I contacted Facebook for assistance in adding a donate button to my website focusing on health, hygiene, and microbiology-related jobs. They directed me to call [redacted], where I spoke with Brandon Smith and later John Rogers at extension [redacted]. They requested that I purchase Google Play cards and provide them with the card numbers, which I have been doing. Today, I bought more cards as instructed and attempted to contact John Rogers around 1:00 P.M Chicago time, but no one is answering the phone. Yesterday, I spoke with Jack at the same number who provided me with the case number FB5789. John Rogers also gave me an email address, [redacted], but emails sent there bounce back as invalid. Feeling uncertain after spending a significant amount on Google Play cards with promises of a $[redacted] refund, I am now seeking assistance to address this situation. My account has been disabled, possibly because I used a fake name. I prefer using a pseudonym online to protect my privacy. My gaming alias is also my Facebook name, and I rely on Facebook to save my game progress. Losing access to my saved files after investing time and money is distressing. Facebook's insistence on real names seems unreasonable to me. I am hesitant to provide official identification, fearing identity theft. I am eager to regain access to my account and saved data. I reached out to Facebook for help a few days ago but have not received a response yet. Despite knowing I should be patient, I am feeling anxious about this situation.

I recently had my Facebook account disabled due to an issue with my profile picture. After uploading a new image as instructed around 2 months ago, I was surprised to receive a notification stating that my account had been disabled and that I needed to provide identification. Following Facebook's guidelines, I attached a copy of my passport ID to resolve this matter. I have upheld a positive standing with Facebook for over 4 years and promptly addressed the profile picture concern by providing the requested photo. I am puzzled by the additional request for ID verification, but I am cooperating as I heavily rely on my Facebook account to connect with friends and family. Additionally, I had two accounts created in [redacted] under the names Msamba Naik and Sambasivraonaik Mudavath, both of which were functioning without any issues until they were also disabled.

A few days ago, I reached out to Facebook for help adding a donate button to my page. Instead, they directed me to call [redacted], where I spoke with Brandon Smith. He instructed me to buy $[redacted].00 in Google Play cards. After that, I talked to Roger Smith at extension [redacted], who asked for more card numbers. He promised a refund and requested more cards, but now no one answers at that number. I also communicated with someone named Jack who gave me case number FB5786. I tried contacting John Rogers via the email address [redacted], but it seems invalid. I'm in need of assistance to resolve this confusing situation.

