I have been using my Facebook account on my mobile device for years. Recently, I received an alert about an unread message on Messenger. In an attempt to clear it, I followed some online advice to log in from the desktop version on my computer. However, I encountered an issue where my password was not working. I reset my password, but when I logged in, it wasn't my account. While the account name, email, and birthday matched, there were no pictures, and all the people I had previously blocked were accessible. This has left me worried to log out from my mobile as I keep getting directed to the wrong account on my laptop. Even after changing my password again, I am still unable to access my actual account. It's concerning to see someone else possibly using my email. I could use some help with this situation.

I discovered a fake account in my name featuring photos of me, my ex-girlfriend, and our child after I deactivated and then reactivated my Facebook. The fake account led to my real account being disabled. The impostor account, under the name Juan Johnson, is impersonating me. I tried reporting it, but my real account got disabled first. The fake account is causing issues, reaching out to my loved ones as if it were me. This situation is concerning and could lead to serious consequences if not resolved promptly.

I am Shane P. I am facing an issue with my account linked to my old email [redacted] I forgot my password and got locked out after trying to reset it as I no longer have access to that email. Using the trusted friends method, I added 2 new email addresses and a phone number, but did not receive any emails after doing so. I received a code via text, but I couldn't find where to input it. In the meantime, I created a second account successfully with one of the new email addresses and phone number. Messages from Facebook are reaching me on both accounts. Once my original account is accessible again, I would like the second account to be deleted. I would appreciate your assistance in reopening my original account. Thank you.

I have forgotten my password and completed the steps to retrieve my account. Despite trying for a year, I am unable to confirm my identity with the three trusted contacts providing codes. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to the email associated with my account as it is from 8 years ago. The email for my account is [redacted], but I'm currently using my university email for a different Facebook account.

I have encountered issues with Facebook recently that I have never experienced before this year. Someone who did not like me reported my page for a 'fake name' although it was just my nickname. Facebook then blocked my profile temporarily and forced me to change my name under the threat of immediate page removal. I find this treatment unjust! Additionally, my participation in a Facebook group for online jobs as a stay-at-home mom seeking legitimate work opportunities has led to further problems. I was merely expressing interest in job opportunities by replying to comments, but suddenly my page stopped loading with a continuous message stating 'page could not be loaded at this time'. Even after attempting to reload the page and access Facebook again, the issue persists. I am unable to reach the Facebook login page and my Messenger app displays 'messages could not be loaded'. This situation is frustrating and unacceptable. It is disheartening to face potential page blocking when I have not engaged in any inappropriate behavior, especially when others freely post content that violates platform guidelines without consequences.

My former partner has uploaded inappropriate images of my children, showing them in their underwear on a bed reading a book. I am extremely concerned as this photo is visible on their profile as the background image. I strongly urge for it to be removed as I do not want such private images of my child on the internet where they could be viewed by inappropriate individuals. Unfortunately, my ex is currently incarcerated, and it seems someone else has gained access to his account and made these uploads, possibly his new girlfriend or a hacker. I have brought this issue to his attention during a phone call, but he denies any involvement. It is crucial that this image be removed promptly. Despite reporting it multiple times, Facebook has not taken any action yet. This was done without my or my ex's approval, and it is distressing to see the photo online.

After I listed my daughter's clothes on Marketplace, I received a permanent ban. The reason given was that my items did not comply with their site's policies. This cannot be true as I only posted clothes as usual. Despite multiple requests submitted over a week for them to review my items again, my ban remains. I am Gilbert Mazzeo. I need help reporting that my phone, identity, and money may have been stolen through hacking. As a disabled person, I am not tech-savvy. It seems someone is trying to take advantage of me, affecting even my annuity funds. Recovering my password on Facebook is impossible because my info has been changed. The stress has even led to my wife being hospitalized. I fear losing our savings needed for a new home after our previous one was destroyed in a storm.
