I am having trouble accessing my account due to a site issue. When I tried to update my username and confirm my phone number, I had to step away from my computer to get cell reception. Upon trying to confirm on my mobile device, the site kept prompting me to upload a picture, which I didn't want to do at that moment. Unfortunately, I accidentally uploaded a picture I didn't intend to use, and now I'm locked out of my account. I prefer not to have a profile picture at this time and simply want to regain access to my account and remove the current picture.

Good afternoon, I am contacting Facebook to seek assistance in resolving the issue with my parents' accounts. Both my father and mother are unable to recall their passwords and are unsure if they used email or cell phone for their accounts. I need to help them by setting up new emails for their accounts. It has been challenging since I only recently found out about my mom's account. She did not use an email for it, which has led to multiple accounts being created without anyone remembering the password Facebook sent. I need guidance on consolidating her accounts without losing any data stored in her profile. Your help in changing their account information to emails instead of cell phones would be greatly appreciated. I look forward to your response. Thank you.

Hi, I'm Shraddha Singh. I deactivated my Facebook account around two months ago, and I seem to have lost some photos and posts I had saved there. Can you help me recover my account or at least retrieve my stored photos? You can send them to me via email or WhatsApp. Thank you. Shraddha Singh Email: [redacted] WhatsApp: (+91)[redacted]

After my wife's Facebook account was repeatedly hacked, she found herself blocked due to an impersonation accusation. Despite submitting clear images of her driver's license, Facebook insists they cannot verify the information. Despite enlarging and re-sending the images, the issue remains unresolved. We feel frustrated by the lack of personalized response from Facebook, receiving only generic form letters. As retirees in our sixties, my wife's sole use of Facebook has been to keep in touch with friends and family. We seek clarification on the accuser's identity and Facebook's handling of the situation. It is disheartening to face such difficulties after a decade of loyal use of the platform. We hope for a meaningful, individualized response that helps us understand and resolve this matter promptly.

I had to create a new Facebook page because my last phone was stolen, and I couldn't remember my passwords for Google and Facebook when I got a new phone. So, I created a new Facebook page with a very similar name so that my friends would recognize me when I sent friend requests. Now, apparently, someone on my friends list has reported my new page as fake. I am extremely upset. I request to have my account unlocked and restored. It is not fake. I am looking for an email or a phone call from your team to resolve this matter promptly. If not handled by your team or the person named Robert, I will involve my legal team. I seek a swift resolution. Please contact me promptly at the provided email or phone number. If you are unable to assist, please guide me on who to contact. I will escalate this if necessary. I want my account back promptly.

I'm encountering an issue with Instagram. I have 2 Instagram accounts that I used to navigate easily between using the new drop-down feature. I didn't set a separate password or email when I created my second account, just my phone number. On November 3, after logging out and resetting my password as I couldn't recall it, I logged back in successfully. However, upon logging in, my second account disappeared from the drop-down menu, essentially logging me out of it. Although I can still view the account, I can't log in to it. Any assistance in helping me regain access to my second account would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, I have two Facebook accounts and I am trying to delete one of them. Unfortunately, I do not know which email is associated with the account I want to delete. Both accounts are under my name. The account I want to delete was created in [redacted], while the one I want to keep was created around 2[redacted]. I tried deleting the [redacted] account from my current account, but it was unsuccessful. Could you please delete it for me as I have no need for it? As for my older account, I cannot recall any of my login details, including the email address linked to it. I believe it might be [redacted], but I no longer use that email. I wish to retain this account, so I would appreciate any help in accessing it again. Please respond at your earliest convenience. Let me know if you require any further information. Best regards, Geoffrey Rowland

My wife's Facebook account has been repeatedly hacked, leading to it being disabled due to an impersonation accusation. Despite submitting clear images of her driver's license with her full name and photo, Facebook has failed to reinstate her account. We have not been informed of the accuser's identity or the reasons behind the accusation. Multiple generic responses from Facebook claiming the submitted images are unclear have been received, despite the enlarged, clear images. As retirees in our sixties, my wife's only use of Facebook is to stay connected with family and friends for over a decade. It is distressing to be treated unfairly without any personal communication or explanation from Facebook. We seek a meaningful response addressing the situation rather than another standard form letter. Thank you for your attention.

I primarily use my Facebook account to link my game accounts and save my progress. Even though I don't actively use social media, I'm now locked out of my account. I can verify myself via email or phone, but the photo verification process is challenging since I don't have personal pictures on my account. I uploaded images when prompted, but it has been almost a week without access. It would be helpful if Facebook offered alternative verification methods for situations like mine.

