I created my business page long ago when it was required to link it to a personal account. Now, I'm struggling to separate the two on Facebook. If I make my business page public, my personal privacy is at risk, but if I keep it private, my business suffers. Despite advertising heavily on Facebook, my engagement is low. When I interact with other pages, it ties back to my personal account. I worry this link is hurting my business. I have over 11,[redacted] likes on my business page and don't want to lose them. Is there a way to unlink it from my personal account now?

I would appreciate it if you could explain to me the reason why my Facebook account was disabled due to photos of my toddler grandson without a shirt. This has occurred before when he was at home, only wearing a diaper, playing in a baby pool and with bubbles. I tried contacting support via Messenger but received no response. The message I received warned me that further posts of my grandson may result in my account being disabled or deleted. Presently, my account has been suspended for three days. I understand that as a user of a free social media platform, my value is limited, but your service is essential for our geographically dispersed family. I recently switched to a new phone and successfully transferred all my apps and photos, but unfortunately, Facebook did not transfer over. I have been a long-time user of Facebook under the account name Diane Kovac Dowdell. My phone number [redacted] is not being recognized by Facebook, and my old email [redacted] has an old password I can't remember. I am experiencing an issue with one of my accounts under Melinda Baker.[redacted]. I am unsure which email I used to register, and I have forgotten my password. Hello, my name is Nerissa. I am seeking assistance from Facebook to help me recover my Instagram account, which has been hacked twice and is now disabled. Despite submitting appeals and multiple messages to Instagram, I have not received any response. I believe Instagram has made a mistake. The first hacker changed my profile picture and added their email address, but I managed to regain control by changing my password. I have a friend named "R.D.S. II" who insists he has a "moderator account" from being an old Facebook user. He uses this account to attempt to block other users from messaging me, monitor my conversations, and oversee my friend requests. I've tried asking these users to block him, but he says blocks don't affect his account. He threatens to alert the police for harassment if I message certain people, citing that he's flagged their accounts. He unnervingly mentions specific information from separate chat boxes and states he can track how many chats I have open simultaneously. Additionally, he threatens to trace my IP address. This situation is distressing, and I am seeking assistance.

Facebook has requested me to upload a picture of myself for verification, and I complied on 21 November. However, the status is still pending. This account is vital for my business as I run numerous paid ads and manage my business page through it. I have previously submitted my passport photo for business ads verification. I've been using this account since my secondary school days, and it contains all my friends. I am verifiable and using my real name. I'm willing to provide any necessary verification. Recently, my cousin, John G., tragically took his own life on Facebook Live. The presence of the video depicting this awful event has caused immense distress to our family and friends, as well as to anyone who inadvertently stumbled upon it. Despite numerous reports highlighting the nature of the content as disturbing and inappropriate due to its depiction of a suicide, the video stubbornly remains on Facebook. It is disheartening to see a video of such a traumatic event circulating on a platform like Facebook, especially when it has been flagged by many individuals requesting its removal. It appears that previous attempts to contact Facebook have yielded inadequate responses, as the video persists online under the claim that it does not violate any guidelines, which seems implausible. This is a deeply distressing situation for those affected, and I urge Facebook to acknowledge the sensitivity of this matter, respect John's memory, and promptly remove the video. Hello, I am Ken, the youngest brother of my oldest sister. She has a Facebook account that she wants to be permanently removed, but she isn't familiar with using computers. I have been trying to assist her with this task as she never really used the account and suspects it may have been hacked as the login information no longer works. I believe personal profile information on Facebook has been shared without my authorization. Additionally, pictures are appearing on Google as contact profiles without my consent, and my phone numbers have been merged without permission. I have not used this account for nearly a year due to these reasons. I do not agree with your practices and I think your employees are careless and irresponsible, possibly leading to hacking and harm to individuals. Please delete my account as I have requested previously. The font size and type have also been altered in a way I do not like. I do not expect to wake up in the middle of the night and encounter a phone interface that is unfamiliar and not to my preference. Please be more careful about what you share or change without my consent. Thank you.

I have been playing War Commander on Facebook and enjoy purchasing in-game offers. However, recently I received an error stating my payments have been disabled. This is frustrating as I rely on these purchases occasionally. I do not use any cameras for my computers or phone, so I cannot upload photos for verification. I kindly request to have my account's purchase information turned back on and to avoid further interruptions without my permission. This has occurred in the past due to misunderstandings by staff. My account has been hacked for over a year. I have been trying to recover it to no avail. The hacker has been posing as various family members and friends, causing distress. This hacker seems dangerous and has even blocked my brother. I have witnessed the hacker posing as my sister on Messenger. I am unable to access my own account and have previously asked for it to be removed. This situation is worrying, and I fear the hacker may have gained access to sensitive information. Please, I urge you to delete my Facebook page to prevent further harm. Thank you for your help.

