I was (my p.c. a Dell running windows **) was infected with a virus from Advanced System Repair Pro. A ''Microsoft subsidiary'' they claimed. They said I had some ''coin'' thing messing with my pc. and wanted to scan it. I didn't know that was all it took to allow the malware in. I don't trust anyone, anymore, and even though I have grumbled in the past about your strict ID policies. I am a complete convert!! You have to be viligent every moment!! Well it was in good and I called micosoft for help. I realized what had happened , actually almost immediately!! Never again ever!!! They ran an offline system reset. That wasn't enough, ****! So a complete, total device wash was done. Then the tech reinstalled the windows ** *pro program. Checked to make sure, *st. all the virus was gone and everything was running proper. My pc. is clean as a whistle and also devoid of anything and everything!! To restore my facebook & messenger accounts to the pre-virus state would be a gigantic step in getting me up and running!! Not to mention, but I am going too. The guest list and invitations to my Holiday Luncheon on sunday december *th. are in fb!! (Vikings play Monday night or no one would show) Plus messenger was going to be my invitation platform !! They both have irreplaceable important personal data!!! Pictures that are priceless to me. Some of them dear ones who are now gone. O.K. you get how this is vital to me. One last plea. In the spirit of the season could you find it in your hearts to help me?
