Hello, I am the account owner of Simran Tiwari, with the email [redacted], created in November [redacted]. Recently, I logged out and forgot my password. Despite receiving three codes from trusted contacts, Facebook deemed them invalid. I am willing to provide any necessary information for resetting the password. Currently, I use the email accounts [redacted] and [redacted] I am unable to access the phone number and email linked to my Facebook account and hope for a solution to regain access.

Dear Sir, I need help with my Facebook account. Someone posted inappropriate pictures and now my account is disabled. I have tried contacting the help center but it says my account username is incorrect because it's disabled. I have been using Facebook for a long time and this is my first issue. I apologize for any mistakes and can verify my account with any ID or age details. My account has very important information for me. Also, my Instagram account is linked to it, so I can't log in there either. Please reopen my account. I assure you I will not do anything inappropriate in the future. Thank you.

I am dealing with a challenging situation concerning my nephew who suffers from severe schizophrenia. He has been posting hurtful and inappropriate content on Facebook directed towards me and my family members. Despite our efforts to block and report him, he has found ways to reach out to our friends on our friends list. Facebook has not taken down his posts, and I am unable to report them as I have him blocked. His recent disturbing post involves false accusations about me and my son. His behavior is alarming, and he has a history of refusing psychiatric help. Is there any further action we can take in this distressing situation?

Today, when trying to log in to my Facebook using an app, I was prompted to update my full name. After attempting to log in without providing the information, I was unable to proceed and had to enter my full name. Subsequently, I was asked to upload a copy of my identification. Despite trying to skip this step, I uploaded a black image as a temporary solution. A message indicated that my document was under review. Repeated login attempts were unsuccessful, and a message mentioned that my document was being reviewed. Searching for my account on another device yielded no results, indicating a potential security issue. The laws in North Carolina permit me to use Facebook as a Registered Sex Offender due to my conviction for Sex Exploitation of a Minor 2nd Degree. My family, friends, and I are being harassed by an individual who creates fake profiles of my brother Niall Garry and sometimes me or people on my friends list. Despite reporting many profiles, the harasser persists. This situation has been ongoing on Facebook for 2-3 years and has even impacted my brother's job. We suspect who it is but lack proof. We have made efforts to secure our friends lists, but the issue continues. The reporting process hasn't been effective. It is truly concerning and persistent. I would appreciate guidance on how to address this troubling situation efficiently.

I am responding to this correspondence because my problem remains unresolved. My account was hacked, preventing me from accessing it. Despite my efforts to reach out through my mother's and boyfriend's Instagram accounts, I am puzzled as to how my reported issue was "investigated." Last Friday, my account was hacked, and the perpetrator changed my username to "torgmalia" from "carolharnaud." They also altered the associated phone number and email address, effectively locking me out. This individual is posing as me and has sensitive information of mine. I followed the instructions on your support page to report the incident, but your response suggesting it was resolved is inaccurate. You have taken no action. My boyfriend, under the username "mpoveromo," also submitted a report, which was disregarded. This lack of assistance is unacceptable. If my account access is not restored promptly, I will pursue legal recourse. Kindly address this matter promptly.

I received an email that appears to be from Facebook, sent to my Facebook account via my email account at [redacted] The email stated that my account, registered under the name Carol Tanenbaum, was disabled for impersonating someone else, a violation of Facebook's Community Standards. It provided links to review the Community Standards and instructions to submit identification documents for verification. I responded denying the accusation and requested proof that the email was indeed from Facebook. I received a follow-up email insisting on submitting identification documents to verify my ownership of the account, with links to the Help Center for further details on accepted documents. Hello, I'm facing an issue with someone pretending to be my mom on social media. A fake account has been created, and unknown to her, this person is messaging our friends and family claiming she won $8,[redacted] and wants to share it. My actual mother is not familiar with texting and doesn't speak much English. Despite reporting the imposter three times, our loved ones continue to fall for the scam. On Wednesday, November 21, [redacted], I created a Facebook page around 10:00 a.m. My name is John Gibbs. Later, I created a business page for my electrical contracting company, Gibbs Electrical Services. Facebook requested a security photo, so I uploaded a picture. Although I hadn't posted on my personal page, I had uploaded photos to my business page earlier. Despite several login attempts and a password change, I cannot access my account. Today, I submitted an appeal form for my disabled account, including a JPEG file of my Gibbs Electrical Services logo. I hope to regain access to complete my profile, connect with friends and family, and use both my personal and business pages to interact with customers. My account has been compromised, and I am unable to log in due to a password change. The email associated with my account is outdated, preventing me from receiving a confirmation code to reset my password. Facebook requested my ID for verification and sent an email to my current email address thanking me for confirming my identity. However, when I attempt to reset my password using the link provided, it says the link is invalid. I have repeated this process several times without success, leaving me locked out while someone else has control of my account. I seek assistance from a Facebook employee to address this issue as following the provided steps has not resolved it. I will be more vigilant in the future to maintain updated contact information and enhance the security of my account.

On November 16th, while browsing Facebook, I came across an advertisement for a Unique Electric Scooter. Intrigued, I decided to make a purchase for $[redacted].98. I received two emails from the company confirming my order and shipment details. Despite the assurance of delivery within 3 to 5 business days, I have yet to receive my item. Unfortunately, my attempts to seek clarification through four emails have been unanswered. I believe both Facebook and the company share responsibility for this situation. I hope to prevent similar occurrences for others in the future.

My account got infected by a virus through Messenger back in July. Since then, I've been unable to access it. The account was created a long time ago using outdated email and phone information, so I haven't been receiving the SMS codes. I've contacted Facebook support twice, they were supposed to update the account and send me a recovery link, but I haven't received anything. This account is crucial for my business as it contains all my contacts. I'm starting a new business and urgently need access to that information and site. I created a new page as a temporary solution, but I really need my original account back. Searching for my old account doesn't bring up any options. Please assist me as I'm in a desperate situation. I'm unsure if my complaint was properly recorded. I rarely log out of my Facebook account, but a few days ago I did. However, when I attempted to log back in using autofill, it claimed my "name," which was an old email address, was not found, preventing me from logging in. I tried the "recover account" option, but ended up losing most of my contacts, my connection to a group I am part of, and access to my Facebook business page. I have been unable to regain access to my original account that I have been using for several years. I desperately need access to my original account, but I seem unable to reach it. Each time I try to log in, it informs me there is no account linked to my old MSN or new Gmail accounts. I am requesting Facebook to assist me in recovering access to my old, original account and provide guidance on how to achieve this.

Hello, my name is Donna Vasvari, and I am from Rancho Cucamonga. A couple of days ago, I lost access to my iPhone's Facebook due to interference and static that made communication impossible. I've tried various steps like cleaning out my files, updating iCloud, and deleting and reinstalling the app, but none of these solutions have worked.
