My account has been disabled after someone reported me for pretending to be someone else. I uploaded my driver's license as requested, but I keep receiving messages from Facebook stating that my account violates their Community Standards. Despite submitting my ID, I am still unable to access my account. The latest email is asking me to report the issue through my Facebook account. My legal name is Natosha Gilbert. I am known as TaTa Dabrain on Facebook since [redacted]. Recently, I got reported for using a false name on my account. I've never faced this issue before. The problem now is that I have precious pictures on my account that I can't find elsewhere, including images of deceased family members. I'm open to using my real name on the account, but my main concern is recovering access to my account to retrieve these photos and contacts. Can I please have a 24-48 hour window to do so? I've always been respectful on the platform. My email has been verified as [redacted] The nickname TaTa Dabrain stuck because my young nieces and nephews couldn't pronounce Natosha correctly. Despite its unusual origin, it has been my legit nickname for years. I understand if I need to switch to my real name, but I plead for a chance to recover my pictures and contacts. I received a disturbing private message on Messenger informing me of a login from Texas, advising me to secure my account by providing security details and passwords. After this, my Facebook started blocking me from accessing friends' pages, even family members. A friend suggested reinstalling the app, but now I'm locked out. Despite creating new emails and submitting identification, I can't regain access. I've tried the 6-digit codes sent by Facebook, but I keep getting locked out. Hello, I was recently suspended from posting on my business page for 30 days due to an image that was flagged as inappropriate. I believe the decision was unfair as I have seen other pages with more explicit content. This suspension is affecting my ability to communicate with models who work with my business, leading to missed work opportunities and updates. I have been trying to report someone for using my photos and name to make false and harmful posts about me. Despite my efforts, Facebook seems to prioritize dealing with issues like offensive memes and fake news rather than addressing real harassment. I have blocked the individual, restricted my profile visibility, but they still manage to comment on my posts. Unfortunately, I am frustrated as there seems to be no effective way to contact Facebook for help. The reporting options only lead me to block the user myself. I hope my concerns will be addressed properly, and the user responsible for posting harmful content will face consequences.

I am reaching out to report unauthorized accounts created in my name - MONTEALEGRE AMORE ORTEGA and REAL AMORE. These accounts are using my personal data and photos to spread false and malicious information about me, which I deny. I purchased a Dynacord Powermate Mark 3 amp for £[redacted] in cash on Facebook Marketplace from someone named Paul Walsh in Leeds. I later had it checked by an amp specialist who confirmed it is a fake from China. I informed Mr. Walsh and he agreed to refund me next Friday. He suggested I try to sell it in the meantime. I listed it on Marketplace but decided against it the next day, taking down the post. I let him know I am uncomfortable selling a fraudulent item, and now he's refusing to refund me, claiming he's not obligated to do so. I'm unsure of my rights in this situation. Thanks, Terry K.

After separating from my sons' father, he took over my social media accounts by changing all the passwords. Despite creating a new account, I continue to face harassment and threats from him using my old account pretending to be me. The situation escalated, leading to concerns for my son's safety and affecting our ongoing custody battle. I have pleaded with Facebook to either help me regain access to my original account or remove it, but they have not been responsive. Law enforcement advised me to contact Facebook, but the lack of action from the platform has left me feeling cyberbullied and vulnerable. Despite providing various forms of identification to prove my identity, Facebook has not resolved the issue. The misuse of my account by my ex-partner poses a serious risk, and I feel helpless in this situation.

I have a business page, Eric Strader Pottery, and a personal page, Eric Strader. I have been able to manage both pages from the same dashboard for the past year, and access my feed of other posts from my Facebook friends. Yesterday, I tried posting a video and photo in the same post, but encountered an error message. After some time, I could log back in, but now I can't find my dashboard to manage my personal page. I still have access to my business page. How can I recover my dashboard to manage both pages and access my group pages and personal page again? Thank you.

My Facebook account was hacked on October 21 or 22. I have changed my password. Each time I log into Facebook, I see my name and profile picture under "suggested friends," which I cannot get rid of. This morning, I was notified that I have been hacked again. I changed my password, and then I decided to change my email address. I tried to enter and confirm my correct email, but Facebook is saying it's invalid when I try to change it. I want any fake recent Facebook accounts removed and need help to prevent this in the future. I would like to update my email address in your records and delete the old one, as I no longer use it. Even though I have confirmed my new email and it's showing in my profile settings, I am unable to set it as my primary email because Facebook says it's invalid.

I recently set up a new Facebook account with the name "Liyan Mohammad" for advertising on the Instagram account "Infiniti Bags". Yesterday, I connected this Facebook account to my Instagram. Today, I encountered login issues. I managed to submit the code from Google Authenticator but was prompted to enter a mobile number. Despite entering my number as "+1 [redacted]", an error message stating "You need to enter a valid mobile number" kept appearing. I've successfully used this number to verify my Facebook account before, receiving texts from Facebook. It is indeed a valid number. Please advise on how I can regain access to my Facebook account. I collaborated with a friend in Atlanta to set up my Facebook page as a blind and disabled individual. I am a member of a group called Bandits Bully and Pity Crew on Facebook. I noticed yesterday afternoon that the group name disappeared from my Facebook. When I searched for it, I couldn't find it anywhere. I contacted the group admin, but they couldn't find my name on the members list. I was re-added by another member, but I still can't see the group on my phone. The admin hasn't received any notification about it. I'm concerned that Facebook may have blocked me from the group. My Facebook account has been blocked for three days due to a post I made about a real issue I experienced. I posted to warn others about the builders' conduct. When I left a review, they deleted their company page, so I had no other means to speak out. I can substantiate my claims with pictures, videos, and the building inspector's report. In the last two days, I've received more than fifty friend requests from unfamiliar men, which is a drastic increase from my usual few requests per month. Even after adjusting my settings to only accept friend requests from friends of friends, these unknown individuals are still interacting with my profile, liking my content, and sending me messages. I suspect that my Facebook profile might be linked to an unauthorized app or website, causing this influx of requests. Despite changing my account settings, password, and email address, the issue persists. I am seeking a way to identify and eliminate the source of this problem without resorting to permanently deactivating my account. I hope to address this matter promptly to prevent these strangers from accessing my profile without permission.

When checking my business ad center yesterday to review my ad performance over the weekend, I encountered an issue. A prompt appeared asking me to create a business manager account, despite having already set one up last week. Consequently, both my husband and I lost admin access to our business page. Instead, it redirects me to a new "phantom" business manager page that lacks a profile photo and has a different phone number associated with it. I am struggling to resolve this and reclaim control. I believe that personal account #[redacted][redacted] is causing interference, but I need to regain access to the correct account #[redacted]31 which has been actively running ads. The urgency of this matter cannot be stressed enough. Navigating through various online resources has not yielded a solution, and now my business page "VIP Group" no longer appears among my pages.
