I sent * submissions, via Facebook*Help* I have received no response, and am not sure they went through (because I did enter enter a possibly required field of a JPeg photo, I think, because there is none for my account). I created a Facebook account on my home computer roughly two weeks ago, for Bill Goldstein. I had filled out almost nothing other than my name, and then created a sub-account for my brand, SoMuchGreatMusic.com, for which I'd only entered a profile pic (of my logo) and background pic (of a guitar), and left all settings for both to private, etc. That's it. I then sat down with a friend last Friday afternoon (****) to get help intending to begin filling out my accounts and get a general introduction, but using a different device (her iPad). After trying to update*enter a profile field (email address, I believe), I immediately received some notification from Facebook, and was directed to submit a photo, which I promptly did (though Facebook would have no such photo of mine to which it could match). Since then I have tried to log back in to my account numerous times, but remain locked out* when I try to log in I am shown a page reading "You can't use Facebook right now* We're reviewing the photo you sent us on ** November." I have received NO other email or confirmation back from Facebook regarding this..though I have received MANY, MANY Facebook emails prompting me to log in and re: new notifications and new friend suggestions, etc. Earlier this week I tried to just create a new account, using a different password, seemed to do so successfully, but only to reach the same page as noted above ("You can't use Facebook right now.."). Apparently I just updated my password for that same account. I am brand new to Facebook (yes, there are still some of us out there), and this all seems crazy. Can someone please help? Thanks.
