I am encountering an issue while attempting to add my main email ([redacted]) to my primary Facebook account. However, I am receiving an error message stating that the email is already linked to another Facebook account. Upon further recollection, I realized that I have an old secondary Facebook account created with the email [redacted] using a different name (Pi Li) and a fake birthdate for privacy purposes. I am now looking to release [redacted] from this secondary account. In an attempt to achieve this, I planned to add my wife's email ([redacted]) to the secondary account, but I got locked out and prompted to provide my ID for verification. I did upload my ID, but it seems to have not resolved the issue likely due to the mismatch in names between my real ID (Ranqi Zhu) and the fake name (Pi Li) used on that account. I am currently stuck in this situation and seeking assistance to resolve it. My ultimate goal is to release [redacted] from the secondary account, allowing me to add it to my primary Facebook account.

I have only accessed Facebook through my iPhone using Safari, Chrome, the Facebook app, and Messenger app. My profile is under the name Cookbook Lisakovall McGinty, with the email [redacted] I am unable to log in as it keeps prompting me to verify my login with a device I have used before or requests a picture of my driver's license. Despite sending my driver's license twice, I cannot log in from my cell phone, which is the only device I use for logging in. When I attempted to log in on a laptop today, I was still unsuccessful. I tried the "forgot password" option, changed my password, but still cannot access my profile. Although I receive emails about new messages from Matt, clicking the link redirects me to the same login issue from a previous device. I am consistently logging in the same way I always have and confused about how to verify my login when my cell phone is not being recognized as my primary device. My email attached to the account is [redacted] Thank you, Lisa K. McGinty.

I need some assistance that I can't seem to find on Facebook. I manage a large Roseanne group, and there is an individual who has been taking my content without permission and sharing it in his own group. Despite having him blocked, he continues to access my content and has been messaging people to join his groups, causing confusion due to the similarity of our group names. People have reported him, including another person involved, but no action has been taken. Additionally, he maintains two profiles under the names Justin Ullmann and Justin J Ullmann, where he promotes the groups: We Stand & Support Roseanne Barr, Team Roseanne, and The Roseanne Show, using my content. With over 11,[redacted] members in my group, he is messaging my members with unsolicited content for his groups. I would appreciate any help with this matter. Thank you.

I recently had to create a new Facebook page after my phone was stolen, and I couldn't retrieve my passwords for Google and Facebook with my new device. I made the new page with a similar name to ensure my friends could recognize me. Unfortunately, someone on my friend list reported my new account as fake. I am frustrated and upset about this situation. I am requesting immediate assistance to resolve this issue. If you are unable to help, kindly provide me with the necessary guidance to address this matter promptly. I am counting on a swift resolution or clear instructions on what steps to take next. Thank you.

I received a message from Facebook saying there has been suspicious activity on our account, leading to it being locked. Despite numerous attempts, resetting the password did not resolve the issue. I have since started a new account, losing all my old friends. I find it frustrating and confusing as I never encountered password problems in 15-20 years on Facebook. Being 71, dealing with this is challenging, and my wife keeps asking about our account. I hope for assistance to regain access to our original account and reconnect with our old friends. Thank you for your support.

I am currently encountering an issue with my Facebook account. My primary email address is [redacted], linked to my real name, Ranqi Zhu. I am trying to add my main email, [redacted], to this account, but I receive a message stating that it is already registered to another Facebook account. I remembered having a secondary account with the email [redacted], but under the name Pi Li and a different birthdate for privacy concerns. I am attempting to release [redacted] from that side account by adding my wife's email ([redacted]) to it, but I got locked out and was asked to verify my identity by uploading my photo ID. I suspect there was an issue because my real name does not match the alias on that account. I am stuck in this situation and seeking assistance to resolve it. My main objective is to release [redacted] from the side account so I can add it to my primary Facebook account.

I recently received a three-day ban from Facebook that I believe is a mistake. On October third, I got a warning about a picture I shared from a meme group that violated FB rules. I promptly deleted the picture, and there were no further issues. Surprisingly, yesterday, on NOVEMBER third, I found out that I was banned from chat and posting for three days for the same picture. The picture is no longer on my profile, so this ban appears to be an error. I suspect there may be a glitch at play or potentially someone on my friends list is targeting me by reporting the same picture twice. Regardless, the ban shouldn't be valid since the questionable picture was removed on October third. It seems unfair to be penalized twice for a post made a month ago. I've tried explaining my side to Facebook, but the feature to do so isn't working. This situation feels unjust, and I need assistance in resolving it.

A few months ago, my account got hacked, and the hacker has been contacting people about a fake prize of $90,[redacted]. Despite changing my password on Facebook, the scammer messaged my cousin, Debra P., asking for money. Regrettably, she sent $[redacted] due to being visually impaired and using a wheelchair, feeling too embarrassed to share her experience for a week. I am troubled that the scammer is still accessing my account, reaching out to loved ones. Moreover, I am deeply uncomfortable with the thought of anyone believing I am asking for money online. What steps should I take next to address this ongoing issue?

