I had set up a Facebook account under my grandmother's name, Una Anstead, for us to use. I recently created a new account under my name, Trish McLean, but it has been disabled by Facebook. I have been trying to prove my identity by sending them photos, but I now understand that I need to provide photo ID. I have now sent my ID and verified my phone number on the account, but my account is still disabled. It is frustrating because I believe I have not violated any rules. The old Facebook account linked to my grandmother is under the name Una Anstead with the email [redacted] My own Facebook account is Trish McLean with the email [redacted] and phone number [redacted]. I have attached the photo ID as requested. I kindly ask Facebook to reactivate my account under Trish McLean so I can access and use it. Thank you.

From A.A. [Additional Information] After my account was re-enabled, it was disabled again due to an incident where Facebook requested a security photo of my face during a regular session. I promptly submitted a photo as requested. However, Facebook neither accepted nor rejected the photo, instead causing a delay where I couldn't access my account, different from full disabling. Despite multiple attempts, Facebook remained unresponsive. After a day, my account was fully disabled. Kindly look into this matter to prevent similar issues for other users and help me regain access to my Facebook account.

I am encountering several issues with Facebook that are preventing me from accessing my account, which I use not only for personal reasons but also for Internet Sales. I am unable to delete a post and remove selected members from my Business Group. The system timed out when I tried to log in and I have been unable to access my account since then, despite trying various codes and passwords. I attempted to use Facebook's security questions to regain access, but I am now stuck at the stage of needing to contact 3 trusted friends for additional codes, and these friends are only accessible through Facebook. I urgently need to regain access to my original account, [redacted] I successfully changed the password for this account but am still unable to log in. Despite the legality of my hemp oil products in Canada, Facebook has mistakenly flagged my advertisements as promoting illegal substances. This sudden restriction on advertising has hindered my ability to reach customers and generate revenue. Despite my attempts to modify promotions without hemp imagery, sales remain stagnant. I find myself at a loss, having invested limited funds into ads that are now prohibited. The inconsistency in Facebook's stance is frustrating, especially when the platform repeatedly prompts me to promote my business. I have received an email purportedly from r. Mark Zuckerberg, claiming I have won a prize of [redacted],[redacted] GBP. It includes information on two options for prize delivery, either through a bank transfer or via DHL Courier Company. The email requests personal details such as full name, address, age, nationality, and banking information for the bank transfer option. For the courier delivery option, it requests similar personal details along with an ID proof to be sent via email for identification during delivery. The email is signed by Mr. Mark Zuckerberg from Facebook Organization LTD and encourages quick response to claim the prize.

My Facebook account is currently disabled due to inappropriate material shared there. Despite trying to appeal, I face an error each time, preventing me from submitting the appeal. I really need to discuss this matter with someone because my phone was stolen, and I couldn't access my account until now. I don't want to lose all the memories and connections on my profile. I took steps to avoid such issues in the future. I sincerely apologize for the material shared as it wasn't me. I want to resolve this matter to prevent deletion of my account. I am struggling to log in as it keeps notifying me of the disablement whenever I try. Kindly assist me in fixing this situation.

I have been having trouble deleting my second account on Facebook to focus on using my primary one. Every time I try to delete it, I get timed out and have to log back in, just to start the process over again. I also attempted to change the email address on the account, but I was unable to do so. This has left me frustrated and considering leaving Facebook altogether. If I can resolve these issues without getting too stressed, I will happily continue using the platform.

I recently created a Facebook account but haven't posted much, focusing on adding friends. When logging on after a gap, Facebook reported suspicious activity and disabled my account despite my minimal usage. I submitted the requested photo two days ago for review. I signed up for FB ads, created and then canceled an ad on the same day. However, FB automatically boosted a second post using my $30 coupon. They charged my card a minimal amount of $00.01 without consent after the two boosts. Despite trying to cancel the ad as instructed, I keep receiving notifications to check my card for outstanding issues before cancellation can proceed. After clearing the $00.01 charge, I was asked to wait for verification. Hours later, upon returning, I was informed to deactivate the account and wait. This cycle has been repeating, and I am frustrated by the situation as it is impacting my future business prospects.

