone and is using my Google and Facebook accounts. She changed my Facebook passwords and security questions. I've tried everything but can't gain access to my accounts. My name is Jarrod Craig, also in Burlington, Iowa. She's pretending to be me and posting untrue things, like I'm a drug dealer or have been involved with my friends' spouses, as well as making false claims about being abused by my mom. Please delete all accounts under my name. If you have any questions, please contact me at [redacted].

Hello, I am reaching out because my stepdaughter is missing, and her last known Facebook account is "Lissa Tha Munchkin." I am uncertain if she created a new page or if she changed her name from "Liss Liss" to the one mentioned above. We are seeking assistance in locating her as her family is deeply concerned about her well-being. The police have been notified, and she is reported as missing/runaway. Our family appeals for your support. Perhaps she has a different Facebook account that can be reported to the Lansing, Michigan Police Department. There is a video circulating of an adult male smoking marijuana on Facebook Live, where he mentions "Alissa did not hit the blunt." Additionally, he has left comments on a minor's page discussing purchasing alcohol and smoking marijuana with these minors. Please assist us in our efforts to bring our daughter back safely. I have information regarding specific individuals if that would be beneficial.

I would like the account registered under the username McKenzie Rupp, featuring a profile picture of my sister and me both wearing light blue sweatshirts, to be deactivated or removed. I created this account at a young age, around 13, and it was subsequently hacked. Despite my attempts, I have been unable to deactivate or delete it. The account has been inactive for years, with the exception of others posting on it. The associated email is outdated to the extent that Yahoo no longer has any information regarding it, preventing me from accessing the account. As a result, I created a new account under Kenzie Rupp. I would appreciate advice on how to proceed in removing this account.

A person named Bang Mann stole two guns from me and posted a video on Facebook. He was seen waving one of the stolen guns in the video. I have filed a police case #18-[redacted] regarding this incident. Bang Mann's Facebook name is the one who took my guns. Kindly preserve the deleted content and any illegal activities associated with Bang Mann. Thank you, Jeffrey Cooney

Hello, my nickname is Proshanto, and I am experiencing an issue with my Facebook account. Approximately one week ago, Facebook deactivated my account and requested identification proof due to my account name being in Bangla, which is my native language. I promptly provided a photo of my university ID card displaying my name as Suaib. Despite submitting this document, Facebook is still reviewing it after almost a week with no resolution. It is crucial for me to regain access to my account promptly as my friends and family rely on it for communication, and it is causing difficulties with my educational matters. Facebook can verify my identity through my Instagram account, suaib_proshanto, where my nickname Proshanto is prominently visible.

Hello, my name is Suaib Al Mahmud, also known as Proshanto. Around a week ago, Facebook deactivated my account and requested identification proof because my name on Facebook is my nickname in Bangla. I submitted my university ID card photo with the name Suaib. Facebook asked me to wait while they review the document I provided, but it has been almost a week with no progress. I urgently need my account back as my relatives, friends, and educational matters are affected. Facebook can verify my name as Proshanto by checking my Instagram account, suaib_proshanto. My email on Facebook is outdated; my new email is [redacted], and my new phone number is +[redacted]58 since I moved to Malaysia. Please expedite the process to reinstate my account.

Yesterday morning, two friends informed me that they had received friend requests supposedly from me. I immediately posted a warning on Facebook advising everyone not to accept any suspicious friend requests. One of my friends reported the issue as well. To my surprise, Facebook disabled my account, accusing me of impersonation. Later, I realized my Pinterest account, which I've curated for 5-6 years, was also gone. I rely on Pinterest frequently. I am frustrated as I have always been cautious on Facebook and only engage with my own content. Before disabling my accounts, I wish Facebook had conducted a thorough investigation to verify that I had not engaged in any inappropriate activity. Now, to recover my accounts, Facebook is asking for my personal ID online, which I am not comfortable sharing. This situation is unacceptable to me.
