My phone was damaged to the point of no return and all my accounts including my Gmail account I had the *-step Verification process on it. Well because my sims card was also destroyed I don't even have that number now. Google is my primary account service. I tried my password on my account and it wouldn't let me log in without the *-step Verification confirmed also. I've tried to get ahold of them five different times now and I still haven't heard nothing back. Now when I try to go on my Facebook and also have my *-step Verification. I do not have access to my email so I now have no access to my Facebook either. All my contacts or either in my email account saved or my Facebook on messenger and I can't get on either one. I'm really getting aggravated and frustrated I can send you a photo of my ID to confirm my identity I can send you whatever you need or do whatever you need to confirm my identity but I need my account unlocked or the *-step Verification taken off. This is very frustrating as you can see. My account email for this fb I'm having issues with is *****@***.com and I have no access to that so do not email me on that account please. I made a temporary account for now so I can try to get this all figured out and it is C*****@***.com Thank you for your help I hope to hear from you sooner than Google is taking to reply.