I signed up for Facebook ads and initiated an ad, but canceled it the same day. Facebook automatically started a second ad boost using a $** coupon without my consent. They charged the minimum amount of $**.** to my card. Despite settling the outstanding $**.** balance, I am unable to remove my ad due to a message stating they need to verify my card. After paying off the balance, I was asked to return in * minutes, but when I did, I was informed that I needed to wait longer or deactivate my account first. I have returned multiple times with several hours passing each time, encountering the same issue. I never opted to boost a second post, yet I was informed that two posts were boosted within ** days. This process has been frustrating and does not bode well for future business dealings. I urgently request the removal of my card details and the immediate cancellation of any potential future ads.

Dear community, I'm frustrated by the repeated blocks without valid reasons on Facebook. Recently, I was blocked for 30 days for sharing a photo of a medical doctor saying goodbye to an Indian tribe in Brazil. This had nothing to do with inappropriate content. The lack of communication channels with Facebook makes it impossible to defend myself or explain the situations causing these blocks. I suspect someone might be reporting my posts maliciously. Facebook needs to address these issues to prevent such unfair actions in the future. I hope this message reaches the right channels for review. Thank you.

My brother's Facebook account has been reactivated by someone, but he's in prison, His name is Nick Gully, email is [redacted], date of birth 13.5.[redacted], from Brighton, UK. We can't do it, and he wants it deleted as well as all his family, as there are family pictures and private information that could be misused. I was recently blocked for alleged hate speech on a Sky News post about illegal migrants. My comment, "blast them out of the water," was meant to highlight the potential dangers of unvetted migrants entering the UK, not to target individuals based on characteristics like race or religion. I believe this does not violate hate speech laws in the United Kingdom. Although I have been blocked for 30 days, I have noticed other comments on the post that are more severe, containing profanity and genuine hate speech. I feel unfairly targeted by Facebook and would like to address this issue based on the UK law regarding hate speech.

I am facing difficulty removing my primary email address. Despite trying to edit it and adding a new email address, I am unable to replace the primary one. When I attempt to log in with the new email, it claims it is invalid even though I have confirmed it. I have been trying relentlessly to reach out to you on Instagram, but the responses I received were impersonal and unhelpful. Despite explaining my situation and providing evidence, I have not received a satisfactory resolution. I am convinced that my account has been hacked, as there is clear proof tying it to me. I have tried to communicate through multiple emails, detailing the issue with my account that appears to have been taken over by someone who engaged in spam activities. Despite changing my email and losing access to the original one, the problem persists. I urge you not to redirect me to the help center again and instead escalate this matter to an Instagram employee capable of resolving it. The account under question is "vincentsev7n," which seems to have been compromised with inappropriate content posted. I urge you to verify with my girlfriend's account, "strawberry.marmalady," to confirm my identity and resolve this issue promptly.

I recently logged out of Facebook on all devices and now I'm unable to sign back in because of the two-factor authentication requirement. I've tried to request a text code, but it keeps saying I've made too many requests and to try again later. I need the two-factor authentication turned off so I can access my account. I have been trying for over 24 hours now. I know it may sound trivial, but I am in the middle of two time-limited quests on a game on Facebook, and I really need to get back in before they expire. Since a lot of effort has gone into these quests, I would greatly appreciate any assistance in getting back into my account. I have already submitted a photo of my I.D. through the other options but have not heard back. Please, can someone help me with this?

I attempted to create a new account on FB, but encountered issues with receiving the confirmation code on my mobile phone due to my carrier blocking messages. As a result, my account was disabled when I couldn't provide the code. Despite multiple appeals, I have not received any responses. I then tried creating accounts with different email addresses and phone numbers, only to have them disabled as well. I have now realized the policy on multiple accounts and apologize for the oversight. I would like my original account attached to this email [redacted] to be reopened. The other two accounts can be deleted. I am willing to provide any necessary documentation like ID, driver's license, or birth certificate. My goal is simply to reconnect with friends, and I appreciate your assistance as I transition into retirement.
