Surprising facebook did send me message saying you need to reply back with attached photoid. I sent it back on straightaway on Tuesday. However, no response back. Realistically, looking at other threads I realised facebook doesn't responsd. Its **% chance I will never hear back from them again. So, account is permanently lost.*This is extremely shocking to realise that there is no customer serivce front for a billion dollar company. Especially, I paid them to run my ads. Google is far better in terms of customer service. **Initially I thought these forums was for support from facebook employees. That is not the case.**Hope this help. I would recommend to save yourself the trouble and just abandan. Save yourself the headache.**Next time for businesses pages make sure you setup multiple admin accounts. **The whole thing is ridiculous.
