To accomplish this goal, TECHFIT will:*Train science, math, technology, and physical education teachers in exergame tools.*Equip teachers with the information, lessons, strategies, and tools needed to deliver an exergame program*Provide teachers with ongoing, subject-specific & technical support for the program.*Provide students with experience in exergame development using TECHFIT tools.*Host a Team Showcase where teams will demonstrate their work and results. **The culminating activity of the TECHFIT program will be the showcase competition. It will bring together teams from participating schools to demonstrate their exergames and related materials to showcase attendees. Invitations will be sent to other schools, family, friends, and the community at large. Having been modeled after the FIRST Robotics competitions, the TECHFIT Team Showcase will engender a cooperative spirit and give students an academic and professional experience that will encourage them to discuss technology-related ideas with their peers and promote an interest in careers in STEM subjects. Judges will evaluate the exergames on originality, creativity, qualification as a fitness game, level of perceived fun by game players, to name a few. ******Please Donate*love you
