I called Facebook support number -***-**** on ******** at aproximately *:** pm. I told the support person Harry that i noticed some odd logins on my account for a different town than where I lived. He said my account had been hacked and I needed to go to a Walgreens and purchase a $**.** Google play card. He told me to remain on my phone with him until I got inside the store. When I was in the store I was supposed to say "Hello" to him to let him know I was there . He was going to be starting the process to get the hackers off my account. After I purhased the Google Play card he had me scratch off the number on the back and read it to him. When this was done he asked me for the second number on the second card. I told him I only purchased one card. He said I was supposed to get two cards. So I went back inside the store and purchased the second card and read him the number. He then put me on hold while he processed the number. When he came back on the phone he said the time had timed out and he was not able to do the removal of the scammer and I needed to go and purchase two more $**.** Google Play cards. I said this sounds like some kind of a scam and I would not purchase anything else. He had told me in the beginning that I would be reimbursed for the Google Play card. So he turned me over to the billing department where I spoke to Catherine. She couldn't find any finished transaction with my e-mail address and said she could not refund me my money. I became upset and told her that I felt like I was being scammed and she would not get a supervisor for me to speak to because I had said I was going to report them for scamming.
