I set up a Facebook & Spotify account while at my previous employer. I’ve recently left my job and didn’t try changing my login info while the account was still active prior to the employer deleting it. I’ve been getting a message from Facebook to update my email address. So, while trying to update my login info, I see in my settings that the new email is “Pending” and I need to “Confirm Email Address” with a confirmation code, which I’m guessing is trying to be sent at my previous address that is no longer active…?**Is there a way to correct this without setting up new Facebook & Spotify accounts?
