I represent 18 Davies Street Gallery, an Art Gallery. We advertise through our Facebook page with the same name. I've been attempting to link our Instagram account to the Facebook page but keep encountering a message stating that the Instagram account is already owned by another company. In an effort to resolve this, I've disconnected all accounts and switched to a personal Instagram account, but the issue persists. Both Facebook and Instagram continue to indicate that the Instagram account is connected to another Facebook account, preventing me from reverting to a business account on Instagram. This situation is causing significant stress and disappointment as our sales heavily rely on our social media presence, including our Facebook ads.

Dear Facebook Support Team, My name is Elena, and I am reaching out regarding a concerning issue involving a friend's compromised profile on your platform. Sadly, this individual managed to access the account and has been attempting fraudulent activities, resulting in some successful transactions leading to financial losses for innocent people. The compromised profile belongs to Krasimir Hristov, username: krasimir.hristov.[redacted]. The Facebook account has been deactivated, but the messenger remains active. The individual accessed the account using the phone number [redacted] and has since created a new account with the same number. We are seeking your assistance in tracking the unauthorized access and potentially reactivating the disabled profile. Your support in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated as we strive to cooperate with the authorities to apprehend these criminals. Thank you for your attention to this urgent matter.

Hello, I hope you are doing well. I attempted to update the name on my Facebook account from Martins Funerals Newcastle to MFG Newcastle since our company name changed in February. I need assistance in regaining access to any of the three accounts as they are vital for my business. The login names for the accounts are [redacted] (old), [redacted] (attempted update), and [redacted] (newly created). Thank you for your help.

I need help with my hacked account. I am unable to login or access it. The email address on my account is not mine, so I can't receive the recovery code. The listed phone number is correct, but I never receive SMS messages to access my account. I want to regain access to not lose my contacts and update with the correct email. If not, I may have to delete the account and create a new one. The phone number associated with the account is [redacted] but doesn't work for access. The email listed is [redacted], which belongs to my ex-wife who I suspect hacked my account as a joke. My correct email is [redacted] My profile name is Matthew Viands. Thank you.

On September 17, [redacted], my Facebook account was disabled due to a violation of Facebook's policies regarding Intellectual Property, specifically Article V, Section 20 of the Community Standards. In late [redacted], students from Clements High School in Sugar Land, TX, and I created a club called Boys & Girls Club of Clements High School to support the Boys & Girls Clubs in Stafford, TX. Due to challenges such as Hurricane Harvey's impact, the club was disbanded after realizing it was not officially affiliated with Boys & Girls Clubs of America. Despite this, the Facebook group remained inactive. On September 17, the group was removed, and my peers and I, who were group admins, were banned. We have received emails from BGC allowing individual page reinstatement, but seek clarification as we believe this ban may be a misunderstanding. Please reinstate our accounts promptly. You can reach me at the email [redacted] for further information.

On September 17, [redacted], my Facebook account became inoperative due to a breach in Facebook policy related to Intellectual Property, specifically Article V, Section 20 of the Facebook Community Standards. In late [redacted], fellow Clements High School students and I formed a club called Boys & Girls Club of Clements High School to support the Stafford, TX branch of Boys & Girls Clubs. Challenges such as volunteering limitations after Hurricane Harvey and our club's unregistered status led to its dissolution. Despite this, the associated Facebook group remained inactive. Following the ban on September 17, the group was removed along with the accounts of myself and other club administrators. We believe this ban may be a misunderstanding rather than a serious security breach. We are eager for our accounts to be reinstated promptly. Contact me at the email [redacted] for further details as I have been waiting for a resolution for over a month.

On September 17, [redacted], my Facebook account was disabled due to a violation of their policies regarding Intellectual Property. I had started a club at my high school called Boys & Girls Club of Clements High School with some classmates to support a local branch, but we later found out we weren't an official affiliate. Despite disbanding the club, our Facebook group remained inactive. Facebook banned our accounts, which were all admins of the group, on September 17. I've submitted several appeals, but haven't received any confirmation emails. My email is [redacted] if you need to reach me. Please help me resolve this issue promptly.

My Facebook account has been disabled, and now neither this nor my Messenger account work. I did not knowingly violate any rules. I sent an app called Dosh to friends as I was told it would benefit them and me. I downloaded Dosh, earned $5, and listed many real items on my Facebook store and other sites. Some items were under review yesterday, and now my accounts are disabled. Please help me reactivate my accounts as soon as possible. Thank you for your assistance. If needed, please reach me at [redacted] or lori1rn@yahoo com. - Lori S. former Hines

My Facebook account was closed for the second time, claiming I was impersonating someone else. As a Mental Health Counselor for 31 1/2 years, it's ridiculous. I only interact with friends and family, share relevant posts, and post fun photos. Twice now, my account was shut down without any explanation or opportunity to discuss. You can search my name on Google to see my accounts and some of my photos, but I can't access them. I need assistance understanding why this happened to my accounts and how to retrieve my old pictures. I hope to resolve this matter and regain access. I have tried calling customer service, but no one answers. Please contact me at [redacted]. Thank you, Craig Finley, Retired Mental Health Counselor.

I have been locked out of my Facebook account due to suspected phishing activity. Despite following the instructions in the emails they keep sending, I am stuck on the same screen and cannot access my account. Creating a new account is not an option as my business page is linked to the current one. A customer from the marketplace was on their way to pick up an item from me, but I could not respond as my account was deactivated by Facebook during that time. I have dedicated a lot of time to building my business page, gaining followers, and posting products on the marketplace, so it's frustrating to be locked out without any help to resolve the situation.