I am encountering a significant issue with accessing my Facebook account. My former partner appears to have gained access to my account by changing the email associated with it to his own and listing his phone number. The security of my children's photos is a top concern for me. My name on Facebook is Adre van Niekerk, and his is Jan Frederick de Jonge. He may have involved his sister, Laura van der Walt, in this matter. I recently contacted your support team regarding my old Facebook account. Unfortunately, I am unable to access it because I no longer have the old phone number, email, or password associated with it. My previous login was on a broken phone, which I never logged out of. I now have a new phone number and email address and am locked out of my account that still appears to be active. I have valuable photos and memories on that account that I don't want to lose. Despite reaching out to the help center and attempting to upload my ID, the issue remains unresolved. If asked security questions, I am confident in my ability to answer them. My old account is under the name Shannon J Fiehn, while my new one is simply Shannon Fiehn. I recently discovered I have an old Facebook account under the email [redacted] that I hadn't used for a long time. I created a new account using [redacted] with the same name, Harry Pierson. A friend informed me that my old account was hacked, displaying a different profile photo and sending friend requests to people I know. Upon trying to access my old account for old photos, I found it disabled. Facebook gave me the option to download my data, but after 24 hours, the process seems stuck. I'm experiencing an issue trying to access my marketplace due to receiving the error message "An unexpected error occurred." This problem has recurred and has been ongoing for about a week. As a result, I can't find the contact information of a buyer for an item I sold. I was advised to uninstall and reinstall Facebook to resolve this error, but I can't remember my password and haven't been receiving the reset code via text. I contacted a number I thought was Facebook's helpline (1-[redacted]), but they informed me that my account was hacked and instructed me to purchase a security code from Walmart or other unspecified stores to resolve the issue. Hello, I would like to report a Facebook business account named Redpersimmon Nails & Spa in Temecula. I am unable to access the account because it was created by my ex-husband, who has kept all the passwords and does not provide me with any information. He has even linked the website to other businesses with the same name and logo. Since we separated over three years ago, he has been in control of the account. Despite numerous attempts to reset or report the issue, I have not received any response or resolution. This morning, I discovered that my Facebook account was taken down. After submitting the requested photo and conducting some research, I am distressed by this situation. I have been an active Facebook user since I was 13 and have always followed the rules without causing any trouble. Despite numerous bots on the platform, my legitimate account was targeted for removal. I heavily rely on my Facebook account for work as my job revolves around it. I suspect that my recent activity of advertising on Facebook Marketplace might have triggered this action, even though my ads are genuine. The loss of access to my account not only affects my work but also hinders my ability to play games connected to Facebook. I was shocked to find my Facebook and Instagram accounts disabled simultaneously. I have been an active user on Facebook since [redacted], storing many memories and connections there. The disabling of both accounts seems unjustified. My Facebook might have been banned due to a post about boys wearing makeup, where I expressed my opinion strongly. However, I believe in freedom of speech and feel my account should not be taken away for this. On Instagram, I have always used it for innocent purposes like liking and sharing content. I am repeatedly being prompted to change my password due to an alleged security threat, even after recently updating it. When accessing Facebook using the TOR Browser, it was labeled as being from "Mystic, LA, United States." Instead of verifying my identity through friends or password reset, I am immediately locked out without reasonable cause. Due to frequent password changes being challenging for me due to past brain injuries, this experience is frustrating. I believe that this automated process lacks human intervention and understanding. This unnecessary lockout from my account for using a browser other than Internet Explorer is unjust. I want Mark Zuckerberg to take notice that I may take legal action if this issue persists. I assert my rights as Joseph John O'Leary Jr. and will pursue equitable relief for any damages caused by this censorship on my Facebook account.

My Facebook account got hacked this weekend. The hacker added strangers and removed my friends on 11/24/18. I used Facebook Guided Help three times to regain access to my account, but I'm struggling to fix my friends list. The Guided Account Review won't let me mass delete the added contacts, and I can't manually remove them either. After receiving a warning for going too fast, I've been temporarily blocked for four days and can't even block the unwanted contacts. How can I recover my friends list?

I have experienced this issue before but have always been able to resolve it until now. I created a fundraiser on Tuesday afternoon hoping for some donations to be doubled. Upon realizing this morning that there were no donations, I was told by a friend that she attempted to donate but couldn't. After searching Facebook and looking for contact information, I spent about an hour and a half trying to fix the issue without success. Frustratingly, there was no phone number to reach out for assistance. I am requesting that my fundraiser be corrected, and I would like to have a new "Cyber Tuesday" to fundraise for my two charities: one running until December 6th and the other starting from December 7th until Christmas. This would compensate for the time wasted and reflect my commitment to Facebook. I am grateful for this platform that allows me to reconnect with old friends and stay in touch with family from afar via FaceTime. Please address my fundraiser promptly.

I used to support Merman Creations, also known as Brian O'Toole, for over a year. However, I decided to take a break from spending a lot of money and supported another company instead. Unfortunately, someone informed O'Toole about my decision, and he started insulting me and calling me names during his live parties. Despite being blocked from his events, he continued to harass me. I am considering filing a complaint with the state of Connecticut to have his business shut down because his behavior is inappropriate for his audience, many of whom are children. I want him to stop contacting me through text and calls. Many others also wish for his business to be closed.

I recently received a notification saying that there are [redacted] mutual friends with another account under the name Carolyn Jordan. Despite sending friend requests to these accounts, the names don’t appear on my homepage. It seems there might be another Carolyn Jordan mistakenly receiving my friend requests. I’d like assistance in identifying which Carolyn Jordan is receiving my friend requests so I can cancel the incorrect one. Many of my friends are also receiving repeated requests to add me. I need guidance on how to locate the account set up either by using my friends or by me and remove it. One account with only one picture of me is mine and I use it daily; the others were not created by me. I appreciate any help resolving this matter.
