I tried to create my first Facebook account about 2 months ago. While setting it up and adding my schools, I got kicked out multiple times. Facebook requested my mobile number and sent me a code to log back in. After a few more minutes, the same issue occurred, and on the third attempt, they asked for photo ID to submit an appeal. I never received a response. Recently, I submitted another appeal with a scan of my driver's license but have not heard anything. I am a senior citizen and simply wanted to join Facebook. I'm confused about why this happened and would appreciate it if Facebook could unblock my account. Faith R.

Hello, I have encountered individuals pretending to be brokers and miners who establish trust over several months before disappearing once you invest, leaving you scammed. My Facebook account has been disabled, and I am unable to post responses to these scammers. They create fake profiles with false pictures without consequences. It seems very unfair. These groups should be shut down or penalized just like I was. I have saved screenshots of conversations with two of them, in case they are needed. Thank you, Johnny.

Hello, my name is Stephanie Eggleston. I am dealing with a situation where a Facebook user has been harassing me and reaching out to my friends, leaving disruptive comments on their posts despite not being connected with them. This individual targets me by tagging me in these conversations, causing significant emotional and mental distress. Blocking is not sufficient as this person is intentionally seeking out conflict and has even made threats towards me for no apparent reason. The continuous harassment is taking a toll on my well-being, as I am constantly having to explain to my loved ones why this individual is behaving this way. I believe her account should be banned due to the severe emotional trauma she has inflicted over the past year. It is crucial to address bullying and harassment with zero tolerance, especially on social platforms. I suggest including a specific targeting report option to address such behavior effectively. My son's Facebook account was unexpectedly disabled, and he passed away recently. We continue to use it as a memorial to share memories on special occasions. It's heartbreaking that we couldn't tag him on his best friend's wedding day. We cherish his photos, especially for his new widow, now at 25, who should see his Facebook. My business, Midwest Sprinkler Service and Sales, is displaying a 4.6-star rating, even though I only have received 5-star reviews. There was one individual who left a retaliatory review, but I believed it was removed. This person was from Florida, a location where I do not conduct business as I had previously given a negative review of their business for questionable practices. I am puzzled as I can only view the nine 5-star reviews and not the lower rating affecting my overall score.

I recently logged out to change my password and unfortunately forgot my current one, leaving me unable to access my account. The issue is exacerbated by my outdated email address, [redacted], which I can no longer access. Despite submitting my driver's license to the support team, I have yet to receive a response. Oddly, I am unable to locate myself on the Facebook app and fear that I may have inadvertently deleted my account. This was not intentional, as I value my account for my stored pictures. Although my messenger still functions, I am at a loss on how to return to my main profile. I am unable to access my account as my phone was stolen, and I cannot retrieve the emails linked to it. Despite uploading my ID photo unsuccessfully, I urgently require access to the account where my family is connected. Since early August, I have been locked out, coinciding with losing my phone which had a Washington state number [redacted]. Hello, Facebook. Finally, a platform for communication. My brother, Joseph Ellis, and I cannot access Facebook at the moment, and we have repeatedly contacted security@facebook since October 8th without any response to help us regain access to our community. The issue lies in the security test requiring a mobile device, which we do not possess. I have been away from Facebook for a while, but as I am starting my own dog rescue, I decided to create a new account to promote it. Strangely, after a few weeks, I found my account disabled. I have submitted a form, sent a picture of my ID, but it has been two weeks with no response. Hello, I am seeking assistance regarding a troubling situation on Facebook. For the past two weeks, a man named Elvis has been threatening my family, specifically targeting my father. He has even posted pictures of my father and our house on the platform. This individual initially pretended to be friendly by calling my brother "brother," causing confusion and leading my brother to believe it was a friend. However, the situation escalated when Elvis began making violent threats, which understandably frightened my family. Despite blocking him, the threats continued, including inappropriate comments towards my young sister. We are now afraid to leave our home. I established a Facebook account some time ago to browse job postings. After receiving a request for a picture, which I suspected was spam, I submitted a photo of my dog and was subsequently locked out of the account. I moved on and forgot about the account. Recently, I saw the Facebook app on my phone and decided to give it another try. Forgetting my password, I used my phone number to reset it. Upon logging in, I discovered I was in a different account under a different name. It seemed to belong to someone named Dalila Alvarado as everything was in Spanish. I suspect this was her old phone number that I now have. My contact information is [redacted] and my email is [redacted] Unintentionally, I changed the password to "Boloney001#" for that account. Hello, this is Julian Smith (Wizard). Yesterday night, my account was hacked and altered. A friend, Anointing Bright, shared a link with me to help vote for her sister in a contest. When I clicked on the link, it requested my Facebook username and password. After realizing my account was not secure, I immediately changed my password and continued chatting until around 10:30-11:00 pm. To my surprise, I couldn't log in this morning as it said incorrect password. I tried account recovery but the listed number was not mine. My number is +[redacted]6, not +********37. I also tried listing trusted contacts for account recovery but it said they didn't exist. I suspect my friend list may have been altered too. I urgently need my account back or disabled to prevent any illegal use. If there are security questions to regain access, please ask me, or temporarily disable the account. My account has been hacked, and despite sending my ID and verification, it is still being used for impersonation. Friends have informed me of suspicious activity and harassment from my account. I had an email associated with the account, [redacted], which I have since deleted but can recover if necessary. I share a joint Facebook account with my husband, and we both use the Facebook app on our phones. Two days ago, when I tried to open the app as I usually do every morning, I was asked to upload a new photo of myself to verify my account. This was unexpected as we have had the account for years without issues. I uploaded the photo as requested, but even after two days, I am still unable to access my account. The app just shows that the photo is being reviewed with no other options available. We also attempted to log in through a browser without success. This is frustrating as our account holds years of irreplaceable family photos, and it is our main way of staying in touch with loved ones around the world, including my husband who spends long periods abroad.

I have had to create multiple accounts in the past four days because Facebook has continuously disabled my accounts, claiming that I am impersonating myself. Despite changing my name multiple times, using different email addresses, and having various cell phone numbers, I keep encountering these issues. Facebook prohibits me from using the same email addresses and cell phone numbers, and I even had to submit a face ID to verify my identity, yet my account remains disabled. Why is this happening and why can't I use the same cell phone number? I need assistance with this problem as soon as possible.

I recently got a new cell phone and attempted to log in to my Facebook account, but it's not accepting my password and keeps showing "incorrect." I normally use the same password for all my accounts for convenience. I tried the forgotten password option and received a code, but even after entering the code, it's not working. When I chose the option to verify my identity using my full name, I didn't see my picture in the list of people with the same name. Using my phone number led me to another Facebook account without my profile picture. Trying to log in through my Gmail account is also unsuccessful as the password doesn't work. Despite multiple attempts, I've been locked out of my account due to suspicion of pretending to be someone else.
