After surviving a heart attack and experiencing memory loss, followed by a challenging time in jail and hospitalization, I found myself in a difficult situation with my former girlfriend tampering with my phone and social media accounts. She not only changed my email and password but also chose to end our relationship. Despite my attempts, I recently discovered that my account has been deactivated, and the precious photos, especially of my son, are at risk of being lost forever. I am reaching out for assistance as a last resort to recover my account. A dear friend is supporting me through this process, and I hope to regain access to my cherished memories.

I am writing to address my disabled Facebook account. I did not deactivate it, and I am unable to visit the help center as it indicates there is no internet connection. Having mental health issues, I rely on my account to communicate with family and friends and to access my photos, which are only stored there. I believe that Facebook serves the purpose of connecting people, and I respect freedom of speech; I do not engage in bullying or intentionally hurtful behavior. It does not seem just to be blocked simply because someone disagrees with my opinions. I kindly request the reinstatement of my account, as it is my primary means of keeping in touch with loved ones, and its absence is adversely affecting my mental well-being.

I'm having trouble accessing two Facebook accounts that I created for use with SimCity Buildit. I hastily made these accounts with minimal information as they were mainly for game saving purposes and connecting with friends who also play. I only added a profile photo. Unfortunately, I accidentally closed the account switch icon, leading me to log out. Now, when trying to log back in, I realize I never added a backup phone number. While I can reset the password, the system prompts me to secure the account with a phone number, which I cannot do as my phone number is already linked to another Facebook account. Is there a way to recover my two accounts? Thank you.

My name is Abed Hassan. My Facebook account was deleted by mistake. Despite sending all the requested information and photos for recovery, I have been unsuccessful. I created a new account, which was also disabled. I received a code, but it linked to an old account from [redacted] with only 22 friends, not the one I cherish with [redacted] connections. At 68 years old, Facebook is essential to me as it keeps me connected with friends and family, even serving as a virtual family. I have my daughter and grandson in one profile, but I miss the other account terribly, as it holds my memories, pictures, and life. About 1 and a half years ago, I deleted my Facebook account. Recently, I got an email that seemed to be from Facebook asking me to confirm a registration, but it looked like a phishing attempt, so I didn't click on anything. I have no intention of rejoining Facebook. Now, I am getting notifications in my Google email's social folder about people trying to add me as a friend on Facebook. Since I deleted my account and didn't verify the new registration, I shouldn't be getting these notifications. I suspect someone might be using my old account name (my Gmail address). This needs to be stopped, or I may need to take legal action to resolve the issue.

Last night, when I tried to access Facebook on my phone, I noticed that I was logged out, which was unusual. Since I hadn't logged in for a while, I couldn't remember my password, so I tried the "forgot password" option. However, I received an error message stating that my account couldn't be found. When I switched to my computer to reset my password, I was able to locate my account and requested a code to be sent to my email. Unfortunately, when I tried to enter the code, I was informed that it had been attempted too many times right from the start. Even though I can still use Messenger, Facebook seems to be behaving as if my account doesn't exist, despite having had it for years. I'm unsure if my account is being tampered with, and I would appreciate any assistance. Thank you.

Last week, my Facebook account was hacked, and I've been unable to access it since. The hacker is contacting my friends through Messenger, pretending to offer money in a scam. I am currently unable to access my original Facebook account. When I try to log in, I am directed to create a new profile, which I do not wish to do because all my personal information is on my original account. I have been using the same phone to log in for the past 5 years without any issues. However, yesterday I was prompted to enter my password, which I have forgotten since I never had to use it on my device before. Despite trying all day yesterday to recover and reset my password, I have been unsuccessful. The codes I receive for recovery remain the same and when I try to submit them, I encounter an unknown error or a message about exceeding the number of attempts. Even after waiting for 24 hours and trying the "new" codes today, they turn out to be identical to the ones from yesterday, leading to the same error message regarding the attempt limits. I have checked my page through my wife’s account and found no signs of hacking. If I could bypass the code screen to reset my password, I believe everything will return to normal. I would appreciate any assistance as I wish to retain access to my original account due to the sentimental value of the photos and memories stored there. Even after a prior ban lifting, a new ban for 21 hours has occurred when attempting to share a post. Additionally, creating a new Facebook account has proven challenging, with an extended review process for a simple profile picture. This hindrance is affecting my communication with others, causing missed deadlines, and frustrating those awaiting my responses. The bans seem unjustified, especially as I adhere to community guidelines. My reliance on Facebook for interactions is essential, and these restrictions are causing inconvenience and anger.

I invested [redacted] ZAR in what turned out to be a scam led by FX leader through an ad on Facebook from Fast Stats. As I tried to report the ad, it got hidden, but you may still have access to this information. I came across approximately three more ads using Mark Shuttleworth's name and photo, which seem suspicious and likely not authorized. Their use of his identity gave them credibility and led me to invest. I believe such ads should be banned on Facebook to protect others from being scammed when seeking opportunities to build wealth.

I am currently experiencing an issue with my new Facebook account set up for my photography business. Last week, I created the account without adding my phone number or a profile picture. Today, when I attempted to log in, I was forced to provide my phone number for security purposes without the option to decline. I am experiencing issues where my messages are not loading or sending. Initially, the messages would fail to send, and now, on any platform I am using, conversations are failing to load messages and nicknames. It seems like the app is treating it as if I have never talked to my friends before, despite it acknowledging previous messages. Recently, someone from Morocco has attempted to hack my account numerous times, as evidenced by the IP address notifications. Unfortunately, they managed to gain access yesterday. Changing my password as advised by Facebook did not prevent the hack. Facebook then requested my photo ID, which I submitted. However, I received a response in Arabic and was unable to change my password. I encountered a message stating "You have tried entering too many codes. Upon attempting to log in, I received a message stating "Your account has been disabled." I have always followed Facebook's policies and do not understand why my account was disabled.
