I recently got a new phone and when I tried to set up my Facebook account, I realized I couldn't access it because it's linked to my old email address, which I no longer have access to. Despite Facebook sending a passcode to that email for login, I cannot retrieve it. I really need to regain access to my account as it holds all my important pictures. I have created a new account using my phone number, but I am eager to recover my old Facebook page. My name is Melissa Ann Nodine Causby, and my old email is [redacted] I no longer use this email. If there's a way to assist me in unlocking my account or changing the associated email to my new one, which is [redacted], I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you for any help you can provide.

I have only logged into Facebook using my iPhone, through Safari, Chrome, the Facebook app, and Messenger. My profile is named Cookbook Lisa Kovall McGinty, with the email [redacted] I am having trouble logging in as it asks me to verify a device or submit a picture of my driver's license. I have sent my driver's license twice but still can't log in on my cellphone, the only device I've ever used. Today, I tried on a laptop but was unsuccessful. I tried resetting the password, but I still can't access my profile. Despite receiving emails about new messages from Matt, clicking the links still redirects me to the login page. I'm logging in the same way as always and am puzzled by how to verify my login when my cell isn't being recognized as my primary login device. Email: [redacted] Lisa KMcGinty.

My personal account was unexpectedly banned due to a photo posted on October 3rd, which I promptly removed after being alerted. However, on November 3rd, I was banned again for the same deleted photo. This ban has impacted my Facebook business page as I cannot interact with my customers there. I kindly request for the unjust ban on my personal account to be lifted so that I can resume managing my business page effectively. It is unfair to be penalized twice for a single incident that occurred back in October. Facebook name: Bee Ross Email: [redacted] Phone: [redacted] Thank you.

I believe I have been wrongly banned from Facebook for 3 days. The issue stems from a warning I received on October 3rd for sharing a picture from a meme group that violated their rules. I promptly removed the picture and thought the matter was resolved. Surprisingly, on November 3rd, I was banned for the same picture that had already been deleted a month ago. It seems like an oversight on Facebook's part, or maybe someone from my friends' list is causing trouble by reporting the same picture twice. Regardless of the cause, this ban is unjust as the content in question was removed on October 3rd. I have tried to appeal the decision, but I keep encountering an error message preventing me from expressing my side. The situation doesn't seem fair, and I hope to have it resolved soon.

Months ago, someone hacked into my account and contacted people about a scam promising $90,[redacted]. I followed the instructions on Facebook and changed my password. Recently, my cousin, D.P., received messages from the scammer requesting money. Sadly, she, a visually impaired and wheelchair-bound person, sent $[redacted]. She was embarrassed and did not disclose this for a week. It seems that the scammer is still using my account to reach out to friends and family. I am worried that others might think I am soliciting money online, which is embarrassing for me. What steps should I take next?

Hello! I am a home business owner focusing on chocolate covered strawberries and cupcakes. I recently tried to revert my business name on Facebook from 'With L o V e by Leanna Victoria' to 'LoVe Dipped' but the change was declined. I solely make chocolate dipped treats now, which aligns with the original concept of my business. This adjustment is crucial for me as I've invested nearly a decade into this venture. I kindly request your assistance to update my page name to reflect my core offerings accurately. Thank you for your attention to this matter!

I received a 24-hour ban on Facebook for commenting on a post made by a friend. The ban was imposed on me on Friday at 12:24 a.m. and it is now Sunday at 7:16 p.m., which is well over 24 hours. I feel that the interpretation of my comment as bullying was a misunderstanding. I wish to understand how Facebook calculates a 24-hour period and request that my account be reinstated. I was not given the opportunity to explain the context of the comment to Facebook before the ban was imposed.

I am seeking assistance regarding a stalking issue on Facebook and other social media platforms. The individual no longer has an account, but claims to have friends who may post compromising photos of me due to a past conflict. Despite having already blocked the original account, I am concerned about unauthorized posts appearing on my profile. I have taken steps to adjust my settings to only allow posts from friends or friends of friends, but I am uncertain if this is sufficient. I would greatly appreciate it if someone could review my account to confirm that only approved individuals can post content. The thought of waking up to inappropriate material on my account worries me, and I want to ensure the security of my profile to prevent any distress for my family and friends. Any help in preventing unauthorized postings would be invaluable. Thank you for your assistance.

I manage the clinic for Hri of DFW, previously owned by StyleMakers with the owner named Shelly Beatty and the manager Dana Hagman. In August [redacted], VcTc LLC took over with Vern and Taylor Cole as owners, and myself, Rachael Calton as the clinic manager. Our website is www.dfwhairloss.com. We've worked hard to improve our reputation in the metroplex through various media outlets. However, old reviews from the previous ownership can impact our current image. I'm looking for a way to prove the change in ownership and address these outdated comments from before August 1, [redacted].

A while back, I received a notification on the Facebook app prompting me to enhance the security of my account. I brushed it off, assuming it wasn't crucial, but recently, when I tried logging in on my computer, I was shocked to find that Facebook had disabled my account. I then attempted to access it through my phone, only to be signed out from all devices. The notification now informs me that my account was disabled due to verification issues. I am eager to regain access to my account named Logan Rogers, where I am depicted wearing a black Metallica hat and blue shirt. I apologize for any oversight and pledge to prioritize adding extra security measures once access is restored.

