My wife's Facebook account has been hacked. She is Filipino and primarily communicates in her native language with family and friends, except when speaking to me in Messenger. The hacker has been sending messages in English to her Filipino contacts. The individual responsible for the breach seems to go by the name Polo Novak Malinic. Unfortunately, my wife is unable to access her account to address the issue and would like to deactivate both her Facebook and Messenger accounts. Her name is Judilyn B. Perilla, now using the name Judilyn P. Kuhnell, born on 06/05/[redacted]. Her account was created with the email address [redacted], and her current phone number is [redacted]. I am Barry J. Kuhnell, born on 24/02/[redacted]. You have my email, and my phone number is [redacted]. Thank you.

I believe someone has fraudulently attempted to access my Facebook account using an email address that is not mine. When I first created my account in [redacted], I used the email address [redacted], which I later changed to [redacted] in [redacted]. Despite providing a copy of my national driver's license as proof of identity, I am still unable to regain access to my account. I suggest verifying the identity of the individual who hacked my account by asking security questions, using the phone number or recovery email associated with the account. My recovery email is [redacted], and the original phone number linked to the account is [redacted]1. I have access to both of these. I am feeling very concerned and would greatly appreciate any assistance in resolving this matter.

Express and Star published an inaccurate and damaging article about my husband's court case. The one-sided story portrays him unfairly, including his full name and address which puts our family at risk, especially with our personalized number plate. Our children, aged 9 to 15, are affected by this, especially our 15-year-old who struggles with mental health issues. The anxiety this has caused is overwhelming. Please remove this post as it violates our data protection rights and is causing genuine fear in our loving family. Your prompt attention to this matter is greatly appreciated. Sincerely, Linsey Upcott

Yesterday, I discovered two fake accounts on Facebook using my name Esa Peltola and my wife's unique name, Bonnie Chung Peltola. These profiles were only visible when attempting to forward content via a private message. I mistakenly sent a message to one of these fake accounts, prompting their disappearance shortly after. Prior to this, we noticed unauthorized "likes" on our content. A few years back, we interacted with Chinese cyber security students at the University of Luxembourg. I suspect their involvement in observing our accounts, especially given my wife's Taiwanese background and potential political motives for hacking. We have since updated our passwords and are willing to provide the names of these students if needed.

I am Ken Renaud from Ottawa, Canada. I have received numerous warnings about attempts to hack my account from Saudi Arabia. After a successful hack, my current email account ([redacted]) was deleted and replaced with an old email address from my teen years ([redacted]) that I no longer have access to. The phone number associated with my account ([redacted]) was also changed unauthorized. I sent a photo ID to your support team and received a password via text message, but unfortunately, it granted access to the wrong account (Yann Fillion), as I am now receiving phone calls from his Messenger. Please assist me in resolving this issue promptly. Sincerely, Ken Renaud, Ottawa, Ontario, Canada.

Hello, I am experiencing difficulties with Messenger. On my phone, I receive an error message stating that something went wrong and to try again later. When attempting to use the Messenger browser, it notifies me that the service is currently unavailable. I can see who is online, but my chat history is missing on my phone. While using the browser, I only see some history predating the issues. Despite uninstalling and reinstalling Messenger, stopping and restarting the application, ensuring I have the latest operating system and updates, nothing has resolved the issue. I have exhausted all possible solutions from Facebook's website and Google searches. As Messenger is crucial for my Facebook use, I am unsure of my next steps. Should I consider switching to a different messaging application?

Subject: Urgent Help Needed with Disabled Account Issue Dear Facebook Support Team, I am reaching out regarding my account [redacted] or [redacted], which has been disabled since November 21st. I am currently undergoing training with Daymond John's affiliate marketing team and was prompted by Facebook to upload a new profile photo for security reasons during an important campaign launch. I am still waiting for my account to be reviewed and reinstated. As a [redacted]% disabled Army veteran on a fixed income, this training represents a significant investment for me and my family. Being unable to access my account is causing financial loss as the training is paid, and I am missing out on the opportunity for my ad campaign to capitalize on Thanksgiving, Black Friday, and Cyber Monday. I urgently need my account restored to continue with my training and campaign. Facebook’s lack of resolution options is causing added frustration, especially with my ongoing health issues. Your prompt assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. Sincerely, Daniel A. Burt

I reside in Cancun, Mexico. Recently, my phone's SIM card stopped working, so I purchased a new one, resulting in a new phone number. Unfortunately, my old Gmail account has been deactivated, preventing me from completing the verification steps required for logging into my account, which asks for SMS verification due to security settings. After managing to regain my previous phone number, I tried to receive SMS messages from Facebook for verification, but I have not received any. This has left me in a difficult situation as I had scheduled my Facebook account for deletion. I have reached out to Facebook support via their platform, providing my new email and phone number, but have yet to receive a response. Thank you in advance. - Ian W.

