I woke up to discover that Messenger and Facebook were prompting me to log in on my phone, even though they are usually always open. When I attempted to sign in, it claimed my password was incorrect, which I know it is not. I have been trying to request passcodes but it keeps saying the code is wrong or that I've attempted too many times. Although I managed to log in on my MacBook and updated my password using LastPass, the same password is not accepted on my phone. Despite successfully signing in, it does not consider it as the correct current password. On both my iMac and phone, I cannot access my account. I urgently need access and seek assistance. Additionally, the first three passcodes were in a foreign language, which adds to my confusion. I can log into FB on my MacBook but am unable to change the password. On my phone and iMac, I'm completely locked out. Your prompt help is greatly appreciated.

I have been trying to get Facebook to delete any accounts using my name and picture, Sarah Denton. My ex, William Gene Bennett, has been creating fake accounts pretending to be me and has been hacking into any accounts I try to create. He has posted inappropriate content and slandered my name, causing harm to me and my family. This situation has been ongoing for two years, and I am considering legal action if Facebook and Billy Bennett do not address this within 10 business days. I believe it is necessary for him to be banned from using Facebook to prevent further harm. This has affected my life significantly, leading me to relocate and causing me to lose job opportunities and friendships. My children are also being affected by this situation.

I have recently been banned from Facebook Marketplace, and the removal of this platform has been a significant loss as I rely on it to support my family. Despite being a long-time user with no prior issues, my account was suddenly restricted without explanation. After reviewing the policies, I cannot identify any breaches that would warrant such action. It seems a pair of Nike shoes I was selling may have triggered this response, but I am unclear as to why. I value and adhere to the rules diligently, given my commitments as a Christian mother of 3 and a working professional. Reinstating my access would be greatly appreciated, as I was hoping to utilize it to earn extra funds for Christmas.

I am concerned as to why my account has been blocked for sharing a status that I did not post. It seems like someone unauthorized has accessed my account. I am frustrated because this incident has occurred just a week after a previous 30-day block. I urge the team at Facebook to restore my account promptly. I feel unfairly treated as I did not violate any community standards. I find this situation exasperating and question the level of scrutiny applied to my account. I insist that I did not share the status in question, and I am eager to regain access to my account.

My Facebook account, under Sean Natis Wiggins, was taken over by hackers almost a year ago. They changed my email and password, and I can't access it. They are pretending to be me, reaching out to my friends for financial help by claiming I'm ill, among other things. They keep contacting my contacts repeatedly. Just two days ago, my 12-year-old grandson informed me that they were chatting with him at 4:30 in the morning. He told them he knew they were hackers and not me, and they asked if they could still be friends. I urgently need your help to regain control of my account to stop my friends from being bothered. I have tried several times, even sending a letter, but received no response or assistance in recovering my account. Currently, I am using my old account, Natis Wiggins. However, I really want my Sean Natis Wiggins account back with all my recent photos and information. Please assist me in addressing this issue. My friends are fed up with this situation.

The problem at hand involves crucial letters stored in Messenger SafeLink on an Alcatel phone. Despite being prompted to uninstall and reinstall Messenger for an update, it is impossible due to the absence of Google Play on the phone. Upon contacting Alcatel, the solution suggested is a factory reset, which poses the risk of losing all data. Seeking alternatives, I aim to ascertain if the messages sent via Messenger are retrievable before going ahead with the reset. As Messenger remains inaccessible in its outdated state after uninstallation, the dilemma persists regarding how to reinstall the previous version of the app.

I created my Facebook account around 6 or 7 years ago under the name "Nur Masum" with the email "[redacted]" Recently, when I tried to log in, I couldn't remember my password as I have many different passwords for various accounts. I also forgot the password for my recovery email "[redacted]" My current mobile number is [redacted], which is different from the one listed on my account ([redacted]). I recently got locked out of my account as I forgot my password. I usually stay logged in on my phone, but my husband logged me out to use his account, and now I can't recall my password. I changed it recently due to hacking rumors. The email linked to my Facebook is outdated as I created the account nearly 10 years ago, and I can't access that email anymore. Although I have my phone number associated, I didn't set up 2-factor authentication, so I can't receive a verification code via SMS. I'm desperate to regain access to my account as it holds precious memories, my family, friends, and photos. I, Tarena Gardner, recently received a notice about alleged bullying and harassment, of which I am innocent. My sister, Sherry Grace Payne from Nortonville, KY, has continuously posted unauthorized pictures of our elderly mother and made unsupported claims about me. She has even messaged people warning them about me and made derogatory comments towards my 10-year-old daughter on Facebook, calling me offensive names without any consequences. Despite these actions, I have not threatened anyone. I am willing to seek legal advice if necessary. My mother has clearly expressed her desire not to have her pictures on Facebook. I request that her page prohibits inappropriate comments about my minor daughter and elderly mother.

