The issue in GetHuman1646231's own words
I changed my password because a friend sent me a message that they received a *nd friend request. When I went to sign in with my new password it said it was not valid. I tried to change it and the email I have on the account is no longer active. The only avenue is to send a personal ID to prove my identity. I am not sending my personal ID or financial documents to you when you have proved to leak information to other sources. There needs to be another way for me to recover and change my password. In the past you could use your cell phone so I have not changed the email address to my profile.