About six weeks ago, I received a video link from a friend on Messenger that included an angel emoji next to my name. When I clicked on the link, it redirected me to Twitter and prompted me to input my Facebook login details. Unfortunately, I fell for this scam, leading to my account sending the video to 60 of my contacts with personalized emojis. Subsequently, I've been locked out of my Facebook account due to suspicious activity. Despite multiple verification attempts, the reset codes are being sent to outdated email addresses and my linked phone number is no longer active. I have tried submitting my ID to Facebook as proof of identity but have not had any success in regaining access to my account, which contains my full name and a large number of contacts. I am having trouble logging into my Facebook account with the login ID [redacted] When I try to log in, I am directed to a Security Check screen requesting a confirmation code be sent to my phone. However, I have been waiting for the text message, but it never arrives. Subsequently, a message appears stating that I am using a feature in a way that was not intended and advises me to slow down to avoid being blocked. I believe there might be a bug with Facebook as I have been unable to log in for the past five days. Hello, I have recently received messages from unknown people claiming to have received a friend request from me without my knowledge. Subsequently, I am unable to access my Facebook account through my phone as I normally would. Upon attempting to log in, I am being prompted to provide various forms of identification such as a driver's license or passport, which I have never encountered before. Over the past two years, I have experienced various unique visions and events, like witnessing programs and announcements, live discussions at the United Nations, and symbolic visions on Facebook. I recall a visionary interaction involving President Kennedy and a child's plea for imprisoned children to be with others. Also, a vision of a child and a Barbie leading to a startling explosion with pleas for forgiveness in Arabic. These occurrences felt like I was in multiple locations simultaneously, including walking across the bridge connecting Europe and Asia. I am interested in accessing logs or records of these experiments and occurrences. I regret expressing frustration about Facebook in one of my posts but now seek their help in compiling this information for potential book projects.

I recently joined Facebook Marketplace after hearing about it from my friends and created an account using my aol.com email address. I tried accessing it on my computer without success and switched to my iPhone 5s using [redacted] It seemed to be working well until I encountered issues with the app, being told my ID and Apple password were incorrect despite verifying their accuracy. I included "Jr." in my name for the iPhone profile which might be causing a problem. When prompted for a picture, I sent an ice fishing photo but then submitted a better one. I am currently waiting for the review process. I have questions about how to download the app, whether removing "Jr." will help, and correcting the town name from Hopeville to Jewett City, Ct [redacted]. To whom it may concern, I recently switched phones and experienced issues accessing my contacts and Facebook. Consequently, I had to create a new account and sent friend requests. Unfortunately, my account was disabled due to concerns of impersonation. Instead of resolving the matter directly with me, Facebook decided to disable my account. I am eager to have my account reinstated promptly as I believe this issue stemmed from a misunderstanding. I contacted support previously, and was informed that my account is still under investigation. I find this delay unacceptable since I believe I have done nothing wrong. Hello, I made a mistake by accepting a friend request from a foreign woman who then asked me for money and quickly contacted all my friends. I realized she was connected to all of them, so I deleted and blocked her. Concerned about the security of my account, I attempted to delete it, but found out it takes 30 days. Although I changed the password, I'm unsure if it's secure. I started a new account with a different email address, but had difficulties uploading a photo for verification. When trying to log in, I received a message to confirm the account. I primarily use the Facebook app on my mobile device. I would appreciate any advice on the best course of action.

I have been trying to contact you through letters and emails with no response. This message is from my daughter's phone. We are dealing with a stalker situation that needs urgent attention. The individual has created fake Facebook accounts in my daughter's name. He has even gone to the extent of kidnapping and drugging her, resulting in her being hospitalized for months. Despite our efforts to delete the accounts, he keeps reactivating them and promoting his fake business "Jimmy's Chicago Italian Ice" on her page. We are considering involving Channel 7 news if this issue is not addressed promptly. The stalker, who is unemployed, continues to target my daughter and other young women. He has also posted inappropriate content. Please assist in removing all unauthorized Facebook accounts associated with my daughter and the fake business page. This situation is urgent as this man is a danger to young women. Thank you for your immediate attention.
