Hello, my Facebook account is Debra J. Simpson Leinart. I have been using it for some time. Unfortunately, I made the mistake of logging out and have been unable to log back in. When trying to access my account, I accidentally used "Debra Jo Simpson Leinart" (without the "O," which is the incorrect middle name on the account) and now I am unable to get back into my original account. I have attempted to delete the incorrect account "Debra Jo Simpson" to access my real account, but it keeps reverting back to the wrong one. Despite trying to reset my password, I have been unsuccessful. I am simply looking to regain access to my original account and have the incorrect one removed. It seems like the system is treating the incorrect account's password as the new one and not accepting my actual password. Your assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. I am Garrett Sutton Meadows, born on 06/04/[redacted]. My Facebook URL is Facebook.com/GSRsupercharged. I've recently been released from prison and I'm trying to access my Facebook account that I've had for over 5 years. I'm having trouble confirming my identity as I can't sign into my email [redacted] or my old phone number [redacted]. Facebook has given me the option to send a code to my lost number [redacted], which I can't use either. I have around 4,[redacted] friends, most of whom are not known personally, so the "identify photos of friends" and "Ask your friends for help" options are not feasible. I need to log in to contact anyone as I don't have anyone's number since my release. I'm sharing my mom's email below for your assistance. I hope to resolve this issue and get back on Facebook soon. Last Monday, my Facebook account was hacked via private message. Consequently, all my contacts were harassed and also had their Facebook accounts and mobile phones hacked. This has been a dreadful experience. I was wrongly accused of actions I didn't do due to my inaccessible account. I created a new account, but faced logging in issues and even more problems. I want to assure people that everything has been resolved. However, after discussing with my contacts, we are considering deleting Facebook altogether as it no longer feels secure. We have reached out to our telecommunications providers, but they mentioned they couldn't help as the issue originated from Facebook. We have also reported this to the police and Scamwatch.

I have been using Facebook for three years, and during that time, I connected with someone who turned out to be a con man. This person caused me to lose a significant amount of money, leading to me blocking them. Despite this, I have continuously been harassed as they create new accounts and reach out through Messenger using my email address. I have been off Facebook for a while, but recently discovered that someone is using my account to message my friends. These experiences have been incredibly distressing, causing me to feel depressed and even suicidal in the past. While I don't expect much action to be taken since I am an individual user rather than a big company, I wanted to bring this to your attention. Thank you for your help.

I have been assisting my Mother, Sandra Williams (70 years old), in recovering her Facebook account. We followed the steps to use trusted contacts and had all three verification codes ready. However, we encountered an issue when prompted to confirm the email address. The email provided, [redacted], was incorrect. Her actual email is [redacted] (with no 0). This mistake has prevented her from receiving the confirmation email to regain access to her account. Additionally, the wrong cell phone number, [redacted], was entered instead of the correct number, [redacted], which means she cannot receive the verification code via text. We are requesting assistance to resolve these issues, potentially by resetting the friends verification process so we can start over. We are frustrated with the challenges faced during this process, most of which were due to user errors.

I need to address a concerning issue that occurred involving one of our employees at the small business I am a partner in. An unknown person contacted the employee claiming they had been conversing on Facebook, which the employee denied since they did not have Messenger installed. However, upon checking their Facebook account, they found messages and details of their current business trip shared with this stranger. This happened while the employee was unable to access their account, confirmed by their adlibs. The hacker engaged in conversations and knew the employee's whereabouts. I advised the employee to visit facebook.com/hacked, run antivirus scans using Windows Defender, Avast, and MalwareBytes, and to take security measures. I am deeply concerned about this breach and the potential threat it poses not only to the employee but also to other colleagues on the business trip. Urgent attention and further investigation into this matter are crucial for everyone's safety. I await a prompt response.