I recently logged into my account on my new phone and received multiple text messages with my login code, which was a bit bothersome but not a major issue. While attempting to log out from other devices and locations, I accidentally logged out from the device I was using. Now, when I try to sign back in, it prompts me for a verification code but states that I have received too many texts, requiring me to use the code generator. However, to access the code generator, I need to log into the Facebook app, which in turn asks for a code sent via text. I am at a loss on how to proceed, hence reaching out for assistance. I need guidance on how to log into the Facebook app to utilize the code generator without being able to receive a text with my login code.

I recently got permanently banned from Facebook Marketplace without any warning or explanation other than the vague reason of violating guidelines. The link provided in the email only directed me to general guidelines, offering no specific information on the alleged violation. I am unsure which item triggered the ban and feel helpless in addressing the issue. The lack of transparency in this process is troubling and unjust, fostering an inequitable environment. I believe there should be improvements in communication clarity and the opportunity for users to present their side of the story with human involvement.

Hello everyone, I am having an issue adding my main email ([redacted]) to my Facebook account ([redacted]). When I tried, it said that [redacted] is already linked to another Facebook account. I remembered I had created a side account using the same email with a different name (Pi Li) and a random birthday for privacy reasons. My plan is to release [redacted] from that side account by adding my wife's email ([redacted]) to it and then removing mine. However, when I tried adding my wife's email, I got locked out and was asked for a photo ID verification, which I tried but seems to have failed because of the different names on the accounts. I am currently stuck in this situation and seeking assistance to release [redacted] from the side account so I can link it to my main Facebook account. Any help is appreciated.

Hello, I encountered an issue while trying to access my Facebook page. When I tried to log in, my profile picture was not displayed, prompting me to enter my email and password. Unfortunately, I forgot these details, leading to a message stating that my account was deleted. Consequently, I created a new account with the same name (Renee Conway), only to realize that my original page is still active. This is evident as my old picture and name appear when I search for friends on the new account. Additionally, when I visit my husband or friends' pages, they show me as a friend on my original picture/account/page. Over the years, I've had multiple accounts that I've deleted. A few months ago, I believe I re-joined using the email address provided below and did not link a cell phone number to my account. Your assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I am struggling to delete two old Facebook accounts linked to different email providers, Yahoo and Gmail. I want to keep my most recent account with a profile picture of Yin & Yang. The accounts I want to delete have profile pictures of Patrick Starfish and a wedding photo with my wife. Please assist me in removing those accounts as I am facing frustration and confusion. Communicating with my predominantly Vietnamese friends to verify my identity with a 4-digit code is challenging. I prioritize privacy and security and would appreciate any assistance in this matter. Thank you. Jeff

On October 3rd, I got a warning for sharing a picture that violated the rules, which I promptly removed without any further issues. However, on November 3rd, I was banned for 3 days for the same picture that was no longer on my profile. It seems like an error on Facebook's part or possibly due to someone maliciously reporting the already deleted post. I feel unfairly penalized since the post in question was removed a month ago. I've tried to appeal the decision by explaining the situation, but an error message keeps popping up. I want to contest the ban but unable to do so. This situation feels unjust and I hope to get it resolved.

I was recently permanently banned from Facebook Marketplace due to an alleged violation of the guidelines. The email I received provided a link to the general guidelines without specifying which rule my post violated or which item caused the issue. I was not given a warning and remain unaware of the exact problem. It seems unfair that there is no opportunity for me to address this issue. These practices should be revised to ensure clear communication and offer individuals a chance to explain their situation with a human touch. This lack of transparency and accountability creates an unjust and unwelcoming environment on the platform.

I recently received an email from Facebook informing me that my password was changed and advising me to verify the change. After checking with my daughter, who manages my business page using her own account, we confirmed it was suspicious. We decided to delete and block the email. However, now I can't access my business account, "The Russian Tea House," as Facebook doesn't recognize my email or password. The email warning I deleted is no longer accessible, leaving me unable to recover my account. I kindly request Facebook to resend the password change warning to my email address, [redacted], to prevent unauthorized access. My name is Nikolai Alenov.

I was recently blocked from the marketplace, and I am unsure of the reason. Despite only posting clothes, shoes, and purses, I received a message stating that I had violated policies or standards. I have appealed this decision but keep getting the same response to review the guidelines, which I have done. I have not posted any prohibited items like guns or drugs. I am requesting a specific explanation of what I did wrong so I can rectify the issue. I believe my posts are compliant and would like the opportunity to address any concerns. Please consider reinstating me on the marketplace as I am eager to correct any mistakes. My friends can vouch for my integrity, and I assure you that I would address any issues promptly to prevent them from happening again. Thank you for your assistance in resolving this matter.

I recently received a 24-hour ban on Facebook due to a comment I made on a friend's post that was meant as a joke between us. However, Facebook mistakenly classified it as bullying. The ban was imposed on Friday at 12:24 a.m., and it's currently Sunday 7:16 p.m., which exceeds 24 hours. I am unsure how Facebook calculates a 24-hour period and I kindly request them to reconsider and lift the ban on my account. Facebook did not inquire about the situation or the context of the comment before taking action, which I find frustrating.