On Friday, November 2, [redacted], while on my computer, I encountered a pop-up hack that prompted me to call for help. Instead of calling them, I reached out to Geek Squad to fix the issue. Following a full scan and defragmentation of my computer, everything seems to work fine, except I am unable to log in to my Facebook account. My account is currently frozen, and I am facing challenges with the security verification process due to unavailable friends. Facebook is requesting changes to my email address and password, which I find unusual as my previous credentials always worked. I am eager to regain access to my existing account without creating a new one. Although I have faced a similar problem before, I could still log in without difficulty. Assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I encountered a pop-up hack on my computer on November 2nd. Seeking assistance, I reached out to Geek Squad. They conducted scans and defragmented the system, which resolved the original issue. However, upon restarting the computer, I faced difficulties logging into Facebook. The platform prompted a security measure where I needed three friends to provide codes from Facebook. I managed to reach out to two of the chosen friends, but some were unavailable due to various reasons. Surprisingly, my account got deactivated, and I am unsure of the cause. Facebook had requested me to change my password and email address in the past month, which I complied with. This recent incident is different as it's preventing me from accessing my account smoothly. I would appreciate any assistance in reactivating my account and restoring my login access. Thank you.

I am struggling to separate my marketplace messages from personal ones and prevent non-friends from calling me. I receive a high volume of messages daily, but the mix of ads with personal messages is overwhelming. Disabling notifications hasn't solved this issue and now I'm missing important personal messages. Additionally, I frequently receive reminders about responding to buyers, even when no response is needed. The system doesn't mark messages as read after replying to multiple buyers, causing the same message to reappear. It's frustrating to keep getting prompted to respond when most messages in the marketplace don't require a reply.

I am facing an issue with my Facebook accounts. My main account is linked to my email [redacted], under the name Ranqi Zhu. However, when attempting to add my other email, [redacted], I received a message stating it is already registered to a different Facebook account with the name "Pi Lie" and a random birthday. I created this secondary account years ago for privacy reasons, but now I wish to release [redacted] from it to add to my main account. In an attempt to unlink it, I tried adding my wife's email ([redacted]), but got locked out and asked for photo ID verification. Unfortunately, my real name on the ID (Ranqi Zhu) doesn't match the alias on the account, causing confusion. I need assistance with this situation as I'm currently stuck in this process and unable to progress. My goal is to successfully transfer [redacted] to my main Facebook account.

Hello, my name is Jeff R. I am struggling to delete two of my old Facebook accounts. One is linked to a Yahoo email that I cannot access, and the other is connected to a Gmail account. I would like to keep my most recent account with the Yin & Yang profile picture and delete the ones with Patrick Starfish and a wedding photo of my wife and me. I assure you I am not involved in any scams; I value my privacy and security. If needed, please contact me at [redacted]. I am willing to go through any necessary steps to prove my identity. Hello! As a home business owner, I recently took a break from my chocolate-covered strawberries and cupcakes business. Upon returning, I republished my page and now wish to revert to my original business name, 'LoVe Dipped.' Despite a previous denial to change the name from 'With L o V e by Leanna Victoria,' I have evolved to only make chocolate-dipped products, aligning with my business's core concept. I kindly request your assistance in updating the name to reflect this change. After nearly a decade in operation, it's crucial for me to maintain continuity and momentum. Your prompt attention to this matter is greatly appreciated. Thank you for your consideration!

I need to report an incident involving Heather Ehart from Sunnyside, WA, who used my personal information to access my Verizon account and deactivate a phone line without authorization. This is concerning, especially since Heather involved a convicted felon named Albert Monta from Yakima, WA, who has a criminal record. Albert is associated with Willie Deaton, a convicted child molester, who is linked to Albert's sister Vera Monta. Heather communicates with these individuals through Facebook Messenger and Google Voice. I have filed a police report and informed Verizon about this situation. I recently got a new phone and attempted to set up my Facebook account. Unfortunately, I am unable to access it because it is linked to my old email address, which I no longer have access to. Facebook sends a passcode to that email for logging in, but I cannot retrieve it anymore. I am eager to regain access to my Facebook page as it contains important photos and information. I have only accessed Facebook through my iPhone using Safari, Chrome, Facebook app, and Messenger app. My profile is named Cookbook LisaKovall McGinty with the email [redacted] When I try to log in, it asks me to verify my login by sending a picture of my driver's license or logging in from a recognized device, which is always my cell. Even after sending my driver's license twice and changing the password, I still can't access my profile. I received emails about new messages from Matt, but when I try to open them, it goes back to the previous login issue. I'm frustrated that my cell, the only device I use to log in, is not being recognized. I need help with accessing my account. From Lisa K.