I want to share a concerning experience I had through Facebook Messenger. I was deceived by someone named Sophia, who coerced me into revealing personal images with the false promise of helping needy individuals in a different country. When I discovered she was actually 15 years old, I was taken aback and now fear legal repercussions. Sophia is pressuring me to donate $48,[redacted] that I don't have. I am a parent trying to do right by my child who is currently in the care of my mother and stepfather. I suffer from mental health issues like major depression, anxiety, and PTSD, which heighten my distress over this situation. Although I acknowledge my mistake, I am reaching out for advice on handling this delicate matter without involving authorities, as I am in a vulnerable state. I urge caution as Sophia is using deceitful tactics to exploit people for financial gain.

My name is John F. and my son, also named John F., had his Facebook account removed from my account. Unfortunately, my son passed away on 10-3-18, and shortly after I lost access to view his account. It seems someone, possibly his girlfriend, unfriended both me and my wife, restricting our access. I have reached out to Facebook's Help and Support through emails and messages, but have not received any response. Viewing my son's page has been a source of comfort for me to read the kind words people have shared about him since his passing. I am seeking assistance to regain access to his page. Thank you for your help, and I am hopeful to hear back soon, as my previous attempts to contact Facebook by phone and message have been unsuccessful.

I encountered an issue on Facebook that I hope to address. While I was engaging in online chat yesterday, a user named Jay Town made racist comments about Black individuals. When I stood up against his remarks, he threatened to block me and specifically used offensive language. In response, I also used strong language towards him. Unfortunately, I was then banned from the platform for 30 days for a comment considered racially discriminatory. What troubles me is that other users on the thread, who were also engaging in racist behavior, have not faced similar consequences. Despite reporting racist content on Facebook, I have been informed that such posts meet community standards. I have documented these occurrences because I find Facebook's actions inadequate. I want to highlight that the email provided is not associated with my Facebook account.

I recently discovered that my email password has been changed, leading to issues accessing my Facebook account. When the unauthorized individual attempted to log in, Facebook identified the unrecognized device and prompted me to confirm recent account changes, which I did not make. Subsequently, Facebook advised me to reset my password. Unfortunately, I cannot recall my most recent password because I generally remain logged in across my devices. It seems I am recollecting the second-to-last password used before the security breach. Upon initiating a recovery process, Facebook sent an email to my linked account. Regrettably, I cannot recall the password for that email, which was established over 16 years ago in high school and is presently inactive. Despite numerous attempts to recover the email, I have been unsuccessful. I am prepared to provide extensive details about my account, including personal information, photo descriptions, and past posts to verify ownership. Please advise me on the next steps to regain access to my account. Thank you.

Hello, my name is Elizabeth Massey. Previously, I was regularly active on Facebook while signed into an AOL account. Regrettably, I changed my Facebook password and subsequently forgot it. Following this, I took a break from Facebook, got a new phone, a new email from Google, and neglected my AOL email. Recently, attempting to access my account, I clicked the "forgot password" option but couldn't recover it since my AOL email was closed due to inactivity. I contacted AOL, but they were unable to reopen it. I am hesitant to create a new Facebook account and am willing to provide a picture of my driver's license for verification purposes. Thank you for your understanding.

I have made multiple attempts to regain access to my Facebook account. I have reached the maximum limit of 5,[redacted] friends and have accumulated over 20,[redacted] followers. Despite verifying my account previously, I am concerned it may have been compromised. I am unable to locate any support channels, but I have submitted the identity verification form. Additionally, my attempts to back up my account have proven unsuccessful. I have thoroughly reviewed the platform's policies and have not violated any. Initially, I was prompted to upload a photo, only to have my account subsequently locked. It has now been more than two weeks since this issue arose. I complied with submitting the required identification documents without receiving any communication via email regarding this matter. I have been experiencing multiple health issues with disabling pain every day, including having three strokes in the past 34 months. Despite this, I feel fortunate to still be able to communicate in some ways. I am anxious about the possibility of another stroke. Recently, I had to rush to the ER in Hershey for rapid heart rate due to AFib, which led to emergency heart surgery. I am grateful to still be here. However, I am now looking to stop receiving daily Facebook calls from strangers. I am too exhausted for this and would appreciate help in stopping these calls. I believe my account name is Dexter M. from Hummelstown, PA. If possible, could you please assist in removing my account so that I can avoid spending unnecessary time on these calls? Thank you.

Additionally, I have submitted numerous requests on Facebook to delete my old account without receiving a clear resolution. Dear Sir/Madam, I own an English academy in Zaragoza, Spain named "London English." The previous owners of the academy have Facebook pages under similar names to ours which are not being maintained. These pages are: London English House Zaragoza, London English House, and London English. I am facing an issue as we need a dedicated page for marketing but these old pages are causing confusion for potential clients. The current owners are not cooperating in giving us access to these accounts. I believe these pages should be deleted as they are using a proprietary name that no longer belongs to them. I can provide proof of ownership and request guidance on how to resolve this matter. Thank you, Noelia

I recently received an email from [redacted] informing me that I have been removed as an admin from Greenisland Golf Club's Facebook page. After contacting the page administrators to rectify this, they encountered an error while trying to reinstate me. I've confirmed that none of the other administrators' accounts have been compromised. I am a member of the Council at Greenisland Golf Club and it is crucial for me to be able to engage with the club's Facebook page. Unfortunately, the email from [redacted] is a "noreply" address, making it impossible for me to reach out to them directly.