As the Facebook Page admin, I need assistance with two significant issues. Firstly, our Mentions feature has been malfunctioning since our establishment two years ago, hindering our ability to respond promptly to mentions, essential for our business. The problem arises when we receive multiple mentions, but upon clicking them in Notifications, it redirects us to a post mentioning us and displays unrelated past mentions, missing out on crucial mentions like Tamara Y and seven other individuals. Despite reaching out to Facebook multiple times, we never receive any response regarding this persistent problem. Recently, the situation deteriorated further as our Notifications page only shows a blank screen accompanied by the message "Sorry, something went wrong. We're working on getting this fixed as soon as we can." This occurred prior to the recent outage and persists, resulting in us missing all mentions and causing severe damage to our reputation. Despite our continuous reports to Facebook, no resolutions have been provided. Any guidance on resolving these issues would be greatly appreciated.

I have attempted to recover my account several times. Recently, my phone was stolen, leading to unauthorized access to my accounts. Subsequently, my account got deactivated, and I lost access. Unfortunately, I did not have an email linked to my account, only an old mobile number (username: [redacted], password: Jas1234). Despite knowing my password and having two-step verification enabled, I can't sign in or receive a response from Facebook for account recovery since I lack an associated email. Kindly reach out to me via the provided email to either disable two-step verification, help me sign in, add an email to the account, or guide me through the process of providing ID for account recovery.

My account was hacked after I unknowingly clicked on a link sent by the hacker. Despite reporting this several times to Facebook, my password was changed, and now my account is disabled. The hacker used the email [redacted], and I have information about them like the name Fitri Hainun. They are now using Fitri Hainun's account to hack others. I even communicated with them on WhatsApp to recover my account, but when I attempted to change my password and email, I received a message that my account was disabled. Please investigate this issue promptly. My account name is Dino Shibu.

I was requested to verify my account and change my name, but encountered difficulties. I tried sending my passport and company ID as supporting documents a year ago, but I'm still unable to log in. I've been a Facebook user since [redacted] and need access to my old account where I have all my friends and photos. If I made a mistake unknowingly before, I apologize and will follow the rules. Please allow me to access my account. My Facebook account name is Pogs Onlychild and my email is [redacted] Thank you, and God bless.

I recently received a notification that I supposedly accepted a friend request, which I didn't do because I have to approve all requests. After that, someone changed my email and password, leaving me unable to access my account. I noticed strange messages being sent from my account to my friends after the hackers took over. This made me realize my account was hacked, especially when they started texting me as if I had messaged them. It's really frustrating as I have sensitive information on my account, and even though I change my password regularly, incidents like this keep happening. Many of my friends have faced similar situations too. It's disheartening not being able to access my own account due to someone maliciously hacking it. It's a difficult process trying to regain control.

I have forgotten the passwords to both of my Facebook accounts. The first one is "Verify Seeker" which I recently created for anonymous blogging purposes and I want to delete it. The second account, my main one since [redacted], is under the name Gemma Tredgett (Tredge). I've been locked out for three days because I forgot my current password, even though I remember some previous passwords. The phone number linked to this account is [redacted]1 and the email is [redacted] which I haven't used since [redacted]. I've tried to get access by guessing the password to receive the code from Facebook, but it's not working. I don't have access to the linked email anymore. I have my Passport and other forms of ID to prove ownership. Please help me regain access to my main account Gemma Tredgett (Tredge) as soon as possible. Thank you, G Tredgett.

My sister-in-law passed away at home yesterday at the young age of 40. Just days before, I underwent a major surgery. This has been an incredibly tough week for my loved ones. Now, when I need support the most, Facebook has banned me for the holidays due to an old and harmless meme I shared years ago. Being unable to connect with family and friends during this time of grief is heartbreaking. Please reconsider this ban so I can seek assistance for the funeral and recovery from surgery.

I signed up for Facebook years ago. In July, I thought my account was hacked as I couldn't log in due to an incorrect password. I was promised a code sent to my email, but I never received it despite many tries. I created a new account in September, only to see my old account reappear shortly after. Yesterday, I noticed my favorite game, Toy Blast, set me back to level 1 from level [redacted] or [redacted]. Following Toy Blast support's advice, I attempted to log in to Facebook with my old account's password and received a message instructing me to use a new password. I've used my old account since September and never had password issues until now. I need urgent help with this problem. Thank you.

I encountered an issue with Facebook forcing me to change my password. However, after updating it, the system claimed it wasn't strong enough without providing me an option to enhance it. Consequently, I got logged out, unable to log back in since August 18th. Despite attempting to regain access through security codes and sending a photo of my ID, I have not received any updates from them. I urgently need to recover my account, as I no longer have access to my old email address and have a new phone number. This situation was not my doing; I strictly followed their instructions. I deeply regret the inconvenience caused and now realize I should have never altered my password.

On November 14th, my personal Facebook page suddenly disappeared. When I attempted to log in, I received a message stating, "Your account didn't follow our Community Standards on Safety, so you can no longer use Facebook." Surprisingly, I haven't posted anything recently, so I am unsure how I could have violated any guidelines. This situation is particularly concerning for me because I support children overseas, mainly in the Philippines. My primary way of communicating with some parents is through Facebook and Messenger. I have received no communication from Facebook regarding the issue, no details or explanations provided. I am eager to resolve any potential problems with my account to regain access. It is crucial that I restore my account as soon as possible, as the children are relying on my support. Your assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated.
