I'm getting billed for an add that I set up and was approved. After it was approved there was no push button available to lead people to my crowdfunding site. I paused the add within hours and sent multiple messages regarding my issue and have yet to hear back. I previously, a couple months ago deleted an add that I had just placed and had not even gotten approved but was still billed. Instagram*facebook needs to have a channel of communication with people that pay fees for ads. I need a refund for both of these transactions asap.