My friend, C. W. received a message with my profile photo that mentioned a grant from a federal government compensation appeal board. The message claimed to have received $30,[redacted] but could only get $25,[redacted] due to tax and delivery fees. I recently changed my password, yet she received a follow-up text today asking if she contacted the agent. The message included a telephone number, but it wasn't copied as she may have accidentally erased it. She just sent me a new message saying "Dianne changed the chat colors," which is confusing to me.

The donations were supposed to be deposited into my bank account, but no funds have been received. Phong Cách Doanh Nhân added attribution to your video due to content (music, audio, or video) that belongs to them. If you believe this is an error and you have the rights, you can dispute it within 7 days. By disputing, you allow Phong Cách Doanh Nhân to review your video and associated information. My Facebook account was hacked and I attempted to reset my password. Despite successfully changing it, when I try to log in, it indicates the password is invalid. I clicked on "forgot password," but it's prompting me to enter an email address. The problem is the email on file is outdated: SMC [redacted] As this email is no longer in use, I can't receive the code there. I recently received an email from Marketplace stating that my access has been restored, but I am still unable to access it despite emailing them multiple times. Here is the message I received: "Hi Sharone, Thank you for reaching out to Facebook. We have reinstated your access to Marketplace. Upon reviewing the items you listed, we have confirmed that they comply with our Commerce Policies. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. I had a conversation with my niece over the phone, but she abruptly hung up on me. This happened during a difficult time as my mom recently passed away, and our family is struggling. I tried to communicate with honesty and without being rude, but my niece was disrespectful. Things escalated when one of her friends intervened with inappropriate language directed at me. I was taken aback by this intrusion and felt it was unnecessary. I value respect and decency in my interactions, especially at my age of 69. I believe in free speech and expressing opinions civilly, which has led me to voice my concerns. Despite reaching out for a resolution, my account remains locked without a response. I refuse to pay for help when this predicament was unjustly brought upon me. I hope for a fair assessment of the situation involving individuals named Cara Dean and Chantel Studney.

I called a number that claimed to be Facebook customer support and they falsely told me my account was hacked after I changed my password recently. I had trouble logging back in as I couldn't recall the exact order of the letters in my password. I created a temporary Facebook account to access something urgent, but now I can't remember the password for my original account. When I click on "forgot password," it generates a new temporary password for this new account, yet my old account, which I've had for 10 years, seems to have vanished. The people at this number demanded $99 for questionable services and were disrespectful, using offensive language towards me. I feel anxious and upset about this situation. I mistakenly associated my old number with the account instead of my current one. I am struggling to regain access to my photos and data. Please assist me!

A few days back, I deactivated my Facebook account permanently and updated the password. Now, when trying to log in, I can't recall the password or reset it because I no longer have access to the associated email. I want to recover my Facebook account. I am having trouble accessing my Facebook accounts. My identity has been stolen twice, and now Facebook is giving me problems when I try to log in. I created a new account a few days ago, and Facebook requested a picture from me, but I haven't received any feedback on whether they have received it. Additionally, a second attempt to upload a form with a picture failed to create a file. It seems someone has changed the information on my original Facebook page. I suspect Facebook is aware of this issue, which may be why I am unable to access my accounts. I am concerned about my privacy and want to delete my pages as my information may have been compromised.

I have had a Facebook account for over 10 years with the email [redacted] Unfortunately, my account was hacked, and because I no longer have access to that email, I couldn't retrieve the verification code sent there. My new email is [redacted] due to a name change. A technician tried to help by changing it to [redacted] with the password MollyMooMoo7, but now that account is disabled.