Dear Facebook Team, I am Nagham Rabah, a Lebanese national residing in the UAE and married to Mr. Kifah El Zein. We are currently going through a divorce where Mr. El Zein has three criminal cases in the UAE, Lebanon, and Italy for domestic abuse and defamation online. I have repeatedly requested Facebook to deactivate Mr. El Zein's account due to criminal sentences against him for defamation. His online actions, including publishing false allegations about me and endangering our minor son, have caused severe distress and risks to our safety. Despite reporting his account multiple times and visiting Facebook's Dubai office, no action has been taken. I urge the Facebook Team to promptly deactivate his account and can provide legal evidence of the court decisions in my favor. Thank you for your cooperation. Sincerely, Nagham Rabah

My phone suddenly stopped working a month ago, possibly due to overcharging. As a result, my Facebook account, which I've had for a long time, is inaccessible because I can't recall my latest password change. Although Facebook offers to send a verification code to my outdated email address, I would prefer to receive it on my phone number linked to the account. I visited the help center, updated my email, and provided a picture of my ID card in hopes of resolving this issue.

My phone unexpectedly stopped working around a month ago, possibly due to overcharging. As a result, it powered off and hasn't turned back on since. Unfortunately, amidst all this, I found myself unable to recall my most recent Facebook password. Consequently, I cannot access my Facebook account. When prompted for a verification code, Facebook only offers to send it to my outdated email address from when I first created the account many years ago. I am eager for them to send the code to my current phone number, which is linked to my Facebook. I've reached out to the help center, providing them with my updated email address and even sent a picture of my ID card in an attempt to resolve this issue.

Hello, I am Agaga Rhince, using the Facebook account under the name Agaga Rhince Banks. I have had this account for a decade, linked to the emails [redacted] and [redacted], as well as [redacted], and phone number [redacted]4. Recently, my account was compromised, and the hacker changed the email to [redacted] and phone number to [redacted]0. Additionally, my name was altered to Suvo Sarkar. Facebook Security Team sent an email notifying me of these changes, but the restoration links provided have expired. The hacker not only changed my personal information but also deleted all my cherished photos. I am disappointed by Facebook's handling of this situation and hope they can assist in recovering my lost data.

I recently encountered an issue with my Facebook account where I was unexpectedly logged out due to logging in on a new device. Unfortunately, I did not have a phone number or email attached to my account at the time. Now, I am unable to access my account as it has been disabled, and I am struggling to prove my identity without the necessary contact information. This account is crucial to me as it contains numerous important messages and memories that I do not have access to elsewhere. I have been using this account for approximately four years and have plenty of evidence to confirm that it belongs to me. I am reaching out for assistance in resolving this matter and regaining access to my account. Your help would be greatly appreciated.

I am an admin on two forums, the BMW E6 Owners Club UK for buying and selling, and the BMW E46 Owners Club UK. My admin name is Tony Wales. We are introducing a charging system for admins and mods to receive payments. I have seen that Facebook allows groups/forums to charge. I contacted a person named Dolly Dolman, who responded with abusive messages threatening to shut down the group in 10 days. He posted slander about my forums and myself, which is unacceptable. He owns a business called Midland BMW Spares on Facebook and lives in Burton upon Trent. I reported this to Facebook 12 hours ago, but the post is still up, causing distress. I kindly request for this to be investigated as it is affecting me and my forums. Thank you, Tony Wales.

A fake profile under the name John Brown has been sending me abusive messages and making vile personal remarks on my ex-fiancé's public post. I suspect this account belongs to my ex's sister. The false information posted about our relationship ending prompted me to share the truth. I have contacted the police twice due to the abuse from this account (John Brown, who appears as female). My ex, Jake Shackleton, still has comments from this account on his public post. I am considering informing Jake Shackleton that I have involved the police to prompt him to remove these posts. I have reported this fake and abusive profile to Facebook, but to my dismay, the account remains active. Living alone with my son, I find this very distressing. I have blocked the account, but it has not yet been deleted by Facebook.

I am Anthony A. from Manchester, England. I have encountered an issue with my Facebook account being disabled without prior notice. I registered on August 14, [redacted], and my last activity was on October 18, [redacted]. Following a Facebook outage in October, I was prompted to provide new identification, which I did by submitting images of my face and updating my password. Subsequently, my account was disabled, suspected due to the outage or possibly linked to other accounts under my name. Despite sending appeals and a physical letter to Facebook, I have received no response. I attempted to re-register with a different username and email address but encountered continued issues. I seek clarity on why my account was disabled abruptly without explanation, as I was unable to access or respond to any in-Facebook messages during the period of the outage. It is essential to understand the reason behind this action, whether due to misconduct, system error, or misunderstanding.

I recently discovered that my account password has been changed, and the email associated with the account is outdated. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to that email ([redacted]) for account recovery. Strangely, my phone number was linked to someone else's Facebook account, causing complications when resetting my password. I managed to remove my number from their account and suspect it was fraudulent. To regain access to my account, I need to unlink my phone number from my Tyson Kuhn account and link my new Gmail ([redacted]) instead. I can provide identification such as my license to verify my identity. I've been using this account for 6 years and have exhausted all avenues for resolution. Please reach out to me via email for further clarification or assistance. Thank you.

I am experiencing difficulty recalling the password for my original account due to concerns about potential hacking. In an effort to secure the account, I changed the password spontaneously and unfortunately, I am now unable to recollect it. The original account is linked to the email [redacted], which I am unable to access along with the associated Gmail account. Regrettably, I have forgotten the passwords for all my original accounts. I urgently require access to my original account as it holds cherished pictures of my children from their infancy until I encountered this lockout. I hereby grant Facebook full authorization to assist in recovering access to my account by any means necessary, even if it entails accessing it in their own way. I am willing to relinquish all privacy rights if it means someone can assist in accessing my account promptly.