I am having difficulties accessing my accounts, including my new account and Messenger, after experiencing fraud. I have changed phones due to a theft in May, and the new number is now [redacted]. I have tried to resolve this by contacting customer service and visiting my phone store but have had no luck. I can provide any necessary information to verify my identity, such as a Medicare letter regarding the fraud. I recently received a review on my church's website that contains defamatory statements under a false name. I believe this is an attempt to attack and defame me. Could you please track the IP address of this user to confirm their identity? The individual used the name Parminder Kaur but I suspect their real name is Jeshuran Rose Bagh. We have tried everything to recover my mom, S.W.'s Facebook account. We used trusted contacts and received the verification codes but got stuck when a confirmation email was sent to the wrong email address. Instead of *****@***.com, the correct email is *****@***.com. This mix-up is preventing her from accessing her account. I'm Richard S., her son, reaching out for help. Additionally, the phone number linked to her account is incorrect (should be (***) ***-****). Without the correct number, she can't receive a code to log in and make changes. This issue has been ongoing, and her attempts to fix it have only made it worse. If you could reset the friend verification process we tried and give us a fresh start, that would be appreciated. We're feeling frustrated and hope to resolve this soon.

I currently remember my password but face difficulty accessing my account due to the two-step verification process. Hello, I hope you're having a good day! I've been experiencing difficulties accessing my account for several days now. Despite following all the steps provided, I have been unable to log in on both my phone and PC. Each time I complete the verification steps involving selecting photos of my friends and deleting liked pages and comments, I receive an error message stating a lost connection, possibly due to a connectivity issue. I've also attempted to upload my identification on my PC but encountered issues attaching my ID which prevents me from proceeding. Additionally, confirming my access on another device is not possible since I can't access my account on any device. Although I've set up trusted friends for my account, I'm unsure how to proceed as I can't find the link or code to send them. The repetitive questions daily without granting me access are frustrating. I've attempted to use the Support Help form, but it won't allow me to proceed as it claims my account isn't disabled. I came across an advertisement on Facebook offering a complimentary sample of Instalift where you only needed to cover postage. Upon proceeding to checkout to check postage charges, additional offers for Ultralift and Ultrasmooth popped up, which I did not select. Surprisingly, after advancing to the next page, it confirmed my order without my final consent. Subsequently, I received an email acknowledging an order for three different items totaling over £80, which I did not authorize or want due to budget constraints relying solely on my pension. Attempts to respond to the emails were unsuccessful. I tried locating the ad on Facebook again without success. The email lacked any contact details for the company, making it challenging to rectify the situation. It is distressing to face financial loss from unordered items, and I expected Facebook to vet their advertisers to prevent member scams. I have alerted Facebook and requested a refund, but have not received a response. Swift resolution and a refund are crucial as this has created financial hardship for me.

I recently attempted to change my password but encountered issues. When trying the first time, I used my old password and a new one only to be notified that the new password was previously used. On my second attempt, I entered the old password and a different new one, but it was rejected as incorrect. Despite not recognizing these old or new passwords, the system seems to have changed my password. Now, I am unable to recover my account as I no longer have access to the email or phone linked to it. Fortunately, I have 3 trusted contacts, and after entering one of their names, I successfully received codes from all of them. However, upon submitting the codes, the system deemed my account ineligible for this process. I am at a loss on how to proceed because I cannot utilize my trusted contacts and lack access to my email or phone associated with the account. I urgently need to access my account as it is my primary means of communication with certain family members.

I was incarcerated for a year and a half, during which the police kept my phone for evidence. I want to raise awareness about a fake company called Griffin Air that is running misleading ads on Facebook. Recently, I fell victim to their scam and lost $97. When I reported the fraudulent activity, I received a response claiming that the company was following Facebook's guidelines and suggested that I avoid looking at the ads if I didn't like them. However, it's clear that this company is not legitimate. Even the return address provided by Griffin Air is fake when verified on Google Earth. If it weren't for Facebook, I wouldn't have engaged with them. I believe Facebook should reach out to everyone who expressed dissatisfaction with the ads to ensure they don't fall victim to the same scam. I have personally reached out to those who reacted negatively to the ads and encourage others to do the same.

The Clients page on Apex Trim Method's website is designed for clients to share images of horse hooves for assessment. These photos help the admin, Lana Comeriato, identify the necessary fixes. Unfortunately, there is a problem where these images and messages are getting lost, preventing the exchange of crucial health-related information between the admin and clients, potentially affecting animal health. I reached out to tech support yesterday regarding this issue but have yet to receive a response. Thank you.
