The issue in GetHuman-lewisoug's own words
I’ve recently changed phones and have been logged out of my Facebook app on my phone. I know my email address and password. As I enter these correctly I then get a message saying I need to wait for a authorisation code to come through and I never receive it due to the fact I accidentally created another account with the same name as mine and entered in the same number. I have since reported this account as being a fake. By doing this I then had to create another account to file this complaint with the same number unfortunately. I have then since deleted this account. I need to be able to log back into my old account due to the fact I run a small business from Facebook and cannot make any amendments due to not getting my authorisation code.

GetHuman-lewisoug did not yet indicate what Facebook should do to make this right.
